They were great!! The first place I called wanted $150.00 for the consultation. They only charged $45.00, took it and brought it back the next day. Super nice and quick!!

This place was straight to the point. Fair price to see whats wrong with the TV and great price replacing all the LED lights in my 2017’ 50” LG UHD TV. It’s was ready within 24 hours. Nuff said. Walked in to pick it up and they had it (middle one at the bottom) playing movies to show that it works and even showed me the parts replaced. I got another 55” LG. When it goes out I’m taking it there period!

Dropped off my 55 inch QLED to be repaired. Had a power surge at my house that fried the power supply. Only took a couple days and that was because a part had to be ordered. I am very satisfied and recommend this repair shop to anyone with a tv that needs repair. 5 stars.

After 3 years my 50 Samsung blacked out. Called for information spoke with Martin who was very nice. Dropped the TV off Saturday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up Tuesday at a very reasonable cost. I will, definitely, use again if needed.

Martin came at time he was supposed to. Told him our issue he fixed it within 30 minutes. Even explaining what the problem was. Would definitely recommend

I had a 2 year old 75 inch Samsung stop working on me. I called around and got several quotes. A couple of places asked that I bring the tv to their shop. I called Dale’s and spoke to Martin. He was very courteous and said they could pick up the tv from my home for a fee and if I decided to fix it that would be waived and applied to my balance. He picked it up the next day, at the time that was promised. He called me a couple of hours later, told me the problem and price. The price was very reasonable so I agreed. My tv was fixed and returned to my home the next day. The entire experience was great. Service and staff also great. Highly recommend Dale’s TV Repair. Martin and Martin Sr were both very professional. Call them!

I moved to SB 2 years ago. Movers broke some inputs in the back of my big screen. My stereo was in need of repair. My sound was severely depreciated. I could not play DVDs or Blu Ray. For 2 years I have not been able to get it fixed. Then Covid made it really hard. I researched and found Dales was close. I called and they were out immediately. Took my TV and had it back in a couple hours!!! Hooked it all up. I am in Heaven! Next they are going to fix and install all my audio components. Great repair rates! Very professional. Super people! I really scored.

Its a quick and efficient family operation. They had my 55-inch up and running that same day. He even tested it in front of me to rule out some of my ignorant guesses. Cheap too.I hope I dont need a TV fixed again, but if I do, thats where Im going.

On July 17, 2020 I went in the shop for a lamp for my TV I am disabled and right away they offered me a chair to sit down, that has never been done before at other businesses. This place is awesome I was greeted with a smile and information on how to replace my lamp and what to do so the next one won’t blow early. Hey save me money time and was so kind and professional, this is the place to go if you wanna great customer service and great prices.

My 65 inch LG, which is around 6 years old, started to glitch really bad. It was getting hard to watch. I simply Googled “tv repair” and Dale’s popped up. I gave them a call and they showed up the next morning to assess my tv. They checked it out and took it with them. I was expecting to have it be with them for at least a few days. They had my TV fixed and delivered back to my house in 1 day! Like 24 hours! AND the price was amazing! I couldn’t be happier with their service.

If I could give -5 I would!! This place like to many things in San Bernardino is; just plain terrible. I give them my BluRay audio system $35 down payment my contact information. 2 yrs later not a word from them! I called them several times. Either waiting for a part or they couldn’t find it. I just bought myself a new audio system and chalked it up to lesson learned.

Great service, but a little on the expensive side, but i guess that might be normal. the inspection fee was $40, which i thought was a little expensive. when i got my tv back it was working like new, and they gave a 30 day warranty on their work. pretty good shop except for the inspection fee.

Had a great experience, my Emerson flat screen would not turn on and was fixed at a reasonable price within 3 hrs and I would recommend to even go buy a used TV from them at a very reasonable rate.Owner and son very nice :)

Do not trust this place...the owner lies and ripped me off. He didnt fix my television properly...

I went there to replace our plasma tvs lamp and they tried to charge me 300 bucks.. later I found out how easy it was to fix it so I went back to see if they can sell just the lamp and the lady said no, we have to fix it for you so I went online, found the lamp for 60 bucks and took me 10 mins to fix...I saved 240 bucks plus gained some knowledge.
