This business is a GREAT alternative to the DMV for car registration....especially difficult out-of-state cars coming into California. They made the process clear and easy to understand. Conar has direct access to DMV so you do not need to wait three months for a DMV appt or wait five hours at DMV without an appt. I am so glad I found this business!

This is the place to go to change your out-of-state registration to CA. Dont bother going to the DMV. Just go here. Their website is also very useful with all the relevant info.

If you can afford to pay an extra $50 dollars to process your DMV paperwork I would 100% recommend this business’ services.The 50 bucks extra you are paying to this business to process your paperwork will allow you to avoid the long lines and stress of trying to deal with the crappy employees at DMV office who in many cases make you come back multiple times to finalize your paperwork. I wasted 3 hours of my life at the DMV for them to tell me some nonsense about why I wouldn’t register my vehicle. I brought my paperwork to Conar Auto Registration Services and they had me in and out in 15 minutes with my new stickers and my title arrived in the mail a couple weeks later.Next time I need to do DMV paperwork I won’t waste my time and will go directly here. It’s totally worth the 50 dollars. Definitely

Fantastic experience! These guys under/promise and then over/deliver! So rare these days. I had bought a boat off craigslist and lost the paperwork and was 3 months into trying to wade through the dmv bs when i contacted mario at conar. He was knowledgeable and caring but also told me of the possibility of a long 3 month wait and possible extra expenses to get this done. I went with them because i felt that mario was honest with me. I just received the registration today .....much sooner then expected....and with a refund check for overpayment of the estimated dmv fees......wow!Im not local to Conar so for everday dmv Ill still have to use the local dmv but if i ever again get into a pickle they are gonna be my first call. Friendly and courteous staff. It really did take 15 mins provided you have all the documents required. Would recommend to call ahead and ask to make sure you bring along everything that is required. I prefer to pay for the service that they give than to spend discomfort in the DMV and the attention is the best there is nothing more to ask for
