Great prices fast and friendly service. My wife and I go at least once a week. Just upgraded my Sams account and now we get cash back plus free shipping to our home.

Sams is a lot better than Costco. I left Costco after 22 years. I was mistreated by some punk millennial employee and the manager didnt care. Sams member mark brand is just ad good as Costcos Kirkland brand and nearly all the items. Sams has more items that I like and buy than Costco. I like the indoor food court, especially in the summer. I like the self check out because its quick and Sams doesnt have checkout lines trailing halfway though the store. Costco is just too crowded 😩

Good experience. I found some shoes that I purchased a week ago and now they are on clearance. I was able to get the difference between what I paid and the clearance price. Happy shopper!

Cancelling membership, the Mexican lady at the door ask if I had a mask I didnt! I couldnt come in as well as others 😡 she looked like she was happy turning customers away, that didnt have a mask. With all the money spent on membership and items, at least yall could pass out paper mask 😷 SMH. Very very slow workers

It was so busy. I love the quality, price and value of the products. The lines ţo pay are long but the cashiers are efficient. The snack bar is open now but you are still not able to eat inside.

Food court is severely lacking. Due to COVID, theres less than half the tables to sit down at, yet youre allowed to stand shoulder to shoulder in the shopping aisles and while you wait in line for checkout. Dumb. Please return capacity to at least 3/4 of what it used to be.No mustard or relish available for hot dogs, that was a total bummer. Pepsi was out from the fountain drinks on todays visit.At least the pizza was still good 🤷‍♂️.

They SCAM you out of the $45 gift card promised upon signing up if you dont record the code shown on screen BEFORE you pay. Like that makes any sense at all.Manager doesnt care that you paid for the membership already. Very schemy and manipulative tactic to get you to sign-up and keep the $45. What kind of a way is that to treat your customers? If you promise a gift card upon signing up, you should honor that like any PROFESSIONAL company would. Cheap and petty.Also the store is filthy, Costco is always cleaner.

Their employees are horrible and rude. At the door they go through your cart and quite literally check every item which is dehumanizing and time consuming. Its ridiculous and needs to stop. After you pay and pass the cash register why are they checking after paying it doesnt make sense, if they have issues with stealing they should be working on managing that from inside the store not after people have paid and holding up the line even longer.

The tire department is a sooooo RUDE people just go to Ontario Mills they are more friendly. They let you stand there while there just talking thru the window looking at you! Like what am I invisable ! Ugh I use to rage how sams club was better then competors and now I know why! Come on guys if you dont love your job you could tell ....

First time going into this store, have always had Costco. Noticed they offer basically the same items at about the same price. Love the fact that it wasnt as crowded either, so was in and out in no time. Also was able to get gas fairly fast too. Glad I switched memberships.

Did your mom ever teach you the bathroom and kitchen absolutely must be the cleanest well sams club doesnt have the same motto. No toilet seat covers, dust and dirt. I went for a microwave I like to look at the product before I buy it not at Sams no displays so I was unable to purchase. I checked myself out because they have changed to mostly self checkout its like they want you to work for thier money I dont notice prices going down for self service.

Love the Scan & Go Extremely convenient + I am in and out in a flash.Not as crowded as other warehouse stores

The app works great for checkout. Scan items, checkout, show digital qr code, and youre done. No waiting in line (unless theres a line to get receipt checked)

I love Sams club. They still have yogurt ice cream and I love their membership prices.

Ive been to many different Sams Club all over and this one was one of the best. So clean and the aisles were so awesomely roomy. Props to the managers there.

Every day this store disappoints me more, the staff treats you with a very bad attitude, there is no order at the time of payment, and to make a payment to your credit card you can no longer do it in customer service, they only complicate the customer. the only good thing is the pharmacy, they are always attentive and professional

Had a horrible experience today at around 4:15pm- 4:30pm 6/21/2021 i was on aisle 19 i believe and this young girl fainted or was having a seizure and people where on the phone with 911 and they asked all the employees there what aisle they were in and no one would answer these two (Ladies)Sams workers were asked and there response was un professional answering “I DONT KNOW” instead of quickly walking and checking for the aisle number! they both just stood there and the guy on the phone with 911 had to run and check for the aisle number. There were about 5/6 employees there and just stood there staring instead of helping and checking for the aisle number or notifying there supervisor or manager. Such unprofessional employees!!

Always a great adventure going into Sams club. You think your going in for a few things and you end up with a cart full with all the great bargains they have.

Worst sams club wouldnt come here if there was one closer. Never any carts, the gas line is always ridiculous the workers just stand there not helping anyone, and I love that they check my membership because Im younger but a mom with 3 kids in the basket can just waltz right in who knows if theyre even a member. That costco membership is looking alot better right now

I love this place! I find everything I need and with the self-check outs, Im in & out in no time.

Always something for everyone. Gas was $.50 a gallon cheaper than local stations. Food Court is a real deal. Have to work a little harder to find real bargains throughout the store but often well worth the effort.

I had order online around 10 am on July 8 2021 my pick up order was between 7-8 pm after work i arrive at sams club i was told by the pick up associate she was back-up and was not going to get to my order, i ask to speak with a supervisor, Mr Michael seem not to care about my order nor check if the pick up department needed help, he as a supervisor & Lead you think he will step up if a dept is behind work schedule, i ask for him to cancel my order on the spot which he did,Michael needs training on evaluating & how to handle this type of circumstances he couldnt step in and help out as a leader but had time to talk with a customer of random conversations, very disappointed as this is my favorite sams club to shop.

Best to go early, as afternoons get busy. Change in manager, not sure if thats the reason for reduced selection of many items or if Corporate has discontinued items. When getting gas, stick close to the building, as it tends to be less busy.

Beware. I bought a floor model LG washer. Nobody told me there was a 9 day return policy. LG impossible to get help from and then I tried to return and Sams said no. Im s outta luck. Cancelling membership.

I just bought a couple of pizzas from the eatery and the lady cashier had an attitude... I knew I should have canceled the order because when I got my pizza it tasted like dough and not an original Sam’s club pizza. I feel hated on today and it’s not about the color of my skin but treat everyone the same and be out service. That money I spent and the pizza I got from them today did me a disservice. Thanks Sam’s club😒

Today I watched one of Sams employee (shopping cart attendant) yell at a customer. I dont know what the argument was about but from my POV the attendant could have called his manager instead of the customer running to grab a manger (that says a lot right there).I believe she was asking him for help to load her huge items in her car. I heard him say something about thats not his job and she yelled I spend too much money in here for you to be acting like that.If this employee acts like this towards customer then Ill stop coming here and tell friends, coworkers and family to cancel their memberships.Is this they type of employees you have working here?

The store itself I have no problems with its their snack bar that I had issues with was there today as my wife ordered hot dogs and a drink my wife asked for mustard for the hot dogs they said they didnt have any she had ordered and paid this is not the first time this has happened we asked what are the workers they go and get some off the shelf and he said no I dont know who the hell manages that part of the store but evidently they dont know what theyre doing you would think we start running low on a product you would order more they also had no napkins

Busy, busy as always. No Lysol again, started limit on water(3) and no gas without a warning, working on new gas pumps for about 4 months.

I usually have no problem doing pick up but today alot of people parked in the pick up spots, that werent doing order pick up, made it a huge inconvenience

The Sams Club in San Bernardino has self-checkout and scan-and-go options. Both are shorter lines than going through cashiers. Currently, the gas station is closed and they havent announced when it will be open again.

Pick up took longer than 15 minutes, I get it its busy but at least give me quality items that are not moldy or going bad already

The worst Sams Club ever is in San Bernardino. The lighting in there is so bad you cant even use their app to check out very few employees to give you any information while shopping in the store. Been overcharged several times for water to check your receipts. Not enough carts for the handicapped and not enough parking for handicapped either

Very disappointed in Sams Club.They are requiring that their members wear a face covering to enter and are claiming that they are required to do so by local/state orders.This is a LIE! There are currently no government rules requiring face coverings.Sams Club has chosen to get involved with this highly politically charged issue and has done so on the wrong side - while lying about their reasoning.

This location is always dirrty in an organised Its really a shame that reflects on the store manager

I just got home from Sams club and had a wonderful experience. Everything went well. Nothing bad 2say. Very clean store and fast helpful salespeople.

Always a breeze. Happy to see food court back open. My kiddo thinks pizza pretzel was AWESOME.

Lines are quick and store is usually well stocked. Whoever collects the carts or manages need to do a better job, I had to walk back to the parking lot and look for one. Unlike other stores, their carts are not wiped down. Dont offer anything to sanitize upon walking in either

Their checkout system sucks to 1,000 power. Self check out involves moving items from one basket to other. Assisted checkout is one line only about 1/4 mile long & directed by an employee to available cashier when you reach the front of the line.

Did a return alot of meat we a cancel party and took everything back but I ended up spending more than what I got back. Bought a shampoo cleaner for $79. Cast iron pans that they had for $22 that I been wanting

There was a short line to get in, but it moved quickly. Shopping was easy, they had most of the things I went in for. Employees were helpful at check out.

I came to Sam’s and I was shocked to see so many traps for rats. Will they be invaded? How awful .

Nice store, every thing you need. And in bulk, its a big store but its always crowded. They do have a lot registers open. and self check out...

Even tho is a lot of wait I know is because theyre short of people, if the Government will stop giving unemployment so more lazy people go back to work, here at Sams theyre doing their best

I hate sams club!!! From here on out I will always go with Costco!! Its supposed to be covid and that’s why they closed the food court even tho Costco has their food court open and then sams never picks up phone. So how do I ask questions with out showing up?

Its a great place to shop as most of the items are not too big in quantity for a family to use. The only drawback at times is locating what you need and its hard at times to locate an employee for assistance. But when you do locate an employee, they are always very helpful!!

Line was long to enter store but worth wait. The bake shop employees go a,one and beyond to help! Ty.beautiful last min cake!

Sams Club Tire Department offers terrible customer service. Dont waste your time with them. Very disrespectful employees. After asking a valid question, employee replies with a smart alec response twice. It takes them two guys to replace a battery. I was told it would take an hour and a half to replace 4 tires and it took them 3 when they were actually not busy at all. They work like snails, and if they think you are not watching theyll drive your car out carelessly by speeding when the car is still over the jack. Do yourself a favor and Avoid a Headache. Go elsewhere.

My sister placed the order and I came to pick it up. It today k almost 20 minutes before I got any help. Not happy with that, considering I had just got off a 10 hour day at work.

Lots of great prices an good Ac .clean an spacious helpful employees but I felt unsafe shopping ,because some employees were wearing mask as chin warmer an social distancing was not enforced an some shoppers did not used mask inside the store this is not save at all .I guess it takes more than corona virus to make them care.

Great deals in bulk. New items and great members only discounts. On top of that there was goid deals on hot food at there lunch counter. Cashiers were quick and well trained. Even the customers shopping here were friendly enough that it felt like home.
