I went in too crown wigs and I am so happy I did. From the moment I walked in there was a beautiful young lady with a smile on her face willing to help me with any question I had, and I had several questions. The young lady who helped me pick out ponytails, a wig, and clip ins was the most pleasant, she was patient and understanding which is so hard to find these days. I never felt judged or felt rushed or pressured to purchase, it was so nice to be able too feel comfortable asking questions I would have been hesitant to ask at other places Ive been too. I got everything I needed and more, I could not believe how affordable crown wigs was, I could have saved myself a lot of money if I would have found them a year ago. The staff was amazing down too the security guard, and a sweet gentleman behind the counter who was also so helpful. I will never go to another shop to buy my hair. The quality is also great, and I assure you this place is where its at if you need any type of hair, Ive been to almost every hair store in the inland empire and this is as good as it gets. 5 stars and a big thank you to crown wigs. Having to buy hair has been very tough since I lost my hair and you guys made me feel so comfortable. That means more than you could ever imagine. Please try crown wigs if you are looking for hair, you will be so happy you did.

If I could give -10 I would. No greetings just “you need to sanitize your hands.” I did as I was walking it I stated. Security “we need to see you do it”. I walked around seeking assistance, when I saw a young lady asked is she worked here. She assisted me.As I was standing in what I thought was the line to pay when I Hispanic lady loudly said “you need to stand on the yellow circle…” I was completely confused as I was waiting to be checked out. Then she said “you don’t like to follow directions do you?” As if I was her child. I explained I thought I was next, which I was, but another went ahead of me.No worries I will not return. Disrespectful, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF working behind the counter.

SO ME AND MY DAUGHTER CAME DOWN FROM ARIZONA AND SHE FOUND THE WIG SHE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE FOR!!!WAS SO HAPPY FOR HER. I literally just got kicked out of the store because the clerk couldnt hold her composure ! She literally ran up on the customer and started punching her. In my opinion they were both disrespectful to one another but it should never have resorted to this. I waited 20 minutes to come in the store and get my stuff and everyone got kicked out because of there ghetto actions ! So disappointed in the clerk mainly !

Yesterday was my first time at Crowns wings . I took my mom to check out some wigs and hair peices. We had planned to check out several different store but when we walked in and saw the large section of wigs and hair pieces not to mention the price tags I knew we didnt have to go anywhere else. The staff was so helpful and so was the owner. We ended up getting 2 wigs one pony tail & some accessories. I would highly recommend this place for your beauty needs.

Customer service is decent, everyone comes across nice enough. Bought a tongue ring here and the ball literally broke while twisting it on. I brought it back and they let me pick another one. But then the next one made my tongue swollen. I just let it be. No good jewelry. Wig selection is slim pickings. Decent beauty supply.

This is the only beauty supply in the IE I go too I used to travel to the city for all my beauty supply needs.Till a friend told me about them and Ive been shopping there ever since, u can shop in peace and not be hassled but when you need help they are there to help. I never stolen anything from that place in the past 9 years. Besides that, he has very beautiful strong black women in there to keep him on his feet. Go home and let them run the business!

I should of done this years ago, I’ve meant to. Each time I leave there I say “ I’ve just got to recognize these people somehow cause they are amazing”..No excuses, today I just got to take the time and introduce all of you to the most wonderful place & staff I’ve ever visited.Five years ago I had cancer. I’d just started Chemo so my hair was thinning , not all the way gone. I was desperately trying to hold on to it for as long as I could. In preparation for when a total loss I’d visited a few wig stores in my area ( Menifee, Perris , even Hemet). I wasn’t prepared to buy one yet just looking. Trying to get feel if what and how my near future may have . I was a burden not potential sale for them I was made to feel. This same for at least 7 stores. Not one clerk ever offered any assistance cause of that.My Oncologist is right here at St. Bernardine. A little early for appt. we saw your store. I ventured in to see what kinds of things you had and minute I got in door I was welcomed by 3 separate employees who offered to assist me even though the store was full of potential buyers already. When I explained my situation they didn’t run. They talked amongst each other with me to see who could be the best to help me then. I just felt so at ease and that they really were doing it for me not trying to get rid of me instead.I was shown several styles. Prices, weight and natural looking ones , just everything. She totally sized up my face, skin tone etc. to see what looks most natural.I had so much fun. I felt so secure wearing this headpiece and for first time believed I may be able to pull it off. Feel normal and blend in during this time instead of feeling like everyone staring. They really did feel so much different than I thought they would. Then natural feeling.I left there with such a feeling of confidence. No longer scared.I went to my appointment and told my mom to please take me to the salon so I could shave off the remainder of my hair I had so I could get back to your shop before you closed. I had little strands that looked ridiculous but felt like I still had something I guess.I left there that day with 2 Rachel Welsh wigs, a pony tail attachment, all kinds of pretty stuff I felt.I felt fabulous my first outing in my new wig. It literally made me feel healthy when I felt so bad. I regained confidence and smiled again.Yes, it was the wigs doing that but it was the clerks there who planted that seed in me.The whole time I there the first time several employees would gather to compliment the look or offer other suggestions. All while in full understanding I wasn’t ready to purchase at that time. They didn’t care it was just their genuine personalities.Well during the years since Chemo my hair hasn’t been same since regrowth. Thinner, breakage etc. and I’ve come back to this store several times. Always the exact same group of genuine smiles and attitudes even if new ones have joined. I don’t believe this can be taught it comes from within and whoever is hiring these individuals must have the gift of being able to spot it. Not once have I been met with a sour attitude.I was there again today since I’m now on a extension trip. Trying to learn how to put them in my hair alone. Ugh, I just wanna throw them! I’ve spent hours trying so today decided to see if they could maybe offer me any ideas.Ms. Taini dropped whatever she was doing to again make me feel like I was most important person in the world. So patient and kind. She explained in detail what she could and offered me another solution as in internet if I found myself home and stuck. Again never make me feel as any burden but only a valued customer as they always do.I had pleasure in communicating with Christian and the very funny and welcoming Monte who held the bottle of sanitizer as you walked in that allows you the real seriousness they have for our health and their store.It’s immaculate. Well stocked and again, Very Welcoming!!Thank You Crown Wigs.

I have gotten some good service before and nice products in the past. But today I went in for a wig and only had the one I wanted on display. The male employee told my friend and I multiple times that the wig on display was 50% off and we confirmed that it was 50 but when we got to check out he said 10% off. We got only 4 dollars off a wig that people have been non stop touching with possible corona or something. He couldnt even say sorry im wrong and just chose to gas light and make it seem like he always said it was 10%. lost my business because you lied to me saying it was 50% and you couldnt own up to a mistake. Didnt even try to make it right.

There’s this girl there, I think her name is Irene, she is very helpful. She makes me feel so comfortable and answers any questions. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel at home. Love this place. 10/10.

I could even try on a couple different kinds to see which I liked. They recommended great ones for first time wig owners. Even taught me about the different wig caps and gave me the one that was easiest for me to use. Love this place will definitely come back again. They were so helpful I bought 2! Im from Los Angeles where some of the best beauty supply are. This place right here reminds me of home. They have just about everything you need. This is my go to place especially when I want some cute accessories for a event. Their jewelry is awesome and doesnt tarnish fast and is lead free. I especially love the rings they have their the last months. The staff and manager is very friendly. I love the fact that the owner greet and talk to his customers. He is very humble. I love the place, Irene is one of the staff there that helped us Oct 29th. I would say she was knowledgeable, beautiful, attentive, patience & willing to help to make you comfortable. Me & my family were so glad we went to this place to just supposedly to check it out & go but this place had amazing large selections from the most expensive human hair and to the cheapest plastic hair, depending on what ur comfortable in spending. That we end up buying a pretty human hair in an affordable price. Thanks Irene & some staff there, they are also supportive! I highly recommend this place!!!

I had a negative experience at the store on Friday, June 10th while shopping with my daughter. BUT...because of the awesome sales staff and security guards it also was a very positive experience. I had a diabetic low blood sugar incident. I passed out in the store. Hit the floor...hard! 911 was called. The wonderful security guards immediately came to my aid. Sales personnel stood by while paramedics transported me into the ambulance. Especially one young lady, whos name I wish I knew. I believe she knows who she is.She stayed near by and waived to me as I was wheeled out of the store. Thank you dear lady! And thanks to all the kind and caring staff!!! I hope to visit the store again...without incidence! God Bless 😀❤

I bought a human hair wig for about $200 around two months ago however, come to find out that it wasnt fully human hair. Against the advice of my sister, I didnt say anything to the store. However, this has been weighing on me for a while so, I just want everyone to know that if you try on a human wig, you might want to purchase the actual one you tried on if you actually like that one, this way you insure youre getting exactly what you want. Or you can have them open the new human hair wig that corresponds to the sample wig you tried on. This experience is a lesson learned for me. Just beware when shopping for a human hair wig at Crown Wigs.On another note, this store does have a lot of hair products.

Good selections on wigs, but No human hair if your looking for that. Parking is not good , small and tight.Watch out for the blue poles you may hit one. 1/2 of the staff is friendly the other 1/2 of the staff look like they dont want to be there.

This place is not the best but is probably the best in the area. They have a decent variety of products. Not too many Carols Daugter products and not a great variety of hair but useful if you are looking for ethnic hair products.

I Will absolutely never shop here again! I left the store and realized that the young man didnt put all my products in my bag that i had purchased actually went back to the store not even 15 min later and was told i cant have my product because i already left the store mind you i had my reciept and bag and im pretty sure they could have ran the cameras back to see he didnt do his job. I bought a wig supposedly human hair .. I understand that I am not an expert spend $ 300 dollars more taxa, it was money lost, in trash because in less than 20 days it got so bad that a plastic ball burned .. come back to the store exactly 22 days later, I just wanted to show them $ 300 dollars thrown in the trash .. I did not intend to claim the money. The customer service in my experience is very bad.
