This company seems pretty standard in terms of what they offer for serving people: 5 attempts total, on 5 different days, knocking or ringing the doorbell each time, followed by a wait of (max) 15 minutes. Explaining these details up front would be helpful, but I hired them 2 minutes before they closed for the night, so maybe there wasnt time to give me their standard advisals. I interacted mostly with Jane, in their office, and she was very helpful. However, the CEO, Sylvia, was unnecessarily rude, even sending me an email reprimanding me like a child in ALL CAPS. Id think that as CEO shed be more interested in the customer service aspect of things, but apparently not. I can only imagine how she treats her staff.
My company has been using S&R Services for many years. They always are professional and get the job done. I highly recommend them.
These people were awful. Im surprised they are still in business to be honest with you. Tanya was the furthest from helpful and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed and we will not be going back.

I spoke to Tanya, Sylvia and Tiffany at the Headquarters in San Bruno and they were all unprofessional. They attempted to give me legal advice regarding the time to serve when I had already received a notice from the court! After that I chose to go elsewhere. Dont expect proper service with such unprofessional staff.
