Any good review on here is an absolute lie. Especially recently. It must come from those paid bots that try to pad some businesses ratings.This center is absolutely terrible at delivering things. I have lost count of how many times my packages are marked no one home to receive package or some variation and it is not true. I have cameras and no UPS driver ever came to my door. They also claim they leave info notices when they happens but that isnt true either because they never even came to my door!I waited all day for my package (9/25/21) that said it would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm. Finally at 9:11pm it said delivery attempted and no one home. Lies!!! No one ever came to my door. Not a single person had walked by my door since 430pm when I myself walked by it to check for the package. I have cameras and I can prove this.The driver obviously didnt deliver and tried to cover up his mistake by lying and saying delivery attempted and no one home. This is a very common thing for drivers out of this hub.Also dont even bother trying to call customer service or making a complaint. They say that someone will call you and that is NOT true! No one ever calls! You will not hear from anyone after you make the complaint and the drivers will continue to lie about delivery attempts. They will never change.The management at this place is awful and practically non-existent. They dont give a damn about customers.I will never use UPS to ship any package I send out and I will try to avoid purchasing from anyone who use UPS as well. The lack of care and service is unbelievable. Terrible place! Terrible drivers! Terrible management!

I paid for a package to be overnighted to me this past Wednesday evening so I was expecting it Friday. I was using the UPS app to track my package and it said it would arrive Friday. I stayed in all day Friday and nobody knocked or rang the bell. The tracking changed to 2nd attempt delivery. I called UPS and they told me I would be able to pick up my package that day (still Friday) I would be getting a call within the hour. I never received a phone call and then the center closed. The UPS location is only open for 4 hour M-F so I had to wait till today (Monday) to go pick up my package. I got there 15mins till closing and there were 3 people waiting outside because the center was closed early, like 25 minutes early. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.I dont understand how the UPS customer center doesnt have a direct phone number. When I called the 800 number I asked them for the direct number and they told me they dont have one. I asked how would they make an emergency phone call like 911. I was told they think they might have a line just for that, and that the customer service line and customer center communicate via email and a computer system.

Outstanding Service, during a winter storm after Christmas, a UPS driver named Alex in the Crestline area came to my house and picked up a package that I was digging my Vehicle out to go drop off at a local office. This saved me the trouble of navigating in 1 foot of fresh snow. By the way my packages are always delivered in a timely manner and dropped to my porch with no problem. I have consistent excellent service. Thank you UPS

We get there, first hard to find because of poor signage. Then, we walk in, no one greets us. We wait about ten minutes looking at a sign that says “Do not go past sign, do not yell, someone will be with you shortly.” Sure enough, nobody came. I had to walk past sign, go into the back, and ask for help. The guy reluctantly helped. Definitely not a good experience.

Ups is truly the worst, my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but when it was quitting time they deemed my package undeliverable and it sat at ups over the weekend because these lazy good for nothings dont deliver on Saturdays, check tracking on monday and it says in transit? You already had my package out for delivery on Friday how is it in transit again on Monday? Called customer service and they were just as useless, basically repeating the details back to me that I can see on the tracking, no reason for why they couldnt deliver on Friday either, or why it says its in transit again, or if Ill get my package today, if I want to pick it up instead it will be scheduled for the next day even though its just sitting there a few miles away from me... if you have a choice use FedEx, even USPS is 100x better.

I hate to give bad reviews but that said Ive just about had it with UPS. I received a message saying that two packages Ive been waiting for had been delivered. Go out to get them and they arent there. Look at the camera, no one delivered anything. They delivered it to UPS customer care center. Never got a come pickup notice or we will redeliver notice or anything. Called the 1-800 number said theyd hold for pickup. Begged a ride and they werent there. AHHH!!! and customer care doesnt know anything.

Business critical material was being delivered. Next day air service was paid for. No delivery attempt was made because we are normally closed on Friday. Although they said they attempted delivery, driver said packages were never placed on truck. Customer service said packages were at the center and I would get a call when they were ready to pick up. I never got a call. I showed up, they were closed but will-call said I could pick up until 8:30. This was at 3 PM. When I called to confirm they said I would receive a call within an hour. Never got a call. So I called again this time they said my packages would need ready between 7:30 and 8:30. So I went home. Called on my way too pick them up at about 7:30 and this time they said I could pick them up on Monday. At this time I already took speak to a supervisor they told me the supervisor was on another call and they scheduled me for a call between 9-10AM the following day (today) I once again did not receive a call. So I called to see if I can just go too the center and pick up my packages. Customer service said on Monday. SMDH

I dislike that the San Bernardino facility closes at 12:30 when people have work and can’t pick up packages until after they’re off. Also i never even said i wanted to go and pick up my package at the ups pick up place and it changed it to where i have to on it’s own. I barely got an email to pick it up and since they only hold it for 5 days, they’ll send it back to the place i ordered from. Another time is when ups had me jumping from riverside to Moreno Valley then back to San Bernardino you guys need to work on communicating between facilities and stop having customers run around back and fourth!

The center is quick. But Ive had to go there for almost all 30 of my packages this year. They consistently screw up my orders by being days to weeks late (4 weeks for one shipment). First they cant find my address and never even try to contact me, then then send it to the wrong facility and lastly they just have no answer in general. Im currently missing 2 packages AGAIN! The website said out for delivery and then said it cant be delivered until the next day 2 days in a row (I wont hold my breath). I guess I will have to drive 30 mins out of my way AGAIN to pick it up since this delivery company cant deliver packages. BTW USPS, Amazon and FedEX have had zero issues delivering to me. I wish more companies would use them, so I could stop being frustrated to no end.

Waiting on delivery to be made, tracked my package and it said it would be delivered on a Tuesday the 9th.... On Monday the 8th I get a notification saying that a attempt to delivery had been made but no one knocked on my door or left a notice. Went online to have package delivered to a drop off location, site kept kicking me out, so I called to schedule a pick up from a UPS location.....no confirmation call that shouldve been made. So now Ive found where my package is being held and they close at 12:30pm, I dont get off work till 8pm in another county and theyre closed on weekends.....not happy at all

They told me they didn’t want to look for my package because there were too many to sort through. Politely I asked if I could come back at a better time for them and to not send the package back to sender. Next business day they sent it back to sender. It’s a 150lb package in a huge box. Shouldn’t be that hard to find.

I had to request to pick up my order because theyve delayed my package about 5 times when I payed for expedited shipping. When I had gone to pick up my order they were closed and had not updated their hours online. I understand its a pandemic, but FedEx and USPS are not struggling this much to deliver a single item.

These people lie about your package bout for delivery when in fact its sitting in their facility. They told me its on hold for customer pickup which was never requested. Horrible facility. My overnight delivery has turned into 4 days later and my brother having to go to their facility and hand deliver to whom I shipped to.

Use Fedex, these guys dont care. Every driver that comes in, sees lots of packages you hear them complain and says a bigger truck is going to pick up and they never do. I have an amazon order of 15 pallets they have been getting us a feeder truck for the past week. Supervisor to supervisor are talking on this one and they have accomplished nothing. So sad thats what we have to run companies with...

Quick drop off of packages. The parking at this location could use some changes. It seems that the 6 (maybe 8?) spots of parking spots designated for customers is always used up by the workers of this UPS hub. It makes a quick package drop off not so quick anymore because you spend 20min looking for parking for something that will take you 2min to do.-1 star because of the parking situation.

2019 / 2020 Update: The pickup and drop off hours remain frustrating. The customer service desk is closed between 2pm and 4pm. During this closure the doors are locked and NO services are available. Plan accordingly.An ongoing problem has been even worse during the 2019 Holiday period. The employees park in the Customer Parking spots and that means there is absolutely nowhere to park when trying to access customer service. People without a handicap placard park in the handicap spaces which frustrates those with actual disabilities to no end.

UPS tracking information is complete garbage. Their website indicated all day that my package was out for delivery so I waited all day. My package never comes. When I call the next day they say that they only sometimes deliver on Saturday. That would have been fine if their tacking information hadnt stated that it would be delivered on Sat. I wouldnt have wasted an entire day waiting around to sign for a package that wasnt coming. Why came to have this supposedly great package tacking system if you arent even going to put correct information in it? Everyone save yourself some time and use the USPS because at least they actually deliver on Saturday.

I went to drop off a package and had the most pleasant experience with the UPS associate. I didn’t catch her name but it was on 03/01/18 @4:00 pm. She was handling a delivery issue with the customer before me and was waiting for the driver to contact her. She asked the other customer if she could help me while she waited for the call, he agreed. She smiled greeted me, checked in my package, gave me a receipt and I was on my way. She gave me the best customer service experience.

I have been going to this location since 2010. I own a small business(Cool Bath Design) and this is where i take my product and pick up my personal / business deliveries to me. I am always greeted kindly by each staff member. They are professional and friendly. Even when I observe them helping other customers. So far all my shipments have been delivered timely and without incident. There were even two times that I was a couple of minutes past closing and they still were kind enough to take my packages for delivery. This is the kind of place i enjoy doing business with.

I’m VERY FRUSTRATED with UPS, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to customer service here in the US, ROUTED TO INDONESIA CALL CENTER. Voice prompt hell took me everywhere but to a representative 5 times today. No way to contact the corporate office either. Waited all day for a delivery that never arrived. After emailing corporate this morning they got back to me and tracked down the package. The person who called me seemed to care about my customer satisfaction and the package was delivered today, which takes it from a 1 star to a 3. I don’t understand why they had in the records that they attempted a delivery last Saturday as I waited all day and no one came or left any notice, yet the tracking showed it as another delivery attempt. Anyway, UPS is in desperate need of some fine tuning. I went down this morning to the Victoria street center in San Bernardino to try to figure out what was going on and I found 1 single individual running the entire operation up front. Looks like their running their staff short handed so that explains all the mistakes. Overworked, stretched thin employees = poor customer service. The individual working there solo today did give me wonderful customer service in spite of being stretched to their limit. They also were mainly responsible for locating the package and helping get it back to me today. Thank you 🙏

This is by far the worst location in the entire universe. Not one time have I ever received a package from them. Every time they swear before all Gods angels that it was addressed incorrectly which upon me picking my package up is never the case. The incompetent less then third grade educated delivery person never leaves a note saying he was here nor do they ever return calls when you call to complain or inquire. Whats worse is I literally looked at a delivery man via security camera pull up, look to see if my office door was open and leave without even getting out to double check or leave a notice saying he was here..... WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO CLOSE THIS BRANCH AND SHIP DIRECTLY FROM ONTARIO.... Even the so called manager there is a joke. I went there to pick up a previous delivery and decided to speak to him about their bad customer service and was directed to go to what appeared to be an empty loading dock..... after ten minutes of standing in the sun waiting, with no regard to do not enter employees only postings I began walking in doors until I found this 15 year old manager sitting in an office with co-workers eating hot Cheetos and laughing..... unacceptable. CLOSE THIS OFFICE AND PUT ALL OF THEM IN THE LOADING DOCKS.... if they can even do that correctly.

Delivery has been awful this holiday season. Have had several packages lost/stolen. Also tracking says “refused delivery” when no delivery that day. Also a package was in a drivers car trunk for several days prior to finally being delivered. Very poor service & awful customer service with major attitudes when calling about delivery issues. Will not use UPS again and will cancel orders shipped by UPS. Ordered a very expensive laptop with express delivery that I paid for. Sat at my office until 4:45 and then called and asked if I could pick it up at their shipping center because I had to have the package for meeting the next day and had to get dinner because I hadnt left the office all day. I was told yes, the shipping center would call me back in an hour. 2.5 hour later I called them and was told, they should have never promised you that, we cant let you pick it up. I ran back to the office at 7:45 on the phone waiting for the rep to come back on and tell me if there had even been an attempt to deliver. Half hour later I was still on hold. Got hung up on 2 more times between 7:45-8:15 and was finally told it would be by the end of the day which meant midnight. I waited for a supervisor, they hung up again. Finally got them to commit that it would at least be to me by 10 pm, I got up set and told them it was unacceptable so they finally called the local office, after everyone told me they couldnt. That person guaranteed it would be delivered by 9:30. That is not customer service, to have to wait at your office until 9:30 at night when their website said 8 pm.

I wish I could this place zero stars. They are absolutely terrible at doing their job. Ordered a package with two day shipping, and after 4 days of waiting, I finally called just to be told that they hadnt moved it off of the truck. Finally they sent it out for delivery on the fifth day, and they made zero attempt to actually deliver it. When I called back today and talked the manager, she notified me that they had changed the shipping address without authorization. I am now considering filing a police report against them for said action. Terrible service, will never recommend them to anyone

No parking at all. Nothing! You literally have to risk being towed. Im standing here waiting for it to open for a package that should have been here yesterday. In a line of people out the parking lot. The people next to me have been waiting two days for thiers. This is utter nonsense. . ..Its past opening and. Nothing. Nice staff inside, I would highly recommend using them, but to dork who empties the overnight drop box outside in the parking lot almost always collects BEFORE the last pickup (i.e. 6:00pm is the last pickup and it gets picked up at 5:15pm). Really frustrating when you are rushing to get there by 5:45pm and it is already too late. Now you have to park, go inside and wait to drop your overnight package. Not cool man, not cool.

The driver couldn’t find our address so instead of calling us, they delivered our package to an address we never authorized. The nice lady who received our packages contacted the seller. The seller informed UPS and UPS was sent out to pick up the package. The lady who received our packages confirmed that UPS picked up the packages but it has not been delivered to us. When we tried to call UPS they say that the package is still missing. Also UPS says that the local UPS facility would contacted us but we have not recieved any calls from UPS. This has been over a week of trying to work with UPS to get our package or at least a phone call.

Scheduled delivery, for Friday. Needed a signature. First time for everything. Told me they missed me. So we called the number. They said come pick it up. Truck driver still has it. So I shouldn’t have come. Hour later I get back home. Get called and they say come pick up the package tomorrow between 10 and 1. They are closed on Saturday. Horrible. Looked at other reviews it isn’t the first time either. Someone needs to lose their job. Cause they’re people out here trying to make a living day to day. Who won’t “screw” up a simple order. Btw got several hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from UPS weighing from one pound to a hundred. Never had to sign before. This item weighs less than half a pound. Cost less than 50 bucks and is the hardest thing to recover. 0 stars for customer service, phone and personal.

Just had a delivery from your driver Andrew. I have a sign on my door asking to place all packages toward the back. He ignored this sign and started putting my packages in front of my door (a good 5 inches away from the sign). Then when I came out, I asked him to place the packages toward the back, and referenced the note, he gave me attitude and started tossing my packages on to his dolly. Yes.... Tossing them. Then walked to the corner of my house and dumped the packages off the dolly and started to leave. When I tried to confront him on it, he flipped me off and continued to leave. He got into the truck and took off almost hitting another car.

Wow something has to be done. Is it the workers or is it management???? If the community can not rely on such a place of business, specially what they do, it needs to be closed down. I had a package shipped overnight and in tracking it, it showed it had arrived. 9 days later I still have not received my package. Whats real funny, I have had 6 other packages delivered within that 9 days to my house. I called and told them since it looks like they will never deliver my package I guess I have to go pick it up. Picking it up today. Lets see what happens. I have a feeling they wont have it.

I just bought a package online and wait for a whole week for it, and the UPS driver just write that “the receiver is not home for three times”! BUT, I WAS AT HOME. Also, in order to get the last time delivery, I even sit in front of the door for THREE hours! And NO ONE comes. On the website, it just write “the receiver is not home”. Now I understand how trash the UPS is.

So... This has to do with UPS as a whole. I dont understand why they say they can ship packages to my apartment building but I NEVER receive any packages AND they change my delivery saying that the receiver decided to pick it up at a facility... Ive even went to change my delivery options to pick up at a UPS point and it NEVER gets there. I recently ordered something that ships thru UPS and it said that I couldnt make any changes to it because USPS would be the final deliverer. Next thing you know they changed it to where I have to pick it up. Cant tell me where to pick it up. Then weather affected the delivery then now its being returned to sender. This place didnt open on time and had customers waiting outside for 30+ min after they were supposed to open. Several people asked the warehouse workers and drivers nearby and they all kept saying someone was in there, it was open. They werent helpful at all and the door remained locked. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 min. Their inside customer service is lazy and disconnected. Its a burden for the staff to help with anything. Its obvious they dont want to be there.

Was supposed to get a package delivered a week before my husbands birthday, they kept notifying me online that the delivery was delayed due to package being left at the office. I didnt get the package on time and now to top it off I have to drive to the store, which is pretty far, to pick it up. I dont understand how they kept leaving my package there.. Twice now my package was re scheduled. The first two came but the third one that goes with the others is now delayed a second time. My guess is because it is heavy and the driver cant pick it up or cart it and is waiting for someone else to deliver it. This is stupid crazy. I will be calling first thing in morning. Usually good and amazing, the local driver can spot me from afar. But this holiday season has the new drivers sloppy. They keep reporting that they attempted delivery but no one knocked or even rang a doorbell. The doorbell works, there are like five people here at a time. One time they left an info notice, wasnt sure what was written on it, sloppy. Now two packages were reported as attempted but I was standing in the driveway. No one from UPS drove by. Someone is being lazy and just wants to dump the stuff at the Access Point or something--oh which happened to me too, last week, and my stuff was damaged and shattered.

Paid for 2 day shipping and waited at home all day for this package. When the trucks pull into our condos we can hear them. They never came, but marked on my tracking that I wasnt home. I was sitting in my living room- no knock (our little dogs bark anytime some starts up the stair to our door), never even left a note saying they attempted delivery. Driver flat out lied. Called customer service and was told too bad- and since its Friday and this UPS location (where it was bring delivered from) is closed until Monday. So I can wait and have it delivered Monday or go pick it up at some third party business on Monday. Give me a break! They also said because of the shipping level if my package, they cant deliver it to me on Saturday. 😡 Terrible customer service - they couldnt care less about the customer receiving the service they paid for.I didnt have a choice with this order who ships it, but Im going to call the company I ordered from and find out how to avoid using UPS for future packages and try to find a company that has drivers that wont lie about attempting delivery. I will never choose UPS for my shipping.

I ordered plants and received tracking notice of delay from 5/25 to 5/29. On 5/29 tracking showed on truck for delivery, no show. Next day same thing, only after calling UPS regional office they had this location call me from a locked restricted number to tell me on truck for delivery that day, but it was left as a message, so i could not speat to them direct . I later learned from regional office, plants lost in transit, so they LIES in the restricted call.

I understand its the holiday season and it gets busy, and I appreciate people who are working to provide us services, but dont send alerts that a package is going to be delivered if youre not going to deliver, with the thefts, arrangements are made to insure someone will be home. Im waiting on my 3rd day now after being rescheduled 2 times (and of course no notification of reschedule until late evening)even after even receiving an email from customer service assuring me Id get my package the 2nd day, it was again rescheduled. My neighborhood happens to be at the end of the route, so well this mean until it slows down Ill never get my package? My time is of value as well. One customer service said I could ask that they hold it and I go pick it up, Im regretting not doing that, but my thoughts were...that defeated the purpose of ordering online and PAYING for shipping services, to avoid crowds and standing in long lines. Im still waiting (day 3 of assurances of delivery..lol) so Ill see how long this really ends up taking.

The worst customer service Ive ever had in my life the people are rude that work at UPS center the people on the phone dont know where my package is was supposed to be overnighted for a part for my water heated ended up waiting three days finally went and bought a new water heater next time I need to ship something Ill use FedExTracy at the UPS center said that I could use her name when I file my complaint so here you go Tracy thanks for no help at all

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a microwave and they said I wasnt home first attempt. (I waited all day) 2nd attempt they said I wasnt home again(they lied again) I call customer service so I can pick up my item. And they said ups would call in an hour. Never received a phone call. Extremely bad service.

Horrible experience trying to get my package delivered. I spent hours on the online chat and phone with UPS , each time being promised my package the next day as there was nothing they could do that day. I still have not received the package. I will never again purchase from a company that uses UPS to ship, I will never ship through them and I will be sure that no one who I know does either.

My package was supposed to be delivered on December 2, and as of today, the 14, I have still not received it. I have called numerous times, and have had made no progess in determining when I will receive my merchandise...I have been hung up on twice, called rude once because I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and sat on hold a total of 2 hours and 12 minutes over the span of 4 calls. This is all on top of UPS being dishonest and changing and DELETING tracking update information daily. Thats okay though, I have been taking screen shots of what has originally been updated...vastly different than what it shows at the end of the day.So far my package has said Out for delivery SEVEN DIFFERENT DAYS, and I still do not have it. Just know that if this is the level of service UPS provides, you are going to have a lot of pissed off people screaming at the uneducated oafs who answer the phones...myself included.

UPS is the WORST DELIVERY. Didnt even knock or ring the doorbell & they dont deliver on Saturdays, now I have to wait until Monday to have my package delivered or pick it up myself. When in doubt use FEDEX

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I have been witnessed to here. Never again will be shipping or receiving a package from ups. Which sadly I will not be ordering anything from Groupon either given that they are partnered with ups. That being said here is where the problem started, I was not home to have my packaged delivered which indeed without a doubt was my fault. So I arranged for a pick up at the local ups shipping yard. I received a message saying that I needed to pick up my package from 7:30 pm to 8:30 I was on time I was here and here I am at 9pm still no package in my hand. When asking what the hold up was she said something about how people were leaving early because they had to work early. Made no since as to why I still didnt have my package in my hand. Then as Im waiting a tall black man comes inside who looked like he didnt work there and the cashier invites him into the back Im assuming thats her boyfriend and they are talking while customers are just waiting.. I run a company myself if I ever saw any of that behavior from one of my staff they would be gone. As for ups my relationship is over.
