So I went to a place in Ontario last week and during the week I broke a nail. So while at inland center mall today I decided to get my nail fixed and a change of color. I just wanted all black nails no design or anything complicated. And yet after applying and reapplying 6!!!! Times the nail tech managed to cut two fingers, file my nail way too low, insult my eyebrows, and straight up tell me that she doesn’t like black nails and I need to find some other color!!! I was there for a two hours just to repaint my nails from ombré black to all black…. She was rushing and I left bleeding and unhappy with the nails. She also charged me $55 to repaint my nails and fix one nail! I will never never never go there again.

Never going back to this place ever again. Did a mani gel, and it came of within 20 minutes of leaving. Went back and got it fixed? Later at night two nails starting coming off. I’ve never had a gel manicure fall off the same day! Not to say less, 20 minutes of getting them done. I really hope they give my money back or do theyre job right. Even then, WORST PLACE EVER. Never going back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Hadnt been here in years. 45$ for short French tip nails and they arent painted even and they have bubbles.. this is after one week with the nails. Very disappointed! Will not be back.

The lady that did my feet was so detailed. She cleaned up my nails so damn good I was like oh she good good.

I let them know from the beginning I had to be at work at a certain time and they absolutely did their very best and still got me out of there in the right amount of time I was not late at all. Theyre very friendly and very clean I really really love this place.

NOT clean their tools gave my cousin an infection 😣🤢 they don’t know how to cut toe nails properly so it causes ingrown nails they trim the sides incorrectly. Not recommend going here.

This nail shop is alright. I feel like I couldve gotten better quality of work for the money. Trying to support small business owners. Still they need to make it worth my while especially when Im spending my hard earned coins.

I don’t know, if the lady taking my money was the owner i believe she was. She walked in not a hello looks at her customers like she is too good which is fine but very unprofessional. Didn’t even say thank you.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. It was honestly traumatic to say the least. I went in thinking things would be good. They seemed polite and patient. But as soon as they started working on my nails, theyre attitude changed. They began rushing through the process as if they were out of time or it was some sort of race. It was super painful, very uncomfortable, and terrible quality. I asked for designs and showed them the picture of what I wanted. I asked if she could do it and she literally said no because it would take too much time. It was a very super simple design; literally checked squares. Plus she said she couldnt because of time, not ability. Nails came out crooked, way too long, very very painfully thick, and super unneat. dont GO HERE.

HORRIBLE. I paid $65 for a messy, crusty, ugly full set. I asked for the green french tip, I have no idea on why she added the silver line. I did NOT ask for that and I’m sure I was charged extra for it. They are very rushed while working on you with a BAD attitude. They don’t care for quality just quantity. Not to mention the acrylic powder container was MOLDY and NASTY all up inside! I should’ve said something but I just wanted to get done and run out of there.

First timer! So about two weeks ago I walked in everyone in there was very nice and I felt comfortable. I usually dont get my nails done but Ill be coming back here.

Well this was my first time to get a pedicure and believe me my feet needed it. The staff were friendly and helpful on scrapping the dead skin off my feet and they thankfully trimmed my toe nails W/ I was enjoying the massage chair. My daughter and I did have to get a thermometer check and we sanitized our hands they do good job with virus protection.

This place is a found gem! I can finally get my nails at the mall without breaking the budget. Mya I believe is her name is the best!

Very rushed and harsh she cut me so many times very bad, I asked for coffin and they were so round she would get mad at me for asking her to make the coffin shape more thin so it could actually look coffin, every time she would get mad she would go more harsh, very rude too. All my nails are different lengths and shapes. First time coming and never coming back again.

The guy who did my nails was very patient on what I wanted and nice. I never post reviews but I was so happy with my nails that I felt the need to share my gratitude. I’ll be coming back here for sure.

Lovett they always do an amazing job you pay for what you get there they are good and customer service and they do a good job on nails and designs and I like their hours of operation honestly I like everything about this place and Im very picky with my nails so safe to say I found my nail spot I would recommend anybody going here you are going to definitely pay for what you get here in a good way! So Im not one to get my nails done often but I really enjoyed my exp here. My tech was Tom he was super nice and helped me decide which nails to get. He was very quick and professional. I think he did a great job. Everyone here was so friendly.

I’ve been coming here for years and lately Tom has been rude. I got a fungus on my nails twice already. I only come here for the pedicures and the late hours. But if you can i would go somewhere else…. Also they only accept cash because they have no internet connection… their nail techs aren’t the best.

Great experience, great work. They fill your nail all the way up not making it seem like you need a fill already. Decent pricing. Friendly, professional staff. 3rd time going. I really like this place.

The price is way too high. I got a acrylic full set w a basic color and it came out to $38 that is not a reasonable price. It was a rip off bc the lady didn’t even shape them right or put the right size. She left my nails uneven and she chipped a nail and didn’t even bother fixing it. She was rude and had a attitude for no reason. I do not recommend coming here.

I got a pedicure twice. Most recent older lady cut me twice on same toe. I said ouch. You could see a little blood. She never apologized and even did it again. The receptionist who did my gel nails said it could be removed by pulling it off or polish remover. Very painful when I attempted and tore off some of my nail. When she put on gel nails and had me put hands in LED light it burning my nails. She did not warm me ahead of time. Also I think it is rude to speak a different language to your coworkers in front of your clients. I dont intend to go back.

Not even a week has passed and two of my nails have broken. My real nail is bleeding from the inside. These acrylics did not last. I’m very angry especially since I was over priced.

The worst place I got my nails and eye brows done I paid 110$ they didn’t do my nails right my nail already broke the lady put polish remover instead of the oil when she was done they didn’t polish the whole nail and after she knew she messed up my nail she and her associate wanted me to get my princess eyelashes done and pay for it I will never go back to them and mind you I got my nails done on New Year’s Day and for a nail to break off already is pathetic and they shouldn’t be open at all

I brought my girlfriend here for a pedicure and the staff was very friendly. Nice, quite atmosphere with soothing music playing in the background. I didnt know if I was there for her or myself. Very relaxing.

I had eye lashes put on. Real good job. The lady who did them was very nice and polite.

My nails are perfect! I love this place! Andy is amazing, and so are all the people he hires. They are pretty good at getting you in and out with an appointment. Next visit, I plan to get eye lash extensions and will be sure to review. If you want great nails for a reasonable price, this is the place!

Walked in and they already had a bad attitude asked for tapered squared and they gave me coffin charged way to much when they didn’t even give me what i wanted and my nails were already falling off 6 days after do not come here.

At first i got that lady in the front desk shes not organized, she needs to work on her attitude and how to greet people. People like to be welcomed and get treated right, not with an attitude!!! The guy did a good job with my nails, only reason im giving 2 stars!

I love this nail salon!!! The deluxe pedi is my go to when Im stressed. The owner Lyn is also a fantastic nail artist - she is so creative and I always get fantastic compliments when she does my mani and pedi!

They do a good job. Clean. Costs a lil more but they do more...like the warm stones during pedicure. Patient and kind with my disabled mother.

Let me tell you one thing. If you want nice nails DO NOT come here. Came as a last minute resort and regret it so bad. Asked for long coffin nails and got bulky ugly crooked nails. Horrible customer service and it was my daughters first pedicure and we felt so unwelcomed. Took staff forever to acknowledge us and made us feel like a bother. Once I got my pedicure, it was a sloppy job, I am usually not picky and asked if she could redo and they still looked horrible. I will never go back. Do not recommend.

My sister went in to get nails for a job interview she has tomorrow, she just wanted some new acrylics and came out with basically Lego blocks on her fingers. They were the thickest nails Ive ever seen and there was paint all over her skin, she spent 41 dollars on nails shes already thinking about taking off because she just feels so ugly and embarrassed and doesnt want to go to the interview with them. She said they were nice but really unprofessional and had a kid there that they kept yelling at which made her uncomfortable. Safe to say were not going back (the saddest part is that usually we look at reviews before going places but didnt this time since it was kinda a fun spur of the moment inde for her interview and now were seeing all the reviews and wish we wouldve checked beforehand.)

This was the worse place. The lady at the counter has no personality. At least not to be dealing with the public. My daughter told the lady that was doing her nails hours she wanted them done and the lady argued with my daughter. When we left, my daughter was upset and never got what she paid for. I would suggest finding another spa to have your nails done.

Went in to get my nails done for a nice night out with coworkers. I kid you not one of my nails fell off the same night. Nails were very thin couldn’t even tell the difference of my nails and the fake nails. They were so thin that when I took the fake nail off it took my nail with it 😢 I’m in so much pain due to it and I will never step foot in this nail shop again!! They want to rush me to pay but couldn’t even do a good job.

I usually come and love the service but today I tried to come in to get a new gel nail on one finger that broke off and it cost $40 for one nail... I still paid of course because Im not gonna make a scene so someone can take a video and put it on world star. This is the last time Ill be coming here $40=one gel nail... Really?!?

I like that they are open late. They are close to my work and they offer a variety services. Unfortunately they had messed us my nails but 2 days later they fixed it.

Lady did my nails on hand looked almost like duck feet the other hand nails was un even and when said something lady copted an attitude

I would give zero if i could. The man said he couldnt do my nails after he had already glued nails on one full hand because i was too detail i simply said this nail was not completely filled & asked if they could fill it in with the acrylic and he denied servicing me. I was not rude nor did i give attitude. He even mocked what i was doing saying this is what you do because i examined the nail. He didnt even take them off of me he walked away so i did the same. Rude man im very confused as to what i did wrong. I have a right to make sure i like what im paying for.

Ive been going there for years and have never had a bad experience.The staff has always been very engaging, polite and friendly. they always do there best to accomodate the client and I have never seen any type of inappropriate, poor or boorish behavior. While understandably there is a language barrier, they do their very best to communicate with clients. their prices may not be as competitive, but they are quite thorough, which sometimes may be worth the extra few dollars.

Service is great, facility is clean and I love the fact that the nail technicians are perfectionist . . .Im always pleased with the results.

Went here to get a quote on a fill. And the lady said For you? $32. She didnt even look at me and my fill needed very little touching up. I decided not to go in and by these reviews Im glad I didnt.

Expensive for the quality that was given.

Called and told them I’d be there in 20 mins, and if they had time to see me. She said yes..I get there, tells me I have to wait 30 mins all rudely. I asked her why she didn’t tell me this on the phone instead of wasting my time, and she didn’t respond. I’m glad I didn’t give them my money.

By Far the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten! First I wanted to use my gift card I recieved for Christmas they gave me a hard time about that so I gave them a pass and charged my card in advance. My pedicure was literally 7 minutes, she barely touched my feet. She was rushing and cut my toe. Now I might even give a pass if my feet were horrible but they werent. To top it off super Rude and poor customer Service! What a way to try and enjoy my Christmas gift

The lady was on the phone the whole time and she took longer because she certainly adjusting her Bluetooth. She did a decent job. But you nails where crooked and you can see lines on them from the buffing

I went in there once (and only time I’ve ever been there) to get a brand new full set... not even 3 days later, the nails were popping off like nothing. Basically like they were press on nails.

HORRIBLE JOB! I got a pedi and they painted half of my pinky toe. She did half of the job. I had to get nail polish on the wall and repaint my own nails. Such a terrible experience, do not recommend going. They did a terrible job on my friends and I! We talked to the manager and she said she couldn’t help us because it was busy. She insist I paid at the end, I couldn’t even let my feet dry, because she insisted to pay right away. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

My daughter needed her nails done for prom and it cost 60, my daughters nails didnt even last a week, four nails came off and her toes thats a whole different story. I should had look this place up and the review....DONT GO HERE, if I could have gave them a zero/no star I definitely wouldve done so.

I walked in and I couldn’t even pick my own nail color... she acted like I was going to steal it, even though I already payed 60 dollars for a pedi and mani... and then after that my feet were scrubbed to the point there were scratches and pain... and then she cut the hell out of my thumb. Like she was trying to reshape them on the skin, not even around my nail. And I bled. My boyfriend was PISSED cause I winced in pain after she cut me and he asked for his money back and she screamed at me to leave.

So i went here yesterday to get a gel manicure and 24 hrs later the gel from two nails came right off :/

This place was awful! I do not recommend it to ANYBODY!! The guy named Tom did a good job shaping my almond acrylics but the ladys were rude, and while painting my nails she touched them while they were wet and left a finger print on them. I asked for gel on top of my acrylics and I have never paid for such a poorly done job on my nails before. There are bubbles and bumps all over. Not only that but I asked for a line of 3 gems down the center of the nail and while applying the gel, they were moved all around and it ruined the color and they just pushed them back up and said it will dry... That doesnt even make sense. They did a horrible job.

He did a good job and was quick. Also best prices in town. :)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE! The ladies are very rude, always have a long face and very bad attitude. The time i was there they did a very bad job. They finished my mani and pedi in less than 15 minutes and the way they painted my nails i could of done a better job my self. Not going there again.

It was my first time getting a manicure, and I didnt know what to do and I couldnt really understand the lady and the employees laughed at me while one lady proceeded to give me dirty looks. And they didnt even do that good of a job on my nails.

Staff not very nice, and my nails were not painted right. The lady kept asking if I wanted gel or a design, but after I refused, she quickly painted my nails and walked off looking all annoyed. I was like ok, so am I done here? Whatever, I just walked out and will never return or recommend anyone to go there.

This place is horrible for pedicure I suggest going somewhere else , my feet still look all nasty after I had Calis remover on them!! The owners do a great job on hands but the people who do pedicures suck

I actually feel bad for posting like this because i know its a very busy time but still... i got a fill done and they fixed one of my broken nails... the lady literally pulled off the acrylic of my broken nail and i even yelped ouch! She was filing my nails looking around and when it was time to put a gradient glitter on my nails she slapped on the glitter... i have bloches of glitter on my nails and there residue acrylic on my finger... i have my usual nail technician but i had to go elsewhere for my fill because i wasnt in my town... also they charged me 35 bucks for a crap job... dont go there unless you want the very basic stuff lol
