Never a problem with these folks, Ive been with them for years! Unfortunately Ive had two rodent-eaten car engine instances last couple of years, which are difficult to process for claims. Instead of blaming the victim (me) these agents rationally documented the problems, interacted with the car dealer regarding repair costs, even suggested rat elimination products! Im pleased, corporate State Farm was pretty responsive as well and promptly forwarded a check to me. Ill never change my insurance carrier. What do I like about this business? -- I find it a tad more pleasant, in general, dealing with females over car problems (than males)! Sorry for a sexist comment, but it was almost pleasurable. Everything was accomplished in a calm, rational, non-threatening manner. I get the feeling thats the way Angela Frangieh operates her business!

After having to file my first auto claim with State Farm, I was left with a few concerns after working with the general auto claims department (not directly associated with this office). Anthony had also followed up with me after to ensure that my expectations where met, staying ahead of the issue with me!

Arlene is the rep that mainly helps me and has been fantastic throughout my experience. She has helped me walk through the claims process as well as helped me find all discounts I am eligible for. State Farm in itself has been great as well. They are very good with communicating what is going on with claims and very transparent with what you are being charged for. I also use the State Farm app which makes it very easy to get even faster updates and pay my bill. My family has been with Angela’s agency for many years, and have always had good experiences! I recently moved out on my own and needed my own policies, which Marian helped me with. The team at Angelas office have ALWAYS shown me a sense of caring and urgency that is tough to find these days. They have quarterbacked several claims for me over the 7+ years I have held policies with them and have ALWAYS gone to bat for me. If I dont understand specific verbiage on a policy, they explain it. If I have a problem on the claims side of things (rare) they FIX it. I have reached out to Arlene Gonzalez and Sarah Davenport from Angela Frangiehs agency in the past 3 years. Every six months or so I would reach out to them and ask for a quote and usually it was pricier than what I was paying. They were always patient and helped me understand the various aspects of the policy in a timely manner and explained the pros and cons of the choices. Never got impatient because I didnt buy the policy after doing price comparison.Finally I was able to get premium estimates from State Farm which was lower than my current policy. Arlene was kind enough to take my existing policies, compare them and provide me with quote which was lower than existing policy- I was happy to switch! When I noticed minor things in the policy she replied back with resolutions or answers in a timely manner. Overall happy with the switch and service provided by Arlene, Sarah and the agency.

I had questions abt missing payments on my State Farm accounts due to the pandemic. As I have several accts, I wanted to make sure I wud still be covered.
