I live in N Texas and was in desperate need of a Polaris auxiliary pump impeller. Due to the February freeze in Texas I exhausted my search locally and on line and was told by everyone it would be 3/4 months before the impeller would be available again. I contacted local dealers in states where I have family in hopes of finding one with no luck. Jeff at San Bernardino Supply & Service did not have one in stock but told me he might be able to find a used impeller for me and he would call me back (I didn’t hold my breath). To my surprise Jeff called me back and found me a used impeller cheap ( I was expecting to be gouged) and my brother in law overnighted it to me and my pool is up and running. Thank you Jeff for your over the top service.

What is amazing is that they have stuck it out in our City after break-ins, homeless, drug dealers, etc....I am thankful for our small businesses who maintain a presence here in San Bernardino. As for the walk-in portion of the store, they have a great selection for being able to pick up parts same day when needed. I called many other stores for parts for my pump and had not be able to locate them anywhere. Though with this benefit comes a bit of a steep price hike, which is understandable though for holding inventory. Will definitely return if I need a part day of..Though what really drove me to hop online and post a review is their pool repair and servicing services. After battling with my pump and plumbing for my pool for about a week (which consisted of changing out o-rings, gaskets, main seal and impeller for what appeared to be an air leak) I decided it was time to call a professional before I did more harm than goodI made an appointment Thursday and they made it out Monday morning. The technician that arrived was on time, very kind, and extremely thorough in explaining what may be the issue and steps I could take aside from those that would require a service call actually. He asked me to perform those tasks and let him know if they worked for me and if they did not he would return the following day; in a very honest attempt to save me some cash. I performed the tasks and had no luck, so I let the technician know and he scheduled me for his first stop the following morning.Not only did he quickly discover the issue, solve it, and explain how to prevent it, He than proceeded to repair another issue that may have caused a problem in the near future at no cost extra from the service call.Will definitely be making a call to San Bernardino Pool Supply the next time I have a issue beyond my capabilities. I suggest the same to you if your looking for competent, kind and honest pool technicians.Thank you John!

Cool guys, very helpful and knew their stuff. No pressure sales. Prices are a bit higher then online buuuuut if you need it today then its worth the extra dollar if u ask me. Plus their knowledge makes up for the difference if your buying and u have questions they can tell u exactly what u need.

Service is a joke. Worker shows up late, if at all. Between the algae and dirt, we are unable to use the pool in this 100 degree weather. They refuse to send someone back out to clean it properly.

Went there today to buy chemicals for my new above ground pool and the guys there were very helpful. I had no idea what to get but they made it all very easy. Love supporting local businesses!

We were having trouble with our salt water generator panel. After getting disappointing results from another pool supply place (they attempted, twice, without success), we decided to try San Bernardino Pool Supply next. We would have saved money if we went here first. The service person came to our house and fixed our salt water panel the first time. We were afraid that we were going need the whole thing replaced. Nope! Just a small part on the panel needed to be replaced. He was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are loyal San Bernardino Pool Supply customers now.

Very dismissive and borderline rude when inquiring about weekly service. Their response: sorry, we dont service homes in your area (Devore). Good luck...
