He took a very heavy burden off my shoulders by taking care of not only serving evidence for my small claims court case, I told Sean that I am hearing impaired and was having difficulty trying to get information from the small claims advisors. The only way to get information from small claims advisors is by phone, the phone does not work for me. Sean took the time to call small claims court and get the information I needed and sent it to me via email. Sean kept me updated through the process serving as well as filing the notices with court and sending copies to me for my own records. Sean, I cant thank you enough for all your help, I truly appreciate everything you did. I would highly recommend Rockstar to anyone who needs this type of service. Great servics and makes the effort to get the job done

I was very nervous that my court papers might not be able to be served. The responding party was being very evasive. they made multiple attempts and were willing to work with me if electronic or mail service was necessary. And result they were able to serve the party in person and they do all the necessary paperwork with the courts. Im extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody!

This was a particularly difficult case from past experience. Rockstar Process Serving made it look easy and served the person on the same day. I wish I had known about Rockstar before.

Rockstar Process Serving’s reviews are well deserved. I contacted Sean on Friday at 2:30pm with a rush RUSH service (the person to be served was leaving the country) and service was complete by 4:30pm. Considering the speed in which Rockstar completed service and the importance to my client of service being completed before the person to be served left the country, I thought the price was more than fair. Just as important, I received the proof of service by email Monday morning (I often have to call process servers to inquire as to when I would receive the POS). Sean even offered to file the proof of service for me. I highly recommend Rockstar for process serving needs.

MUST READ!...I ended up doing some research and found another person who filed a suit against the same company and got into contact with him, and he told me about Rock Star. I was in the process to serve court documents to a corporation that was very difficult to find, and where the agent of service was unavailable. After several attempts, we considered a sub service because of the difficulties in finding the correct person to serve, and address. Despite the setback, the Rock Star rep was very informative, and knowledgeable about serving papers. He informed me of my different options, and clearly demonstrated that they were committed to fulfilling their job. Long story short...The owner of the company took matters into his own hands, and was able to locate the company (after knocking on multiple doors in a 3 story business complex). Documents were served to the correct address, and I have to say I am very glad that legitimate companies like Rock Star are out there to help through the process of service. If I can rate this company higher...it deserves a perfect 10.Also, the owner went above and beyond to write me a document stating what happened.
