Went for live scan fingerprint and he didn’t send my fingerprint on the system. Good thing I called the bureau and found out. When I called this jr services back they said they will call me again. Received no call at all. Called them again and said that it should be there in 24hrs. If I didn’t found out, my money will be long gone. Because I had to do live scan within 30 days or else I loose my money. But I really need to check back again to make sure he did it..

I called before to make an appointment, they said to just come in before they closed. I got there but no one was there, I called several times and knocked or rang the bell. I guess I didnt make it there in time.

Not what I expected, he was recommended to me by family members so i trusted him. Needed some papers filled out for Declaration of Paternity . Forms were sent out to Child support/Department and were mailed back to me saying that the forms were not the right ones. I took the forms to him so he can re do them... he said he would call us back when they were ready.. days past and nothing. Had to call him after a few days so he can get started on them and finished. The inconvenience of going back so he can fix it and mail it back ... it should of took 30 days or so from the first time if he did it right .. but now its been 60 days and still waiting. I also had my taxes done, they werent approved and the only reason i found out was because i called him .. i dont think he would of bothered of letting me know until it was too late.. maybe .. No paperwork was given to me when i filled taxes with him, just a receipt .. paperwork was given to me after 2 -3 weeks when i decided to have them done elsewhere. I dont recommend this place.

If I can give this business zero stars it will be more accurate. This place is a scam. He scanned my fingers, took my money, filled out my paperwork, but never processed my fingerprints. When I went back to see what was going on he told me that the info only stays in the system for 30 days and that I needed to pay him again before he can process them.

Do not go here! He charged me $76 for a live scan. I got robbed.
