I have been here a year and 6 months now. I really love this building and the room, It has such a nice view of the bay bridge and one rincon hill tower.! Great design, very roomy and it is an efficient use of space. This is the only solar housing in the country. it really need bettter guidline so no drug dealers can be allowed to dwell here. There should be a way to get them out? I love the inside of my apartment so much. The sound proof walls are great!
