Reunited supervised visits is above and beyond the best possible experience someone could have in this situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The facility is well kept, clean, and above all fun for the kids. Ms. Terri and Ms. Akita both are two of the most respectful and kind people you will ever meet. They both made sure that we were always well taken care of and had everything we needed.

Reunited Supervised Visitation Facility treated my family with love and respect. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. The intake process was easy and all of my questions were answered. Ms. Terri clearly cares a great deal about children and their well being. This establishment goes out of their way to provide fun and safe visits for children and their families. Each room is filled with lots of activities to do. Video games, tv’s equipped with Netflix, board games, toys...these rooms have more to offer than I do in my own home. I was really impressed with this facility and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services.

This agency has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. When I first arrived for intake, I hadnt seen our daughters for almost two months and then noticed a picture of my oldest that my spouse had provided during her intake and I immediately broke down in tears. Ms Terry, the owner was very empathetic to the situation and helped me get through this challenging moment to finish the intake. The facility was the perfect place to hold my visits for our 3yo Autistic daughter who is an elopement risk. Ms Alma has been monitoring our visits for the past 9 months and has been respectful of my space and time with the children while documenting my full engagement. The staff at this place is 100% advocates for children, period. And for our kids that is exactly what they need and deserve. Dont worry about documenting your time with your kids. Use every precious moment to stay engaged with them and be rest assured that your monitor will take care of the rest. Love this place. I just dont like having supervised visits but what can you do?

I am so grateful for this place! Ms. Terrie is amazing and she is somehow able to accommodate both sides, where (in my case) there is no communication between the parents. Ms. Terrie is so loving and kind to my kids and puts them at ease when they come to her for a visit. My kids trust her because they know that they are protected and that they are important. I trust her because I know that she genuinely cares for the children. What a blessing she is during something as hard for kids as a supervised visitation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Reunited services and my monitor Ms. Rose. Very clean and safe environment especially during these difficult times, everything was absolutely up to CDC guideline standards.My favorite experience with Ms. Terri and Ms. Rose is how my child and her safety was always the priorety.Im very thankful for this facility since its been difficult finding a place to have visitation through the COVID-19 pandemic, but their doors were open and now the relationship I have with my daughter is worth the world. I have been truly bless with the services from Reunited facility. Thanks to the staff, they were great mediation between both sides of the families. Mrs. Theresa, and her staff made us feel safe and welcome, while promoting, and encouraging communication for the well being of my grandson. This is a wonderful agency. While most monitoring centers treat you like a criminal or someone who has harmed their child, i did not get this experience at Reunited Supervised Visits. The monitor was always welcoming, professional and very attentive to my daughter and also my needs. Its more of a home setting which i believe made the visits easier for my daughter and i. We never spent a bored moment together because of all of the toys and board games that are there for use. All in all, i was glad to have a place as warm as this too spend time with my daughter. I would recommended this agency to anyone who is on monitored visits.

The two staff members Im familiar with have always been very courteous and kind. They are also very cautious about covid-19 and follow the health guidelines in place. They understand that the circumstances that brings families to them is often hard on the families. Their jobs are to observe and write down any pertinent observations and important things said by the clients. If something they write down is damaging to a parent, one must keep in mind that they are only doing their jobs. They really strive to make all involved feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of this kind of service.

Ms. Terrie is the most caring and kind person, she truly cares about the childs welfare and well-being. She is very professional and accommodating to each familys needs, my ex and I have no communication and we dont agree on anything. Ms. Terrie was able to accommodate both parents and keep our child safe. The facility is very clean and appropriate for kids, Ms. Terrie is mindful of COVID 19, she follows the guidelines to keep family and kids safe. It was extremely difficult for me to leave my 5 months old baby with a stranger, Ms. Terrie has earned my trust by spending extra time to bond with the baby, she is really there for the child. Ms. Terrie gave me a peace of mind during this hardship.

Ms. Terrie was in charge of supervising the mother of my daughter. Ms.Terrie was on time, professional and showed continuous care for the safety of our child. Ms. Terrie since inception advised us of all the rules and regulations and made sure we adhered to those regulations. Our daughter also, stated that Ms.Terrie made her feel safe and did not ever tell how she should feel nor that her feelings did not matter, as unfortunately we discovered other supervisors will do.In our experience, Ms. Terrie was there to enforce guidelines and showes true care for a child.

Ms. Terrie and her staff are courteous, attentive and professional. The on-site facilities are clean, packed with games and activities to make my visits enjoyable and stress free. At first I was somewhat apprehensive and embarrassed to have a monitor attending my visits. Fortunately, the staff are extremely professional and helpful to make my kids feel welcomed and relaxed.I couldn’t recommend Reunited Supervised Visits enough.

I used Reunited and was well pleased with services. Professionalism, courtesies was always demonstrated. Never was biased toward either parent. Reunited wants what’s best for the child. I worked with Cruz, and he was always on time, and while my child was wanting for either myself or Dad Cruz engaged with my child. I highly recommend Reunited and they are court approved.
