I have been with this company for a couple months and I definitely can say I have made lifelong friends. To see employees be so involved in each others lives is just awesome. Team nights consists of pizza and bowling most weeks. There are also many bonuses that are offered very often. I highly recommend giving this company a shot! Especially if you are looking to expand your growth as an individual!

To say the least, the business is good when you’re just starting & “making sales”. The minute you aren’t doing well or you “hit a wall” as they say in office, you are no longer an asset to them and they will begin to stop investing their time, cut your hours, & sadly talk behind your back to other employees even though it’s “zero tolerance” in their orientation. the turnover rate is very high. the owner of office says you are reimbursed for travel & you areNT. office is ran very poorly. When real life circumstances arise, they are not considerate and will cut your hours & demote you. no proper training for leadership, no HR in office so when there’s an issue, the owner of office attempts to handle it, but is not properly trained to handle it.

As current employee the growth is amazing, 5 stars to upper management they are really hands on with their employees aiding them in hitting their target goals . Making sure employees stay on task with not just career goals but their personal goals as well . This company will surely bring out the best in you and uncover the strengths and talents in each individuals to go further in life.

They are scammers and they dont pay you, what youve earned. The company they work is SMART CIRCLE a third party retailer. All the reviews are from people that work there and they make them give a good review after they hit leadership. Also they work selling DIrect Tv, SCAM SCAM. ITS PYRAMID SCHEME, BEWARE, BE CAREFUL

Everyone is nice enough, however the office is run very poorly. Management is not as professional as they should be nor are you given proper training once you reach a position of leadership. Disclaimer: you will be selling Directv out of costco.
