I love this store. All the employees are really nice and willing to help. Good customer service is hard to find these days. This store has great customer service.
I contacted this store the night before because Chewy.com discontinued my new Puppys food. I was getting very low on this and quite concerned. Not enough left to transition her. The clerk the night before set a couple of bags aside for me...it was waiting at the cash register in the morning. The primary store mgr was up front and available for help. The store was exceptionally clean and there is a mask requirement inside the store. With the COVID19 Variants way out of control, this helped me to feel quite safe. Needless to say, my entire shopping experience followed on a very positive note. I felt safe...able to go in and out quickly...excellent customer relations! I highly recommend shopping here...and it is just off the freeway which was also extremely helpful for me♡♡♡
The employees greet you at the door they are all willing to help you find what you were looking for to make your shopping as easy as possible I will not go to any other place but the Petsmart in San Bernardino on hospitality Lane
Customers dont matter to them. The wife and i took our puppy for his first training class that we paid for about a month in advance. The website allowed us to schedule it. So when we took our puppy for his class, we were told that there was no class till August or September. Also, they claimed that they called the customers that were enrolled for the training to let them know that the class was cancelled which was not true. They added that the website shouldnt have let us enroll and pay for the class. At least we got our refund but its just prolonging my puppys training.
Seems like every time I come get crickets for my beardies, there is only 1 cashier with AT LEAST 6 customers waiting in line. I see associates acknowledge that there is a line but NEVER open a second register. When I went to politely ask if assistance could be provided for the one & only cashier I was met with a rude, egotistic response. Management definitely needs to re-assessed at this store.
The toys are Categorized..destroyer was the type of toy I needed..always bought toys that dogs would destroy so now Im not wasting my money by getting the perfect toys
Our Groomer Stylist was very caring with my dog and took care of his grooming needs. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Im very happy with how easy it was to check-in and check-out and very satisfied with the end product of my dogs hair cut. I will be coming back again!! I would also like to send a Thank you!! to our pet groomer stylist, Joseph Daniel!!
I was able to easily find the variety of various food needed for the foster kittens, as well as the three adult cats of my own. The associate was very friendly in greeting me, wished me well and to tell all my kitties “hello”! Always so very thoughtful!

I always love coming here but I think I come here to much and theyre isnt much for me to buy anymore lol. My dog used to get so excited coming here and I absolutely love the pet perks!

This is the worst place to work! All the mangers give you different ways of doing the job and make it hard to work!! They also dont care if they embarrass you infront of everyone they dont care about there employees!!! They need to get new managers and trust me they getting reported to EEOC!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!
1st time in a pet smart and sadly it was not the best 1st impression!! The only reason i gave it 2 stars is that I was greeted immediately as I entered and I asked a floor associate for assistance and was shown where I needed to go however the cashier was the reason you lost 3 stars... my wait in line was over 15 mins for checkout, only one register open with plenty of associates on the floor. I could hear the cashiers interaction with all the other guests which was very pleasant.. she started off by asking everyone if they had a phone # list with them and if they didnt they were told why they should.. as my turn came, I was not provided this same interaction, I wasnt even greeted!! she instead answered the phone amd pointed to the pin pad that was asking for my #, I politely shook my head telling her I didnt have a phone #, she continued on the phone and bypassed the phone # and began to ring up my products..were nearing the end and she doesnt tell me my total as shes still on the phone and when contactless wouldnt work,now shes off and all she said was well I know it works because other have used it today.. after a few more attempts and no help from her I had to pay with another form of payment which thankfully I had with me!! Poor customer service!!
They have feeders and they monitor them before they sell them that way your fish do not get sick and die
Now help on the floor. Bought a large dog house had to slide it too the long check out line. They also had no doors for it.
Not a good stock of Otc meds for dogs with UTI problems. Many other alike items were completely out of stock. The Staff were helpful and professional.
PetSmart has all the products for pets. They have pet foods, chewed toys, cages, fish tanks, beds, etc. They always have pet donation for sale, such as dogs (puppies) and cats (kittens). And also, theres a pet wash for dogs.
If you love your pet this is a really good place to find everything you need

In house associates are all very nice. Only ones that may come off a little rude would be the ones handling the online orders. Dont ask questions if you dont want to get chewed out.
Still a tad high, but the fact that they ACTUALLY HAD Sheba (UNLIKE STATER BROS), I left somewhat satisfied.

Couldnt find any workers to help me, walked around the entire store, couldnt find one person to help, found 4 of them in the front talking, when asked if someone could help find an item, the answer instantly was they dont have it in stock! Then they went right back to talking! There was only one register open and the line wrapped around the store! I wouldnt return to this store.
Today my husband had a very uncomfortable and confusing encounter at the groomer today. In the past 5 years that we have been taking our dog nothing like this has happened before.We an appointment for our to be groomed and as usual, the grooming employee told me the appointment would run about 1- 1 1/2 hours. I took off, and within 10-15 mins I was called back to pickup our dog immediately. This employee was rude and seemed to not have any compassion for my pet, nor for any pet. The reason the employee gave me, was because he was “acting too stressed, and whinnying”. I couldn’t do pick him up, and tried to see if any other family members could pick him up, and nothing.I ended up driving back to pick our dog up right away. To my surprise when I arrived, our dog had been released to a stranger. The employee could not tell me who she released my dog to, or what the name of the person was.The employee showed absolutely no empathy towards my dog or the situation, on the other hand, was rude and dismissive. I am so disappointed by the service and the way things were handled. I will no longer be taking my dog there and I will make sure I let all of my friends and family know of the horrible experience I had, as well how insensitive, and cold the grooming employees are at the San Bernardino store.I hope that I am the last person who receives this type of treatment and that no pet owner has to go through this.
I like the store & I go there to get stuff for my pet! But I wish they had more help! Someone knowledgeable about pets on the floor to ask questions to! And more cashiers at the check out so I dont wait in a long line every time I go there!
I take my pup in for haircuts. They know her name and always treat her right. She never complains when going back.
This petsmart has the largest selection of aquarium decor I have ever seen. Totally awesome. Buy one the second is half off. From small to huge deco , ones with air bubbles , giant drawbridges that move and dragons, to cute stuff with neon colors. Large selection of fish. Pet adoption, cats , kittens. . I seen snakes hamsters, mice, tarantulas. Im sure there were more live animals but I didnt have a lots of time. Theres a veterinarian there and a groomer.. I know , (I feel bad about it too) but theres gotta be something Im forgetting. This PetSmart is loaded with good reasons to return to it. I think its a better place for pets it has everything. Oh and the people who work there were friendly helpful and nice to me. 🙂

When i walked in there they greeted me friendly it was neat and clean and seen a few pets on leashes with there owners very cute. Although the lines were long they were fast they also assisted me with my heavy products to my car. I would deffinetly recommend this store to families and friends oh yea dont forget to bring your pets too🤗

Great, came for new tags for our pups. The staff was very kind and helpful. Looked for life vests for pups but they had only a few and none their size. Could be just a supply issue like everywhere else. Due to shipping issue because of the virus. Both our dogs were with us and they were happily welcomed and greeted.

There is nothing too special about this place. Its a Petsmart. They all have a very amazing staff and a urge to give the best customer service possible. I was able to get everything I needed and questions answered.

I love PetSmart this is my go-to place for my pets needs I have fish a cat and a dog and I get everything from here a lot of people dont know but you can price match so I get really good deals their staff is very friendly and welcoming and they help you whatever your needs are

I wouldnt be surprised if that snake died. The older man refused to do any kind of discount for it even though it was there for over a month and a 1/2 not eating. My guess is most the staff does not care about the quality of life for reptiles they are obviously money hungry typical corporation driven employs.This all happened on October 4th 2018 at 1030am.
I was amazed that they had ghost shrimp as I was not looking for any. I had room for them so I got 10 of them. Staff was very friendly. Fish stocks are better now compared to the early days of the pandemic.
