This is the most affordable place in town. lines r long and yes some staff can be human and not always be on there best . being dog owners we should be more understanding and have more tolerance I mean r fur babies have eating up up a good pair of shoes once or twice so we all need to relax and give this place a much deserved four star rating Ive been taking my pets here for years and never had a bad enough experience to turn my back on this place or give it a bad rating but lets all stop being Karens and no offense to Karens and try to understand thank you

WOW. I want to make it clear, the fact that this place is rated below 5 stars is ridiculous. I was recommended this vet highly, but noticed they had a LOW review ONLY because they recently changed their phone system. The rating is misleading. THIS VET OFFICE IS AMAZING. I came here for the first time ever this week to deal with my 10 year old, unspayed husky vaginal prolapse, which was COMPLETELY CORRECTED. I am very emotional when it comes to my pets and the staff was above and beyond supportive. They were sure to tell me all worse case scenario options yet my dog completely recovered healthily. MY DOG IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE AND THIS VET TREATED HER AS SUCH. And they SAVED ME MONEY. These people are passionate and I am so forever grateful that I was given the recommendation to take my Luna Lou here. I will confidently say this is one of the true loving vets left in this county

I took my kitten to an operation so that she would not have kittens and she died I do not know what they did to her I do not recommend them at all.

Honestly I’ve been here 3 times different days and hours and the service is still the same…………. Dull and Evasive. There are a few great staff that are very nice but other than that it’s not a easy or pleasant place to go. No one answers the phones or returns calls they do not make appointments unless it’s recommended. Employees give different information which is misleading. They have no urgency or concern. I will be finding a new Animal Hospital. Thank for the experience guys.

Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not reliable, and not responsive all literally sum up the services here perfectly.The staff is always unaware of what I made an appointment for, Despite having a set appointment time, it will typically take over an hour to be checked in and seen. Walks in are prioritized based on how soon they got there before your appoitment.

Well like everyone else says, no one answers the phone but I believe it’s because they’re so busy in there at all times, it’s crazy. But hey, we can all wait a little for good care right? That’s what I thought until I had two medications that call for blood testing, before and after use to monitor liver and kidney function, for my senior dog and older cat, prescribed after just a look at them. No testing whatsoever, just prescribed and out the door. After looking into it and seeing these medications can seriously harm the animals if there’s any underlying issue, that bloodwork could easily prevent, I was scared for my animals, stopped the use and made an appointment elsewhere. And one of the medications, as told to me by one of the vets there, “isn’t approved in the USA but it is everywhere else and it’s safe!!” But no bloodwork or appropriate testing to make sure. If you want a thorough check to make sure your (elder) animal is good, go somewhere else. This is a decent place for vaccinations, because of the low cost maybe. Staff is super nice though and handles everyone as well as they can (it’s busy from open to close)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We brought our dear Bella here for excessive panting and the incompetence of their medical staff led to the death of my dog. When we brought her here the “vet” assured us there were no problems. They informed us to come in a few hours to pick her up due to us not being able to be on the premise due to covid. We had called three times in order to make sure she was okay. Each time the staff assured us that she was okay. When we arrived to pick her up the vet told us Bella went into cardiac arrest minutes before we arrived. When confronted about why we were not notified she changed her story stating that she had heart failure the entire time she was there. If this is true why were we not notified earlier. If your family member is having heart failure the family should be notified and not left in the dark,! This is no way to run a business. Dr. Major and her staff keeps owners in the dark and takes no responsibility for their incompetence. I’m sorry Bella. We should have never taken you here. Rest In Peace. You will always be remembered.

Came today to get a vaccine for my dog and it was affordable, 20 bucks for four! I did get a little confuse since I saw the person who gave my dog his vaccine 3 needles, but on paper it says four...I really want to know what does that mean.

I have been coming to this clinic for 10 years with my dogs and cats. I have always loved coming here to do my animal care, but today was the worst experience with the front desk staff. They belittle a disable man right in front of my and basically called me out as a lier because I mentioned that there phone wasn’t accepting voice mails. And screamed at me do you see this lobby it’s full basically calling me blind and just terrible personality. Maybe those staffers should work in a warehouse not customer service because it is clear they lack people skills. Worst people to deal with I will be taking my business and pets to a more caring clinic. I will tell everyone I know to switch clinic. Save yourself a head ache and go somewhere else. Maybe that why they can get better front end staff. But don’t take my word for it go into the clinic and say anything that might cause any kind of inconvenience like a dog pooping or asking about the phone that seems to bring out there bad side maybe only side?

I wish I could be nice and give this place more than one star, but the shoe fits. The focus at this clinic seems to be quantity over quality. Which is not surprising considering the area. If you want more individualized care to your pets needs, I’d not recommend this place. Not to mention parking is atrocious and the staff seem to only want to get through the customers instead of addressing individualized needs/wants. Don’t expect much. It’s a little cheaper but you’ll feel rushed and unsatisfied. There are better places that will show individualized care, attention to detail, and have adequate space.

You can tell how much the vet loves animals here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a bit pricier than other veterinarian offices in the area, but the quality of care is much better.

Today I had the best service here when I took a dog in that was hit by a car. The dog was not mine. I saw her laying in the road. Even though their lobby was full they took me right in and helped me with this pup. They eased my worry about her condition and did what they thought was sufficient for her condition. I was very surprised at the cost also. I would recommend them.

So everyone told me this is the worst spot. Everyone told me to spend extra and save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. Very unorganized and they have the audacity to blame the pet owners using the speaker outside. I had an appointment for today and showed up early. Im 3rd from the list down and I have been here for an hour and 15 minutes as Im typing this. Ive had 10 more pets go before me and they keep telling me to wait. Im outside chatting it up with other pet owners and they are all very disappointed in the quality of service here. They all woke up early to be here and their time is being absolutely wasted. Save yourself the headache and time. Go somewhere else.

I will not take my animals to any other Office. The veterinarian is one of the best there is. I never feel like I’m being taken to the cleaners when I leave. Prices are very reasonable and that is hard to come by.

The vaccination process was a little confusing, but it was affordable and once we were signed in it was quick.

Honestly I went in before cuz my dog was very sick they Gave me medication for him but a couple months later he just seem like he is getting worse not any better in I’m very sad in disrespected cuz I paid over 300 dollars for the Medicine that doesn’t even work and the appointment as well. So now I’m trying to call them about it and no one even answers the phone when Clearly it saids that they’re open. I called 8 times in the morning after 8:30 My dog is very sick he will die but of course they don’t care no one doesn’t even answer the phone idk what to do... I brought my French bulldog puppy here and was treated like family. Bridgette was so sweet and helpful! They got my puppy the attention he needed quickly and he is now feeling so much better! Highly recommend this place! They truly care for your four legged babies health!

I have a senior cat 17 years old. One morning his abdomen was extremely enlarged. I took him to Arrowview without an appointment and waited. The doctor explained to me they could run hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the tests and they probably wouldnt be able to solve whatever is wrong. This made me very sad but I appreciated the honesty and Truth, even though deep down I knew it was time. Very professional and nice and a fraction of the cost everybody else charges

My 17 year old female Zena couldnt breathe was panting excessively. They told me she had cancer, wanted to do testing. I told them I wouldnt put her through that. 3 days later I knew she was dying, her heart was failing. They wanted money more then the care of my sweet girl. I dont think they really care about our loved ones. Just money.

Although I never received services here, I’ll just say that it was a sign from God that I wasn’t meant to bring my puppy here. My first attempt was on a Wednesday for the low cost vaccine clinic. I showed up around 815 and saw a long line so I decided to come later. 2nd attempt- I returned a little before 11, that same day, Signed the clipboard, And waited in my car for about an hour. In that hour they saw about 10 to 13 patients. I knew I would be waiting at least 1 more hour, so I decided to leave. I tried calling to get our name removed from the list...but no one answered. I actually got a call 2 hours and 15 minutes after my arrival time, letting me know that they were ready for me to check in. Of course by this time, I was home. My 3rd and last attempt was the following day. I showed up, not many people waiting, but frustrated to hear that the power was out and they couldn’t help anyone. At least I tried :)Luckily I was able to find another location where I was able to make an APPOINTMENT that same day!

Arrowview has the most caring staff! I took my chihuahua in because she had bloody diarrhea and was vomiting for 3 days, and they helped save my baby❤️ I had thought she had gotten parvo but they tested her and she tested negative❤️The great staff took my baby in for tests and treated her so well! Usually she doesn’t like strangers but she didn’t mind being held by them! They gave me medication that helped save my baby, all of the staff here is super helpful, they answered any questions I had! The place looks a little run down but all of their hearts are in a good place ❤️ Do not let the look of the building lead you away from them! I will be taking my baby daisy in for her vaccinations soon!

Great place and my cat was well taken care of when she was done with her spay they are really careful with your pets and generally work fast as well and have very sweet people I recommend i love this place for my cat 👍

Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. When it was time to help our 15(1/2)yr old beloved furry family member go over the rainbow bridge we found Arrowview Vet to be a place of great comfort and thoughtfulness with every step. My mom picked up our dogs ashes today and we are beyond touched with the engraved box paw print and resources for grieve. The individuals who work at this veterinarian office have their hearts in there work and it shows!

They have been wonderful in caring for my dog. They got him through a surgery to remove an eye, even though he is quite old. His life was greatly improved. They are kind and not expensive. They are always busy. You have to be willing to wait a bit.

This place should do something about answering their phones. The customer service sucks. They put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and then they hang up. I can never get a hold of someone.

I took my poodle there and received excellent advice, multiple options, and a reasonable price. When it was my turn, I had the vets full attention and her answers to questions were honest and complete. It really helped me make a decision on treatment.

Try to call them for a wait time or even simple information and they NEVER answer. Takes way too long for shots and leaves people out in the heat without really social distancing. Worst service too!

I really wanted this place to be my pets very own go to vet, but they are not reliable sometimes they answer sometimes they dont. Sometimes I call and they will leave me on hold forever and forget about me. Super unprofessional. I Finally found another place. And this never happens they always answer my calls and they are very responsive about my animals. So sad that this place is really gone down Hill. If they cannot manage their customer load its safe to believe that they will not have your pets best interests in heart.

Friend brought a dog here I was quite attached to. Really the sweetest pup. Incompetence at this location caused a misdiagnosis of a medical condition, and the dog died. It was entirely preventable. Then these folks have the nerve to act like they’re not at all culpable!Avoid them and do not bring your dog here. RIP little P.

By far the best veterinarian experience. The whole staff is amazing. Jessica (the vet tech) really helped us and made sure we had all we needed before we left. So grateful to her for all her help.I am notorious for taking in helpless animals and finding them good homes. When they need medical attention I take them in. This place was recommended to me when I found a very hurt and ill Pit-bull. So I made a appointment and took him in. Out of all the vets I have went to, this is by far the best and I will no longer be going anywhere else. You truly can see how they care about their furry clients.The staff was so amazing from the front desk to the doctor were just so helpful and amazing. I cant thank Jessica enough for her amazing service and took her time to explain everything I need to do at home for care, the medications, and different options for care. Jessica really went over and beyond to make sure we left that place with all we need and made sure we understood everything. I really cant thank her for her help enough. I recommend this place to all fur parents. I am truly impressed.

Best Vet in the area.Ive been taking my fur babies there for years. They get it right when other Vets (like at the ER) get it wrong. Good prices especially on shot clinic days.

I called twice today so I can make an appointment to get my dog some seizure medicine. They did not answer my call, nor did they even do as much as put me on hold. The first time I called, they sent me to voicemail. The second time I called, they answered just to breathe in my ear and hang up in my face. It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers or their patients enough. Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time.

I took my dog for her first appointment. The cost and treatment are incredibly low compared to what we normally pay for a visit, exam and blood work. The service is just wonderful and their care and concern for my pet will bring me back again. Some places act like its just a dog.... Here they understand your dog is your family.

Worst service ever. I booked an appointment to have my dog’s bandage replaced (it was placed by another emergency hospital after he was attacked by a coyote) I waited 3.5 hours just so they could remove the bandage and claim he doesn’t need a new one! They didn’t even do us the courtesy of telling us how long it would be or give us updates the whole time I had to go in and ask myself several times. The third time I went in for an update my dog was “ready” and they couldn’t even give him a new bandage. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was grateful that they were open on New Years Eve when we had to put our oldest cat to sleep. It was the first time I had been there. The staff was kind and helpful and understanding. I dont have a regular vet as my indoor cats had never had serious health problems and I had called the emergency vet and the minimum cost would have been outrageous. I called this clinic and they had a reasonable fee. We were able to stay in the room and say our goodbyes.

I take my three dogs to take their shots every year, and my husky had surgery here and they treated her really good, and also had free follow up visits for her. The staff is friendly and patient with every one. I highly recommend Arrowview Animal hospital.

Your animal hospital saved my puppys life!!! Thank you to all the receptionists, vets, and vet techs at this establishment! You all saved my puppy from Parvo!Prior to taking my dog here, he was sent with Redlands Emergency Animal Hospital and the receptionists were super incompetent. At Redlands, my boys parvo test results came back a false negative! I paid more than 200$ just to have him enter through their doors! Im never paying so much money upfront again! Im still paying them back from a loan of $600+ to this day! They said they would refund me $100+ they didnt use and gave me the run around on how to get it back. Ultimately I received no call back and no refund! When I took my dog to Arrowview however, the vet techs and receptionists were very kind and understanding. They also knew what they were talking about, they called me and said that the fluids coming out of my dog actually smelled like parvo! They took the test and the parvo results came back positive! They did everything they could while he was in their care and slowly brought my puppy back to life! Thank you so much Arrowview animal hospital! Im never working with any other vet hospital ever again, I learned my lesson! I cant thank you enough! Only bad thing here is the wait time!

This place is absolutely amazing amazing amazing!! Today I found a kitten barely breathing and poor thing probably have neurological problems come to find out she had ulcers in her mouth which is a lifelong disease in most cases with cats her quality of life would have been horrible and little Grace stole my heart for the past hour and a half of knowing her I make about $100 a week not guaranteed every week and the emergency would have then half of that but by the grace of God one of the staff members came up to me and said they would help me out help Grace out the humane way in which I chose for her!! I went there because I bring my dogs there and have been for over 8 years now I highly recommend this place it can get busy but thats just because they are so awesome the staff there are so nice and understanding and really do care its not a mediocre place its real!! A great place to take your dog or cat for reasonable prices— to get their shots or if you need to have your pet chipped or want their nails clipped on either Thurs. or Sat. But expect to wait 1 1/2 or 2 hours to be seen! This is done on a walk-in basis so you can’t make an appointment. Can & should make an appointment on the other day’s if you need your pet to be seen for something else...However, don’t believe Google that says that they take walk-ins until 4:30 because they don’t—the vets get booked up waaay before that time, so call before you drive over there, or you will most likely be wasting your time.Don’t expect to be saving much money when it comes to lab work, X-rays, or surgeries, & they will want to order unnecessary tests which I refused to have done...My vet charges more for office visits but charges waaaay less than they do for the same surgery... saved me $300 & he only orders tests that are necessary (again saving me money) & the medications he prescribes work much faster & better... They give you the smallest liquid dose of medicine possible... Remember, what you pay for is what you get...

After picking up my Pup from major surgery the hair on her tail was literally chopped off, because my dog laid in her own feces long enough so to become to hard to wash off. She had dried feces on her incisions!!!!Maybe Im being too critical, this is my first experience having an emergency with my pet, and may be this is to be expected after major surgery on an animal!?I give 5☆ Veterinarian for saving Lillys life!

So very caring, patient, and the best people and place to go to. They have very low prices and any wait is worth it, no matter what. Weve gone here for years. They diagnosed my friends cat correctly and he got better after another vet misdiagnosed him and charged crazy for meds and visits.

Let me start by saying they do not anwser their phone, I was calling around to get a quote on how much it would be to have my 2 pug puppies checked out by the vet. I had to call 8 times back to back just to have them pick up the phone and hang it up just to get the phone to stop ringing. Finally on the 8th time they picked up and gave me the $35 multi pet consultation price & said I had to go within the next 15 minutes or I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. So I decided to go right away to get them checked.I got there and there was no problems, they checked me in and said wait a few minutes to be called back, just to wait outside due to the current covid 19, which I agreed with to wait in my car.They then called me back with my two pups & this is where I was ready to walk out. The exam room was not very clean or sanitary. Dirty containers holding gauze and other supplies. They had the table with the scale and a little cushion on top that looked like it had dog feces smeared on it and not cleaned up. But I had a carrier that I kept both my pups in so they didnt come in contact with anything but the scale and the techs hands. My pups were also not even seen by the Veterinarian which I was confused about! Also she was not wearing gloves while checking them & even I was wearing a mask and gloves. The girl checked the pups temperature with a thermometer that was sitting in a dirty plastic container I guess filled with rubbing alcohol or another disinfectant so they can just place it back in there and use it for the next pet. She continued to laugh the whole time about every question she asked me about the pups and I was uncomfortable with how rude and unprofessional that was. She asked 4 simple questions and took the two pups out of the room and came back 2 minutes later and said laughing okay youre done and they are good just keep doing whatever you are doing. I asked when they need their next set of shots and she just said in 2 weeks. Not even knowing when they had their first set done! And then I asked if I need to deworm them again within a few weeks or months and she said its optional whenever you want or when you see worms in their stool.So I guess you really do get what you pay for going to such an inexpensive Vet. All the reviews I read were positive and I thought I found a good and affordable place for my pups but I was wrong. I will not be going back and I will go to a much cleaner place for my pups. I was disappointed and will spend the extra $$ for a better experience and better care for my pups. Dont come here if you have high standards I guess !! My dogs deserve better quality and if you think your dogs are worth it then dont come here.

It doesnt smell fantastic but what do you really expect. My dog was attacked by another dog and had a puncture in his throat. They were the only ones able to work on him and I cant express the gratitude I have for them. My baby seemed to enjoy his stay.

Dr. Sarah Major is the best vet Ive ever had to take care of my pets. Over the years weve been going there she has helped care for all our dogs. We have even adopted 2 dogs from the clinic and we couldnt be happier. Thr staff is friendly and the clinic is a great place to provide the best medical attention to all your pets. It shouldn’t have mattered if he was or not ! She was very rude said there only two of them working when asked to speak to a manager one was not available at the moment “until the end of day “

They have caring doctors, inexpensive vaccines on certain days and reasonable overall prices compared to the Humane Society where I use to take my dogs.I would have given this review 5 stars except that the main office is very small for the amount of people that come in with their animals and they do not have bathrooms for customers which makes it very physically uncomfortable if you are waiting a long time.

I have come here a couple of times, like three and my experiences have not been bad or good. They are kind of mediocre. The only reason I keep going back is because of the low cost. The low cost are pretty good, but it is all a wait. I have also noticed that there are always people that work there with attitudes...I am unable to say why...but they do need to lighten up. I have a cat that I neutered here and took to get shoots, he turned out fine, but in the spot where he got a shoot- there was a scab...i do not know if that is normal. My cat did not want me touching him there until it healed... which is strange because he is usually real good about it. when he got neutered he was also kept over night without my consent or notification...this really pissed me off.

Supposedly they close at 6pm.i arrived at 5:16pm,went inside.she gonna tell me we are closed.All i needed was shots for my puppies,its not gonna take more than 5 minutes.worst customer service ive experienced.they need a new management or run that place more professional.i personally would not recommend this place to nobody.No wonder they have a bad rating.

They never answer the dam phone

I really like this vet.The doctor and the vet tech name Nicole made me feel happy and all the staffs were very nice to me.They made my little doggie Jorge all better.And the price was affordable.Thank you guys so much.

I tried going there yesterday for the first time. I had made a 3pm appointment and was there on-time. When I got to the vet office it was packed and there was standing room only. The room was full of dog owners, half of which didnt even have their dogs on lashes, and the amount of barking in there was deafening. When I checked in prior to my 3 pm appointment time I was told to wait with the barking dogs. When I asked how long it would be the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said its going to be a while. I asked her of it was going to take over an hour and she said probably. I told her that I cant wait that long and thats why I made the appointment and she acted like it was no big deal and carried on doing what she what ever does at work. I have a sick 7 month old kitten and I cant wait with her in that room with all those barking dogs.And I had prior arrangement that had to attend at 5. I had even left work early and used up three hours of my vacation time to make the appointment. Judging by the attitude of the receptionist, appointment timing is not very high on the list of properties at Arrowview animal clinic. I wasted my personnel time, my vacation time (which literally cost me money) and my kitten has to go one more day without treatment. I would not recommend this vet.

Its a really good place for shots and vets but right now due to pandemic its a little crowded but over all really good place.

I made my appointment at 4:45pm however I was really early. My puppy had diarrhea on and off for a few days. I gave them a fecal sample to send to a lab. Since I was so early the office was not full only 2 others were there. They put us in a room and a really nice assistant took our information. The doctor came in examined my puppy. He seems healthy she said, we just needed to get to the root of the diarrhea. He was put in a probiotic and an antibiotic. The staff was really busy as the whole office was packed with patients. However the receptionist was never rude or so busy that she couldnt answer my questions. I would recommend that if you make an appointment there and you can arrive early do so if there is time between patients theyll try and squeeze you in. Awesome staff for such a busy place.

The staff is amazing!!! They ALL care so much it is incredible I cant say enough good things about them!! I have never been disappointed they take such good care of my animals even though they are Soo busy!!

The lady on the phone was so rude. My cat is sick and she refused to send me any information on her.

If you love your pet DO NOT bring them here if they are really sick. I brought my beloved dog here because of two days of vomiting and was told he had a large mass in his belly and severe pancreatitis after just one test done. Was basically told to pay almost $1,000 up front to do other tests and hospitalize him or its better to just euthanize him. They dont have any way to help you pay the cost in payments and just tell you to give up if you dont pay upfront. I ended up taking him to my cousins specialty animal hospital for a second opinion. Blood work was done along with a ultrasound. Long behold there was no mass felt or seen whatsoever and his pancreas was mildly irritated that medicine and a bland diet could treat. Arrowview animal hospital had me crying thinking I might lose my baby. I was so relieved that he would be just fine and I could pay anything I didnt have at the moment, in payments. I was so pissed at the same time that how many beloved pets are put down because of this places misdiagnosis and just telling people to give up if they cant pay. Please go somewhere else for your pets sake.

Love this place. Very sweet staff and doctors. The doctors do whats best for the animal not there pocket book.

This place used to be the best. No one ever answers the phone. Cant make an appointment. I heard the great lady doctor left. Dont know whats up with this place anymore.
