Dr. Johnson is an amazing Dentist!! Very kind, helpful and makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Highly recommend going to him for any dental needs in Orange County.

The dentist told me I needed A LOT of work done. He said I had like 6 cavities and needed a crown for one of my teeth.This sounded absolutely crazy, so I went to a dentist that was recommended to me by family and I found out that I had no cavities at all! Can’t believe they were trying to scam me out of almost two thousand dollars! There’s just no way to trust a doctor after they lie like that!

The team @ Talega Coast is without a doubt the best staff I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I was also told that I needed a root canal and had gotten a second & third opinion and nothing was needed. When I had a procedure done, they told me they verified with my insurance first and that it was approved, then get a bill in the mail months/years later for the entire cost after paying the deductible! Also very over priced.

Dr Johnson is kind, gentle and has a good sense of humor. He is extremely professional and provides excellent service. The hygienists and front desk staff are all excellent. Im happy to have found a great, reliable dentist.

Ive always been afraid of the dentist, but Talega Coast changed all that when I went in for an extraction. I swear the procedure probably took like, just 10 minutes, I was in and out before I knew it. My dentist was great, the experience was good overall.

I cant say enough about Dr. Johnson and the whole team at Talega Coast Dentistry. Ive been seeing them since 2014 and needed my wisdom teeth pulled out which i dreaded for years. One of them got infected, and had to finally make the move to remove all 4 of them. Dr. Johnson made the whole entire procedure so easy and was so gentle! I was only numbed up and awake for the whole thing! I was so amazed of the outcome of the procedure and was just sore for a few days. The middle of last year, Dr. Johnson and his assistant did Veneers on my upper front teeth that are so natural looking and beautiful. My teeth have a slight grey tint, due to antibiotics i took when I was a child. The work that dr. Johnson did truly changed my life and increased my confidence so much. I get compliments about my smile all the time :) I plan on having my lowers done when I have some more money saved up. The front office Melanie is wonderful and knows how to work with my insurance accurately. My hygienist Ricci, is very gentle and thorough! The dental assistant Jeffrey, is a sweetheart! From the fabulous dental work, clean office and customer service, I am a patient for life! Thank you from the bottom of my heart TCD team!

Been going here for my braces since I was a teen and theyve been nothing but great. Dr. Johnson has become a good family friend of ours, and hes a popular dentist here in San Clemente.
