I added a second boat to my current policy. I noticed that the HIN and model were both incorrect on my proof of insurance cards.. I had to contact her office several times to get something so simple corrected. I had a question on the premiums for the 2 boats. No one in her office could answer my questions so they said they would have her call me back. Days went by and had not heard from her. I called again. More days went by and still hadnt heard from her. I called a third time and was told I needed an appointment for her to return my call!!!! I can imagine what I would need to go through if I had a claim! Needless to say-I switched agents. Too bad the new agent doesnt get the benefit of my premiums.
