My dad had to sell his house, he was getting older and I preferred to have him live with me, so I could keep a eye on him. So we needed to find a realtor we prospected several agents and it always felt as if they really didn’t care about our situation they just wanted to sell the house, we ended up calling Jose Ponce to try to help us out and see what he had to offer. To our surprise he was very professional had all the paperwork in order and was ready to answer all of our questions he didn’t make us feel pressured to sign anything or quick to sell the home. Jose did end up selling my dads home at a higher sales price than we had expected and he made the whole transaction as smooth as possible. Very difficult to communicate with this office. They dont answer most the time and sit on offers for a week before presenting them to the sellers. They do this to try to double end deals. If you want to sell your house I would recommend you gong to another company. I highly recommend NOT using them if you want an honest agency.

I am disappointed in this realty group. I feel they are not honest and lie. Back in May during the Redlands Air Show, I entered to win a gift card with this group. 2 days after they called me to inform me I had actually won. When I went to pick it up they told me the receptionist had the key and they couldnt open the drawers were it was kept. Long story short I still havent received any gift card. Whenever I reach out they answer me with we still havent found the gift card. I feel they are not honest and they lie.

Do not use this agency to sell your home run run fast from them. They dont answer phone calls when called they dont return calls. They were to sell our house but bought it themselves to flip. They took a huge selling fee and leaving us with nothing. Now my family is homeless living in 2 vehicles and a tent. They are great rip off artists. RFind someone who is going to do what is in your interest not in their own wwallets

Poor follow up on the contract process.Very poor representation by the agencyHave only one open house rest of the had to show the house ourselves.They want to set in thier office and do everything by computer.Wrote the contract wrong teice and cost me my first sale but several thousand dollars on the sale.They need to listen more maybe even take notes to protect their clients???Also when the buyes requested to use an escrow company other than one Ponce owned thepaper work got real slow and cost me money again!
