Been ordering from this place for years but it seems to get worse and worse. Didnt bring the right water slide and the guys who came to pick it up were very rude. Not to mention it was very expensive. Definitely wont do business again.

Had great experience they came trough last minute. Very professional called to let me know ETA for drop off and pick up. Transaction was smooth and easy . and was able to get balloons there too last minute. Thank you

I ordered five days before the event and I was told I would receive a text confirmation. I waited and when no text came through, so I text them for confirmation of my order and nothing. On two days before the event I called and the women said oh yea the 40 chairs and 8 tables, Ill send over the invoice. When she did she got the order wrong on the invoice and the delivery and a portion of my delivery never arrived, I had to order else where.In my opinion if your event is important this is not the service for you..

They came through for us with 2 hours notice. We will definitely use them again

Excellent customer service

Picked up a few things about two weeks ago at Alex’s jumpers for my son’s birthday party. Today we came in again for my other son’s birthday party. Both times Mrs. Guadalupe was courteous and very professional, easy to talk to and straightforward. Great experiences on both occasions and will definitely be back next month for my daughter’s birthday. Alex’s jumpers is the place to go for your party needs.

So my some of my grandkids are like morbidly obese. Well Alexs Jumpers provided heavy duty Jumpers that could take the combined weight of all my Grandkids! Alex made sure the installation was safe. I cant recommend Alex and his heavy duty jumpers enough! Alex your my hero Meng!

Worst experience renting equipment. I rented 50 chairs, 4 tables and a heater for new years eve. I received a confirmation text the day before delivery to confirm everything and all the information regarding delivery and pick up. I confirmed the drop off and they delivered the equipment the 31st as they said they would. When they dropped everything off, they put the heater together and we all noticed that the pan at the top of the heater was missing a bolt so it was leaning to the side, when we mentioned it to the man that delivered everything he said it would take too much time to go get the missing piece and come back. I called the office and explained the situation and the man said he would have someone fix it. No one ever came, I called again and no one answered so I left a message. As we start to set up for the party, we noticed that one of the chairs was broken and we werent able to use it and when we tried to start the heater it would not start lit without holding down the knob. We improvised and taped the knob down but it was extremely ugly and inconvenient and it still had the tilted pan. They were supposed to pick it up on January 1st and no one came. The next day, 1/2/20 they called and text that they were on their way to pick everything up, I told them that no one would be home and that they were supposed to come yesterday. The driver said that I would be charged $15 because they would have to come back out since no one would be home. Customer service just keeps getting worse. I called the office and spoke to Guadalupe, explained all of the situations and she apologized for everything. She said she would send a driver out and they would have to check the heater to make sure it didnt work in order to get any type of refund. She said after the driver checks it, he would call her and then they can decide what to do. When the driver Andrew showed up, he checked the heater and agreed that it did not work. He said I would have to go to the office for any refund. I called and text Guadalupe to see if this is correct and to set up a time to come and since the 2nd she has not answered any texts or calls. I will be showing up to the office. This place it awful and they delivery super old and ugly equipment. Please do not use this company for your party rentals.

They claimed to say the jumper was wet and try to charge a $25 fee two days later! Last I checked you do that the day of pick up not two days later! Do not rent anything from these crook ass people! Not to mention they are freaking rude!

Please be very aware when you go through this company. They will not issue a refund of any kind even if you blow your breaker and have no electricity to plug in a jumper. Even if you cancel prior to the day of the event they will not refund your money, they will give credit for any event booked within 45 days only. . . Please read your contract carefully because at the very bottom it says this, but they dont make you aware of it before you pay them, even though she told me she would refund the money since the drivers never came out to the house she could issue a refund. Im very unhappy with there communication and now Imma out 65 dollars for NOTHING

Very upsetting how rude the guy who dropped off the tables and chairs was. First off I was very nice about the fact they got their late. they said 7-12:45 they got there at 1:10 when my party started at 2..Regardless of them getting late the man still did not want to put my chairs and tables in the backyard he told me he couldn’t and left them in the front yard smh and then when i tried to tell him to please leave them in the backyard he said rudely, “you haven’t even finished paying if you want I can take them back” KNOWING I was having a party due to the jumper in the front smh ..so if you want to pay to do someone’s job go with them and if they get mad they can leave your event with no tables without a worry! Horrible service!

When I booked the jumper, tables & chairs via text with Lupe she told me it would be $85 for the package I wanted and also a $15 delivery charge but I had to go into the store and put a $40 deposit down. I asked her if it was okay if I just paid the guy in full when they dropped everything off Sunday. She assured me it would be fine just cash only which was fine by me. I received the 1st call at 7:57 am from them and said there was another order before me and they are running behind that they would be delivering within the next 15-20 minutes. I told them that was fine if they can be here between 8:30-8:45am. He said Yes, that works perfect for them. 2nd call @ 8:36am they were on the way... last call @ 9:36am one hour later they finally made it! Their shop is 13 minutes away.. I dont understand why it took them this long to finally arrive. My event started at 10:00am still waiting for tables & the chairs. So when they finally arrived there was a driver & someone in the passenger seat. The driver does not speak much English but everything that came out of his mouth was VERY RUDE. The one in the passenger seat asked where they will be seating everything up? If it was outside or inside. I let him know it was inside the community but its an open yard. The one in the passenger seat asked if I spoke Spanish I said no. The driver said I DONT CARE LADY WE CANT DELIVER HERE Said theyve delivered here before and it was too much for them, too many people and they dont want their jumper to get ruin! I told them they can come inside the courtyard and see its an open yard and its okay. The driver kept yelling and said he doesnt care. Asked me if I told Lupe it was a senior community.I told them yes. That was the first thing I told her; was where I was calling from. If they delivered here before then they wouldve seen the address and know theyve been here. Ive been here for 3 years and we NEVER ordered a jumper ever before. So I know for a fact they were not telling the truth. The driver kept telling me He does not care to call Lupe to figure it out. Turned around and DROVE OFF.. not even leaving me the tables & chairs. So my event didnt have chairs or tables... I texted the one in the passenger seat since he called me three times and asked if they can leave me the tables & chairs and he said to let Lupe know so she can figure it out. I called Lupe left her a voicemail also sent her a text message didnt hear back from her. Its the next day 4:10pm and I still have not herd back.. I see they are closed today so we will see if they will even reach back out to me tomorrow. I attached pictures of the calls, text messages and also a map of proof.. Never been so disappointed EVER!!!

This is the third year that I’ve rented a jumper,canopy, tables, and chairs from them. I’ve never had any problem and they are always friendly!! I love it!!

Not sure about them other reviews weve gone here for easy table rentals and they deliver without any attitudes,they have tried to be early as possible but never late to our partys. Havent been disappointed and Ive used a few times over the past few months

Everything seemed fine until everyone was getting scratched up because the stuck a board under the pool part of the waterslide and it kept shutting off. Called them someone came out ended up breaking one of my outlets blowing all the power... My husband yelled at him and they turned around and called the cops and picked up the waterslide after only an hour and 180 dollars the cops said since it is their property they could just take it and anything else we would have to take them to court... As soon as i told them how they broke things and everyone got scrated up they became rude as hell 😐

WORST place ever!! Would not recomend to anyone BEWARE!! Horrible Horrible customer service, I was quoted one price and then they keeped raising it unbelivable the owner screamed at me in front of my 4 yr old when I asked why...he even cussed...it was just horific!! My baby was even crying...WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Regardless to say I spent my money elswear.
