I have used her services twice. The first time the service was great. I again needed her services to request funds from the court. She said it was easy and would complete and submit within a day and send me email copy. I called a week later and she had not submitted as she said she was busy. Next day she said she submitted and would email me copy, which she never did. I called and texted her numerous times about this and she completely ignored me. As of today 2 months later, I still do not know if anything was submitted to the court. I guess I will need to resubmit through another paralegal. Based on her lack of communication I would never recommend her.

With everything that shes done for me, i have to give 5 stars due to the pure love and effort in her work. you can tell she puts alot of effort to ensure your documents are filed and notarized on time!

I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of paralegal services. I called and got an appointment that same day and by the next day my documents had already been filed and served, All of her work was very professional and she knew exactly what to do to help my situation. This is the best Paralegal Service ever! Im so fortunate to have chosen Paloma for both a divorce I was going through and and eviction I needed desperately. What she charged me was no where near what I would have paid at any other Paralegal service for everything she did for me. And all the leg work of serving people and going to the courthouse to file my paperwork. I just cant believe she did all that for me. And shes as smart as any high dollar lawyer you can get. When I first contacted Ochoa Paralegal, Paloma assured me a family name change would be simpler and quicker than you think so I took a chance and met with her. At the time I was still stressed about dealing with SB court and the cost of legal proceedings, but Paloma took care of everything at a very low cost. She prepared and filed all the name change paperwork including the required news paper publication all I had to do is show up on the court date! She even walked me through the post court process like how to apply for a new birth certificate.Paloma fulfilled that initial promise, changing my families name was fast, stress free and cost A LOT less than I anticipated. Its something I wanted for years, Paloma made it so simple while keeping her costs low. My only regret is not contacting her sooner!

They did not have whats needed to help a community. An they also need assistance in helping to find people after they go to court an you would like to make those people responsible for the award the client recieved in court. They dont have the proper resources to help them help a situation such as this.

I am writing this because I never want this to happen to anyone else... Paloma is a scam artist and a RIP off.Run never stop here..she changed business names from executive legal services to Ochoa Legal Services because she was doing the same thing she did to me when she was at executive legal services.. all her reviews on her OLD businees were horrible reviews..she was quick to take our money over 2,000 and nothing that she did held up in court or was even filed in court. She never finished her job and her mom tried to clean up her dirty work because she knows her daughters work is TERRRIBLE. Her work is so bad that the attorney she is a paralegal for told me Paloma is so unorganized and it is unfortunate that I got what I paid for. She took our money for work that was not complete or done half way and when I tried to call, text or email they all went unanswered. All we wanted we for her to finish the job she was paid for and never finished. I even drove all the way to her office to get our file and be DONE with her, just so she could be rude and VERY unprofessional and refuse to give me the file she had been paid for. Moral of the story she will take your money not finish the job and her mom will try and cover it up for her so please save your money and heartache and go to a professional paralegal that will finish the work they were paid to do.
