Overall, this uhaul facility is not that terrible, staff is some what helpful. Upon leaving out of state, the store manager, Jesus, at first claimed he could price match another a competitor but then backed out because U-Pack was way cheaper and in the end could not price match it.Oh and be careful when renting trucks here. I also rented a 10 ft truck and when it was given to me, the fuel tank capacity was marked at the 1/4 level, and that was not the case! Just double check and inspect before renting or signing anything!Descent for being in the area that its in.

Had unit here for aprox. 2 months now and i love it much better that my last company. Little bit more pricier but i get it more security

Needed a hitch put on my truck. Started at Redlands Uhaul but they wasted my time (see my review of Redlands Uhaul). Also Redlands wanted to charge $293 for the job. These guys (Uhaul at D st.) not only took care of me right away but only charged me $180.These guys will get all my furture business.

Uhaul moving, and storage is very clean, and the employees are very friendly, as well as helpful.

The absolute worst service, if you dont want your card information stolen Id just steer clear of this facility in fact uhaul period. I was charged by 2 separate facilities in other states after dealing with them. And they made a huge fuss when i called them to inquire why or even whu theu still had my card information.

There is no restroom access even for paying customers who urgently need to use the restroom since the new manager, Mr Garcia, has been there. This is very frustrating for paying customers who desperately need to use the restroom with medical problems resulting in frequent urination.

Everything with my truck rental went fine. Its what happened afterwards that leads me to write this review. My card number was charged with my rental, they also used my card to charge someone elses rental. After two dead end phone calls to this location I called corporate uhaul customer service. That customer service rep confirmed for me that my card was used on another contract number, and that persons contract already had a card number associated with it but somehow my card became the second card on file for that contract, and lucky me, my card was the one charged. She assured me she had spoken to the GM of that location (while I was on hold) and that he would look into it and call me back himself. After two business days of hearing nothing, I went to the location myself to confront the issue. I was told that sometimes there are glitches and the GM wasnt currently there. All my information was taken and I was assured it would be passed on to the GM and I would receive a call. It has been another 2 business days so as you can tell I am not pleased. I had to claim a fraudulent charge with my bank and cancel my card in order to get my money back even though Uhaul CONFIRMED the charge was not mine. Now I get weeks of fun dealing with the fact I have to update all other payments with a new card number that I have to wait a week to receive because of the fact this happened while I was in the middle of changing addresses. Very displeased to be treated like this when I am a repeat Uhaul customer (I move nearly every year for the past 13 years). I did everything in my power to chase this down and be patient and I was met with no consideration or care.

Take forever to attend people, waited about 30 mins to fill a propane tank and in the end they couldnt even fill it up. Wanted to give me a refund and was about to be another 10 mins for the refund back

Great service! I like the fact that they do same Day Installation on my Silverado.

Horrible, horrible!! One customer service rep assisting customers. Wait time is about 1 hour. Make yourself a favor and Find another Uhaul facility.

Rented a 3/4 ton pickup to haul my equipment trailer. The price was fair and the truck was new.
