I been here many times before but I think there getting go big they forget to value there work. Its getting more and more expensive $42 for two sandwiches is crazy. The mobster lobster was definitely not on point amd the fact that they didnt give us lemon throws the flavor off completely. For the true best subs out here I rather stick to Cheba Hut in Riverside. I wont be coming back.

This place is ridiculous on their prices they charge $2.50 for one deviled egg no taste at all to the egg very bland my husband ordered the Philly cheese steak and they cut a hole in the bun and fill it up with meat but its only halfway filled ridiculous!! customer service bad!!👎

I usually love love love green shack,but I noticed a different crew and all the old faces are gone,so is the quality of the food,no more simply chicken salad sandwich, now no more mobster lobster and my last straw was the potato salad doesnt taste good anymore,I dont know what happened but its becoming just a sandwhich shop now ...the prices were worth it ...not now tho...my heart kinda breaks for them now.

This place is my favorite place to eat .I have been coming here for years and still havent tried everything on the menu Every thing I have tried has been extremely good and very professionally made I just cant say enough good things about the place. My buddy turn me in to this place yesterday, I like it so much I came back today fo a different sub. This is nothing like subway. This is on another level. I definitely recommend this place. Its a must try place. Try the philly cheesesteak. Its fire.

I bragged so hard! They didnt really believe me until I took them to the Green Shack! When we got back home and they took their first bite... I saw the looks in their eyes and then... Their eyes hid as if they had an O.B.E lol. They ordered another the next day! If you want the best sandwiches... Go here!!!! This place was horrible! It took 16 minutes for them to start making the sandwich. I watched the worker just having a conversation with her co worker. While I stood there in disbelief. So I finally got my 16 dollar sandwich. I got the Italian job. Three meat sandwich which literally had 3 pieces of meat! SMH

Came in today got 2 subsOne bltAsked for it toasted and with olivesAlex(manager) didnt hear me about the olives but forgot to toast my sub so it was cold ..I called about it and he asked me if i could bring in my sandwich too be warmed up and he would add olives!! Even tho i took a bite and left the store!! This place is a jack of all trades. They make the best sandwiches, you can plan your vacation, put in/receive money orders, and a bunch of other services all in one place. My ex Momo introduced me to this place and I will be forever grateful knowing about this San Bernardino gem. My all time favorite sandwich is the Italian Job. Its just as good if not better than Saverinos in Redlands. The wait time is a little longer than Id like, but its more than worth it.

We used to come here a lot since some of the food is good but not anymore after today. We spent $65 and were missing one sandwich and the BLT was just bacon and bread.Called and the manager was incredibly rude, refused to remake the BLT and blamed us for not clicking the lettuce and tomato buttons online. It seemed redundant to add lettuce and tomato to a BLT.

I like to get the pastrami sandwich called The Joker- it is really good! But...it was disappointing!! We spent $52.70 and didnt get all of what we ordered!! Plus, my Diet Coke tasted strange!! I wonder if they ever clean the soda fountain nozzles... After waiting already close to an hour for our meals, we didnt feel like waiting another hour for them to get the order right!! They may not miss my business, but it will be a long time if ever that I go back....

I love The Green Shack! Not only is the food delish, the people are awesome and very friendly. Its a bit of a drive from my house and there is always a wait (whether you order ahead or not) but worth it!

First time there and loved it. The food was amazing. So many different kinds of great food to choose from. Couldnt pick. My husband and I got the BLT and the Mafia Meatball sandwich. They both where made to perfection. Have to try everything on the menu because we are definitely coming back. The people and atmosphere was a plus. It felt like home. Thank you and see you soon.

Not tasty.. basic bread... basic meat ... basic everything... And a system of inefficiencies. Very unimpressed. I was REALLY looking forward to a great sandwich... Complete upset. And the bacon is the same quality you get on really low level fast food restaurants... Treat others how you want to be treated. I only give 2 stars because one is heartless.

Used to love coming here, not so much now. Ordered online for pickup. Waited a combined 45 minutes, then went in and was told 5 more minutes. One employee was rude, and said they were very busy, however there was no one in the line and no one making sandwiches. Cant get a refund for online orders and they say that they cannot cancel the order. If I could give 0 stars I would, extremely poor service and attitude. Building is falling apart and homeless people harassing customers in front of the building and deficating in the back.

Its much faster when you order ahead, otherwise its a 15 to 20 minute wait. Well this was apparently a one time thing, the last time I tried ordering by phone I was passed on to there different people before someone would talk my order and when I got there 20 minutes later I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Not going back anytime soon.

This was my first and last time here. Me and my Mom decided to try this place because I follow them on Instagram and the food always looks great. We noticed right away the the employees were more concerned about talking to each other than focusing on getting the orders made. Not only did they let our food set for about 15 minutes but, kept us waiting 30. When I went to speak to the cashier (who was very nice and tried his best to assist me), I was verbally assaulted by one of the customers who assumed I was cutting the line. There was grill residue all on our sandwiches and they honestly were not that great. I was really looking forward to trying them out but, they really let me down.

Ehh waited 30 mins then went to pick up had to wait an additional 15mins for food.... bacon was super thin ...it was a BLT so that sucked. Sourdough bread barely toasted. I will try another sandwich as they look to be a popular resturant so Im sure it gets better

I love Green Shack sandwiches and ate there once or twice a month until I moved from the area. I just went again today since I happened to be close by and soon was reminded of the only thing I HATE about going there. The food is great but good lord they take forever. After I waited almost half an hour for one sandwich, I waited another ten just to ask for a refund just to be told they finally started it. They made it wrong so I had to wait again, but at least they gave me both sandwiches so I had one to take home. They should probably hire another person to make it go faster.

We love the sandwiches but recently I took my father in to get some paperwork notarized and the lovely lady that helped us was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. It saddens me that I dont remember her name to recommend her personally. Great place!!

Best Sandwiches in the Inland Empire! My dad brought me one of their sandwiches and I was impressed. I admit I was a little skeptical to go especially since he said it was inside of a liquor store. I’m glad I did try eventually visit. They’ve got a wide variety of items on the menu from a lobster roll to a monte Cristo sandwich. I’ve only tried a fraction of the items on the menu and every single thing I have ordered has been fantastic. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu. There will be a bit of a wait but it is well worth it. You must try this place !

Good subs. They are not cheap with the meats or anything you ask for on your sub. Bomb deserts. This place took me back to my roots, The East Coast. Everything in one spot. Only thing I would say is maybe an upgrade, that’s why I gave 4 stars. No music is ever playing and the offices look outdated the rug the floor the counters all need to be updated. More seating like stools. It will bring in more money and make the vibe a little more 2018. It can still have that old school shack feel but a nice place to go sit for a miniute and enjoy bomb ass food. The community and the employees deserve it

I have been eating here for years but yesterday was not a good experience at all. My order just wasnt right. Was suppose to have avocado bacon spinach neither of the 2 philly cheese was cheese less asked for no mustard/lettuce got it anyway. Was just too hungry and tired after waiting for an hour

The sandwich was made well. It was very tasty. But, it takes a while to get your order made. There are no chairs to sit while you wait. I took a star away for that. The parking area is small and crowded especially if you go during the lunch hour. The only other negative star is the homeless people hanging around the entrance, next door and parking lot asking for money. I dont mind giving when I got some. But, if I say no, because I dont have cash, they get an attitude. Not Green Shacks fault I guess. But, makes the experience of going there a downer.

This is my spot. The Green Shack is the best but far. Ive been coming for a year in a half, and the Groupon deals is the best deal ever. This place is fire. Not only can you get some bomb food, you can pay your bills, car insurance and registration, its a liquor store mini mart kind of a place. They also have a travel agent and a coffee shop in there. Im sure theres something Im missing, but the place is the best.

This is one of the best places on Earth to get a submarine sandwich. You havent really had a good sub until you have tried one of the Green Shacks mouth watering masterpieces. I am not sure what the special ingredient is that makes their sandwiches a cut above the others but they are the best. The staff and their positive attitude may be a factor in why theyre so good. Let me tell you to save room for their awesome cheesecake you wont want to miss it but I think the only problem you will have will be deciding on which specialty sub your going to want to try out on your next visit. I gaurantee you will luv the Green Shacks yummy deli and the friendly upbeat staff that make it a awesome place to visit.

Best subs ever, if you come here you have to try the Philly cheesesteak. They dont slice the bread in half and put it on bread, no they pull out the center of the roll and they stuff it in there and its amazing, the other thing that I recommend trying is the mafia meatball sub oh my God it is so delicious you have no idea thats why you have to go. They are really generous with the food in the meat too nice portions very nice

I ordered the pizza bread. Menu said a foot long roll. My order was only 1 side. So I paid $7 for half a roll. The sauce doesnt taste that great. Probably wont be going back there. Hubby likes his beef dip though, thats why I gave a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star.

I will never arrive at five o clock. 30 mins for three sandwiches. I have been here for lunch several times when its slammed and never waited this long. The young lady up front did her best to remedy the issue. Very disappointed.
