Best 24 hour fitness. I work out here regularly and the machines are definitely maintained well!

This 24 Hour Fitness is nice and clean with a decent amount of equipment so people arent crowded around each other.

After covid, this place became a total ripoff! They still decided to charge you full price for a membership after most equipment is not in service. And its not open 24hours. You have a better deal at another fitness gym, with alot more options and less cost. More convenient for me. Its time to say farewells to 24 hour fitness.

I am so happy its open. I moved down the street then covid came. Havent worked out in a year. Thank God for the pool I am handicap need pool jacuzzi and spa. Cant afford private therapy.

24 hour fitness is easily the most equipped gym you can find out there. They have every workout machine possible and the staff allows you to do your workout uninterrupted. I am so glad I switched to this gym just recently.

Because it’s 24hr I recommend this gym for someone who goes when it isn’t so packed but when your to busy to go any other time but the evening or 12pm - 10pm and the gym gets packed there’s is not enough equipment for a gym that is so expensive (94 - $420 just to start ?!?)no turf, not enough dumbbells, poor machines, and small gym. Honestly for the same price OR cheaper I rather go to Chuze, LA, or basically any other gym that can handle the amount of people trying to enjoy a workout

Cancelled last year, this year as of last month they started charging my credit card again, they make it impossible to contact their customer service, Do not sign up with these crooks.

80% positive experience on the facility.Staff is very helpful and polite 9.5 out of 10.24 hrs corporate polices wont work on your favor ever! you will pay to get in and to get out.Keep track and read in full the terms of your membership so you dont have an unpleasant experience and give money away to them like I did.The term will be legal theft!!

Nice place, if you have out of state ID may not be able to use free 3 days pass. Plenty of squat racks, leg press machines, enough branches. Locker room is fairly clean, has small dryer and plastic bags for wet clothes.

I love it here. It has so much to offer, nice restrooms, spacious rooms, a big pool, many fitness activities, and the people at the front desk are very nice. I feel very comfortable here. I am happy! :)

This is a well-run gym that has every kind of equipment you can imagine. Its always clean and neat and the staff are very friendly. If you get a trainer I would definitely choose Trevor. I had a back injury and he was able to help me fully recover. He is truly an expert and is very friendly.

Love the staff here. Gym is what you expect. They have everything you need to get a good workout. The only thing I would like to see improved is the up keep of the locker room and shower area. Everything else is great.

I been a 24 hour fitness loyal customer for a while. I have a regular membership due to the fact the closest gym in my area is a regular one. I was recently in the area and was refused a complementary work due to the fact I had been granted a complementary work out at a different Super Sport location. I hate when people act like robots. Gonna take my business else where now.

Gym is probably the best one out of this area. I have tried LA fitness, which is just too small, and other 24 hour fitness are ghetto.This one is the newest. but seriously WHY THE HELL do they not give me a towel?!?!Arent all super sports supposed to offer towel service? Can management please give us an answer?The best one around my area, I actually drive like 10-13 minutes out here so I cant complain.BUT GIVE US TOWELS!

I love this place. They have everything you need. Plenty of treadmills, stairmasters, machines, etc. Just avoid peak hours like any other gym. Nice, clean, no riff raff. Again, LOVE this place.

The gym is huge! Really nice facility and parking was easy when I visited from out of town. Only drawback is pack of towel service. Other than that, its an awesome 24 Hour club!

I called to speak with GM concerning adding my son to my existing membership. He currently has a planet fitness. I was transferred to someone named Robin who claimed to be the sales manager. I asked for a 3 day pass so my son can try the gym to see if he likes it. Robin told me from their experience they had a low sales rate of people they give free passes to. If we signed today he would waive all sign up fees which i replied no thank you. He explained to me for 5 minutes how he will not give my son a pass and i am welcome to go to another location. Once he told me that i asked for his name and he told me i can come up to the gym if i want to know his name. I was calling to make a sale with you guys before i was mistreated. Why would i do business with you now?

This gym is terrific! The staff is friendly and helpful, theres plenty of free parking and the machinery is new and clean. I just happened to be in the area and wanted to workout, so I stopped here. I wish I could go all the time!

Front desk is very helpful with registration and very knowledgeable.They are also very positive, it adds to the experience. Great staff!

Have been a member of 24 for over 2 years and never had a problem until now. Must be a new years crowd thing, bumped their membership sales up and gave staff the confidence to treat their members like numbers. -1 out.

Forever loved​ SB 24. Always clean friendly staff and always has sales. The equipment is new, fresh and fully functional.

I just upgraded from sport to super sport and they offer no towel service. Thats really ghetto. All other super sports Ive been to offer that. Very disappointed.

Its a lot smaller than it looks from the outside. For what it is, it fits my needs and its a 10min drive from my home. My biggest gripe is the complete wasted space of all the weight machines. Get rid of them and put in more squat racks, a couple of more benches and have an open space for lifts like the clean and jerk. If you like working out by yourself when its not crowded good luck with that. Ive been here as early as 3:40am and there was enough people there that I had to wait for a squat rack hence the need for more squat racks.

Best GYM I have been to so far around here. I just love that they have towels for you to use at no extra charge.

Generally I go just to get some celsius heat because it is one of the few places that has it. Usually my interactions with the associates is pleasant but today I was asked about my workout and replied that I would be swimming as a result of a knee injury.I was offered a free hour but declined for various reasons one being that the pool is too shallow. I used to be a member of 24 hr fitness in West Hollywood so I am familiar with the brand and with a shallow pool. It is not my preference. I make big waves and prefer deeper pools so as not to disturb others pool time.One of the employees that was in on the conversation was cool with it another said well you gotta know what to do in a shallow pool as he walked away.Selling 101:Connect with your clientGet to know your clientDiscover their needsConfidently offer what YOU know they needPresumptuous and snide remarks seldom make sales.

The facilities and the staff are fantastic. The gym is a little small for the foot traffic it receives. A little more available weights on actual racks vs the benches would be nice. The music choice leaves a little to be desired sometimes and the lack of towels is a little irritating.Theres no WiFi! I know I should be focusing on my set and not Instagram but a lot of my music is available only through the web. Plus I like to space out on YouTube on my cardio days.All in all, I feel I should be getting a little more for what Im paying.

Abundance of Great cardio equipment. Also plenty of dumbbells cowd is small around afternoon timeframe.

Too expensive.. And the monthly payment goes up just because of the time you signed up.. Went from from $35 to almost $45 a month.. When i signed up they said my monthly payment would go down progressively each year.. But it has done the complete opposite.. Othere then the price staff is friendly.. Gym is clean.. Lots of machines... Not too packed if you go early enough..

Place is ok, they are nice getting you signed up but dont even finish the process with you or state they are done, they leave you hanging. The cycling instructor for today, tuesday july 31 2018 is very immature talking gossip over an open mic to everyone about members who werent present. This one doesnt warm up or cool down everyone. La fitness seems more professional.

Read your contract VERY carefully money is always being taken out of my account for this or that.

All other ones have towel service and wifi... not this one. A particular trainer she was a bit upset I turned down her training...smh. Other than that love equipment and roomy... i can stay to myself and work out

Been going here since it open. They never rack the weights and when they do there never organized. The gym doesnt have towel service nor Wi-Fi and they advertised they do. The gym is nasty NEVER see anyone cleaning the gym. The equipment sucks. MISS THE OLD GYM

People are nice, but the weights are often a mess 😰

Honestly Ill give it 0 stars if I could for all these reasons. 1. Horrible parking spaces. 2. The trainers are not humble at all, unless you have a training session with them they dont care, they let a girl drop the weight on her after she screamed for help. 3. They are too worried about the gym bags and chalk but the restrooms are disgusting and the weights are all over the place. 4. Theres no towel service or wifi I mean I am paying 40 a month you would think theyll be able to offer at least one of those since its a bit smaller than Fontanas super sport.

Friendly service nice small cozy family feel

It used to be that all super sports offered towel service AND free wi-fi. Fontana SS still does, but not the ones out here. They just charge the price for a SS for a Sport facility. This one used to keep the hot water turned off at nights (between 12am-4am). Usually the sauna and steam rooms are closed at nights (between 12am-4am). The trainers are VERY, EXTREMELY UTTERLY PUSHY!!! They have interrupted me and other guests while were on the treadmills, getting water, etc to offer their services. This overbearing intrusion is the reason this gym gets 0 or negative stars while the Redlands SS which also does not have towel service nor wifi gets 4. Oh, and the fact that the narcissistic guests at this one are always taking selfies not giving a f$%* that not all of us want to be in their damn pjcs and the staff does nothing about it. Not when it happens in the sauna, in the locker rooms, in the weight room. Not ever.

I traveled to Temecula because the 24 hour app said this location has towel service. I then was told that there is no towel service. The manager suggested I go to the San Bernardino location because they have towels. When I arrived at San Bernardino they did not have towels. I asked the manager to give me a discount and he refused. And didnt offer a solution by contacting corporate to correct the discrepancy on the app or suggest to contact the Redlands locations. Horrible customer service and the front desk girl was terrible!!!! Terrible!!!! Get some staff training please!!!

Poor customer service and dirty. Not only does the parking suck but also the staff has poor customer service. The trainers would criticize your form just so they can get you to sign up for training lessons. I read the membership policies and rules and it does not state anything about chalk use. Ive been to several other super sports and no one had told me before chalk is not allowed. Trainers would harass you just to get customers to sign up for sessions. The restrooms are disgustingly dirty! I found a dead roach in the shower!!!! Theres no toilet paper in the stalls, no one cleans the restrooms, theirs trash everywhere and the toilets are dirty and disgusting.

A lot of the negative reviews are phony and Wack lol this 24 hour fitness 1 has free parking and its always room to park 2 tons of equipment 3 never packed 4 has sauna steam room pool and Jacuzzi AND multiple classes plus good child care which I use for my son some people are just never satisfied theres nothing bad to say here even the staff there is friendly and informative

I only come here for a class but there is NEVER any parking. During peak hours youre forced to park in back.

Worried about there Olympic equipment but have a piece where the barbell can mount for rows putting all the weight on one side knowing its going to bend it but I cant grab a random bar to do my squats while other people hog more than one bar ok I guess

Ever since I started coming here for the past 2 months this gym in specific has disappointed me due to the terrible & rude service from the Employees ,lots of Gym equipment being shutdown & not working correctly & the poor maintenance of the restroom , I will be leaving this gym at last, since I tripped while on the incorrectly working treadmill ,they havent maintained even when I reported it various times ! planet fitness here I come .
