I went to be my taxes with those people and they charged me more than 250 and I did not understand the taxes well and I have been trying to solve for a year and for everything they charge me when I call them they answer me and tell me that they will call me to tie they did not want me To be an appointment I went personally and the lady from ay treated me badly, she did not want to attend to me and they told me that only with appointment and that they were going to charge me for changes apart from that I had already paid a lot of money they want more and I have problems to fix that !!! I advise you to go somewhere else! apart from the fact that they did not do the tax right, they did not want to return my money ...Not so to which it corresponds. My niece is here and I have her at school, I do my taxes without fraud and if only my niece already fixes her papers and has her insurance and you could not get her itin and I continue to discuss this with you if she tries to make me look bad I will publish Here the receipts and the papers I dont know what kind of people you are dealing with but I am a decent person and it was only one thing in the rest you know or I will publish the receipts if it continues to make me look bad

They recommended me this place but when they arrived they asked me to leave my documents and to return when they had already prepared the documents just to check and sign, I was arriving and it was not the one that was supposed to take my file, Norma failed to an appointment that we had dated and At the end I asked for my documents because I had already spent two weeks doing nothing and they left me angry and did not want to give me the documents but if they wanted to charge when they had not done anything. They lack professionalism, education and ethics. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. They asked me to leave the documents for the taxes of a company and they only take me long documents that occupy other documents when they were originally copied, some were given to me for lost and the only thing they did to me was the form of employees 1099 and when I asked them for a copy of form 1096 for my files they did not want to give me and better broke it in front of me and other clients present. Very little professionalism Norma Guerrero and little ethnic, if they have no character to run an office to assist clients with good education better not have it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE
