Thankful,it saves me during covid.I applied a year before covid and thought I would never get a call from them.I got a call right when the pandemic started and I said of course why not.Best decision I have made.

So I am expecting a job with this agency I received a text they told me they have jobs available & they want me to come in person to fill out an application I come fill out an application they take 30-40 mins waiting to be interviewed the females talk & conversate then when they actually call your name they ask what shift you want are you willing to work weekends & overtime once you’ve completed the process of applying & speaking to someone they tell you they don’t have no work but you have to call to see if anything is available ! Bad agency I wouldn’t recommend coming back !

Wish I could give them no stars. The San Bernardino office is full of rude women. The office manager stated she WOULD call me back and she did not. Very unprofessional. The woman at the front desk was very rude, as well. Idk what their problem is but they need to get it together. Thumbs down!

Came in asking about ads on Craigslist and Indeed. But got offered something else with lower pay lol. FAKE ADS or maybe it was just me. I have a good job track record but No Luck here. THANKS ANYWAYS 👍🏿

Staff aren’t very friendly or professional and they often seem irritated by anyone that walks in or calls their office.

I found them on Indeed last week & they called me on the 13th for an interview on the 14th. It was very quick & simple! My husband & I both applied & started 3rd shift on the 15th! If anyone is looking for a job, come to Employment Solutions!!! Thank you guys!!!

I applied on indeed and went to interview next day started Saturday love my job I have not had any problems with the agency. As long as you clock in and sign out you should get your pay I have had no problems with my pay check.

Don’t even bother applying here, it’s a waste of time & gas! They swear they will do their best to find you a job but they have never called me back for an assignment & every single time I call to ask if there is anything available I get greeted with attitude and/or sass from Sara in the front desk. They also don’t pay you your hours right so don’t even bother!

I got a job offer for the shift I was looking for that same day I went to go apply...I just came at them correctly and explained myself on what I was looking for and it manifested..Im now working overtime and receive decent paychecks ...Thanks Employment Solutions..

I have had bad experiences with this place. I have had one decent assignment here and I came to find out that the agency snatches quite a big chunk out of your check. When I call to see if my check is available, they’ll put you on hold endlessly till you hang up and call back. I just called right now, after about a two week hiatus, and still there’s no available jobs. Not exactly sure how this place is sustainable. The people who work at the agency office are making money doing nothing essentially, must be a good gig. Would give no stars if possible, but here’s one more than you deserve. Shameful...

Staff is very professional. Very nice in helpful. Help u anything u ask. I got job next day. Paid is good hours and great also. I recommend this place to anybody who looking for a job.

Listen to the reviews, don’t waste your time. Their job postings are lies and the people are so rude its unbelievable. Told to come in and apply to START for the positing applied for on indeed and upon arrival told they said they would call if they had any availability. BS ALL DAY.

This is a great employment agency, they help me get a great job that pays really good, I honestly think the people who complained about the agency werent really looking for a job because if u have responsibilities you take what u can get, and be willing to work no matter the hours or position,. People are lazy n dont like to work so they complain about the job they give them. I have had great experiences with this agency, Ill recommend them to anybody who is willing to work, they will help u get a job, this is just my opinion,

They took me off the schedule because I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and told me they would put me back on it after my mouth pain went away and they never did now they won’t provide me with information for unemployment and never actually ended my assignment

Terrible service. Terrible pay. Gatta pick up check. W2s extremely late. Its feb17 and they r telling me Im going on a LIST of folks that r STILL waiting for their W-2s I ONLY WORKED WITH THIS PLACE 2 WEEKS. THAT TAX RETURN IS IMPERATIVE IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW. This place LIES to much They post an add for a job opening then when the person applies, in time youll get an email to come in and fill out a application theyll have you take a drug test. If your LUCKY they will send you to work for a day or so then you will not hear from them. Its almost like they get paid for people to fill out applications. They have to meet a quota. This makes me think this way because every time I would call in the girl would say OH nothing wight now call back tomorrow. HA; YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF SOME WERE ELSE. I wish I could give them a half star or better than that NO star, but a (BIG RED FLAG). :(

Staff was rude. Posted numerous jobs. But none available when I showed up. Overheard a conversation giving someone else the run around as to why no work was available. If you have any kind of background record. Dont hold your breath. Place sucks. Waste of time and gas.

Got a job at a food production plant. Got let go for unknown reasons as I never got an explanation. Only position they offered after was a manufacturing place. I didnt like it there and asked if there are other positions and they said no. But somehow they always post jobs available on Craigslist. Found a permanent job elsewhere and never looked back. Although I appreciate the jobs they got me, I dont like the fact they lie and only care about having as many people apply

I definitely agree with all the reviews and comments that people are saying about this company I applied to this company for a job and then the lady told me to call the next day for work. I call the next day and then she tells me theres no work available but yet theyre constantly posting jobs on Craigslist for work everyday! So I keep calling like everyday still tell me no work that just does not make any sense so its like why are they even there theyre definitely not trying to help anyone they only care about themselves seems like!!!!

Called to see if they had any openings for a specific place. They kept saying they didnt but hired people I knew when they told me they had no openings.

The worst experience Ive ever had. Aside from being placed in the worst job Ive ever experienced... lets just talk about the nightmare of trying to exit from this mess. I called to tell them I had found a real job & let them know my final date. The woman just said okay and hung up. No further information. So, I call after my final day and ask whether my check would still be direct deposited or if I needed to pick it up. First they said they hadnt heard that I was quitting. I tell them about the previous call. They apologize & say pick it up Thursday. Not even surprised that they didnt have it. BUT THEN, the woman who I spoke to on the phone had the nerve to claim I didnt mention it was direct deposit. Im furious. They never listen. I wish Id seen the reviews first

This place is a JOKE. They seen to have the mind set that WE the people who want to work are there for them , so they can have a job. Coming in the office is a smoke screen. they paint a pretty picture, but behind the screen are LIES. As strange as this is to wright this this is the impression I have this place brings the 1800s back. I was sent here in 2013 from a company who wanted to hire me at 12.00 but when i was was done with the process the girl says your pay will 8.00 after telling her i just left the company I came straight here and they said 12.00. she got an attitude. they post a job that one is qualified for, but dont call how is in there system, HA HA then calling for the job the was just posted on indeed they say OH we filled that already. (STAY AWAY) FROM HERE THERE ARE AGENCY THAT ARE REAL STRAIGHT UP, AND PAY A LOT BETTER.

Applied for a job got it the next day. Then I sliced my thumb open at work the 1st hour,was sent to a clinic received treatment and then they wouldnt RE hire me for any jobs. Bad Management ,Minimum wages, and the jobs are from the bottom of the barrel.

Well a lady called me asking why I backed out of a job that she failed to tell me was 65 hours a week at $10 an hour and when I apologized to her for calling and saying that was too much she then hung up on me. After that I called back and she denied it and told me I hung up on her. Dont bother going here might as well go to apple ones agency where they have an IQ thats above 30.
