Got 2 copies of a key. This is a super low-key place, Im glad I found it. I also got a lucky rabbit foot accessory to go along with my keys.

This is for a 2008 Honda Civic key. This business stays open till 5pm but they stop cutting keys at 4:30. I showed up @4:37 and they denied me and said they shut down the machine already. Oh also they don’t have the machine on saturdays either! So just be aware if you need a key cut they won’t do it a minute after 4:30 even tho they close at 5.

Notified of business lock issue the night before. contacted the following morning before office opened. had a call back within 30 minutes. They were able to get to our store same day and take care of 3 locks and one door closure. pricing was extremely reasonable. highly recommend.

I called a week in advance, ask if they would do car keys replacement with the program on key fobs. I was told yes and that if I was to buy two they would make two for the price of one. So that is what I did. Went in the next week, and was told they don’t make car replacement keys, when I said I talk to someone on the phone, and this is what he told me to do.. so I was lied too. Also the guy who I talk to was very rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!

The personnel at Dibs Safe and Lock helped me fix a key fob problem on my 2010 Town and Country. The dealer wanted $550 to acquire and program two key fobs. Dibs personnel directed me to buy OEM (not replacement) key fobs for $120 online, get a pin number from the dealer, and they programmed these key fobs for $50. Listening to these guys saved me $330. Trust these guys!

Fast friendly service especially since I had 20 key made.

I had to get a Ford fusion key fob programmed and they were able to do it with the greatest of ease. I highly recommend this place.

Beyond horrible service. I lost my key to my mailbox and set up an appointment for someone to come out and replace the lock. 20 mins before the guy is gonna be there, I get a call saying the guy got sick. Call back the next day to reschedule, they dont even show up or call on the rescheduled day. I even called them earlier in the day to make sure they were coming out and they said they were. Never gonna use these guys for anything.

Dibs is the best locksmith in town, hands down. Thats why they get the contracts for so many large companies and governments in the area. No job is too small though, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I had to get a few locks re-keyed and keys copied so I call around and this place not only had the best prices but their over the phone customer service is great. Gary was very helpful and super friendly the whole time. The in store service is also very good and didnt have to wait long for my locks to be returned to me. The other employees were also friendly and super fast with making the copies of my keys. As a walk in customer I highly recommend this place for their fast, friendly, and quality work. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a shaded car port so you never have to worry about your car getting super hot in the sun.

Great service , upstanding service really went outta his way in 1000 degree weather no AC .... Man I truly appreciated it ... Keys.are.just to expensive if u ask me so for that I gave 4 stars. 250$ no chip. ....and that on average grrrrr plus found my key the next day

I go here and I need things done with my vehicles super good prices fast work and very knowledgeable. Ford dealership wanted 900 they did what I wanted for 300 for one job. And ford wanted $350 to re-key my tailgate and they did it for like 28 bucks. I definitely recommend. August 3 2019 I went there again today. They were great as always.

PLEASE ONLY USE THIS PLACE!!!I wanna say that Danny/Julio/Paul provide excellent customer service. I went in to replace my key fob and get a key cut with a previous car key bought. They worked wonders by using the chip from old broken key fob and put it into my new one.I provided the materials and they completed the work without charging me a riduculous amount like how the dealership would have just for labor. THANKS GUYS you guys are the BEST!!!

Be vigilant and assertive ladies because they may try to yank your chain under a mask of charm and cleverness, at least when it comes to car keys. I casually mentioned this shop to my mother and she says she had a similar experience with them years ago and never went back. For everything else they seem to know their stuff.

Fast and friendly! I came in with a broken key in two pieces and it was no problem.

Rebuilt my obsolete Craftsman front door deadbolt tumbler that didnt want to turn due to a stuck pin in 10 min, so I didnt have to jack up the door putting a new deadbolt in.Better than I hoped for. I hoped they had a tumbler with housing close enough to match holes and frames left on door, and the latch.

I was so blessed to go to this place. They will rekey things, they can also fix your car key. They were so great because they told me how to order a keypad for my car key and just have the key bought into them and they will reprogram it. By doing it this way I saved over $75. That was such a blessing I just want to thank them and from now on I will use this place for any of my car needs as far as keys or even for my house thank you and there are christian-based company awesome.

A week of headache caused by a worn car key solved in a single morning thanks to them. Key works beautifully. Went there with the bad key and although it was to bad to cut from they told me exactly what to do so they could get me a new one. Dibs should always be your first call.

Went to Home Depot first. Couldnt find anyone to help and left after 20 minutes. Next I went to A A A Prompt Lock Key & Safe on Highland in SBD and 2 out of the 3 key copies they made didnt work. Sure, I could go back and play key roulette again at no additional cost, but I have better things to do with my time. Went to Dibbs, and they have their act together: quick, friendly, and all the key copies worked.
