They schedule you for an appointment only to have you sitting in the waiting room. 45 minutes later and still waiting. They try to scam medi-cal and their patients by telling you your insurance doesn’t pay for things that are 100% covered.

I Regret big time!!! Choosing to go with them for Braces! Very Disappointed!

I recently got a root canal and the doctor is so rude me didn’t use the proper tools , during root canal treatment the tooth should be dry he didn’t use the rubber dam, no suction was happening and he over filed my tooth. Which lead to him over filling my tooth with gutta percha that came through the apex of my tooth, he didn’t go back a remove the extra. Now ima need to go get a second opinion on what I just paid for. I give that doctor a 0 with horrible customer service. They just want the money

This place is the worst...the dentist doesnt know what she is doing, DoNot come here If you are in pain shell make you feel worse than you already feel..

Always made me pay out of pocket for service to be done even though my kids had medical ..took my kids to another dentist office and guess what same service being done here as well and I dont have to pay them anything why cause medical pays for it so this whole time i was getting ripped off for pulling teeth out and ect. But has for the Orthodontist side i give them a 5 they are fast and nice...

Not happy at all with their service.... wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here... the staff members are rude and their attitude towards their customer is very bad... in this hot hot wheather they have the AC off in the waiting area and in the back where the staff works they have it on! So customers roast and they sit and work in the cool area... Customer service is bad and need to work on their customer service skills...

This is a Beautiful Office with an Extraordinary team of Dental Professionals. Who ready too provide Excellent Quality Care to each and every Patient the walks through the Office =)!

I wouldnt recommend this dentist office to anyone. I paid cash in advance for 4 crowns & only received 2. I was asked to sign paperwork stating the doctor had the right to make any changes or do what ever he wanted with out consulting me or if the doctor cracked or chipped another tooth during a procedure he wouldnt be responsible. I said I would only sign for the work I was there for. Because I wouldnt sign all my rights away they refused to finish my crowns that I paid for and refused to give me a refund. Be careful about what you sign at this office and read everything. Do not pay in advance for anything.

The office was clean and a lot nicer inside than I presumed. They handled all my paperwork right away, took my copay, and had me in for an exam quickly.

I love this place the staff is always on top of getting you in in a timely manner. I recently got my cleaning done and I am a happy camper thank you Arrowhead family dentistry!!!

I really feel comfortable at this dentist office. Dr. Fisch has been working on me for yrs. He also works on all of my family. I highly recommend this office.

This is the worst Dentist to ever to go to my experience there was horrible first I was not prescribe the correct medication and I had to wait a week to see the doctor again after getting teo wisdom tooth pulled the doctor had to come in is had someone to assist her with pulling my teeth now I’m in pain still after a week only on one side that the doctor couldn’t pull the female doctorAnd I need medication they are no help to you do not I repeat do not go to this dentist horrible service

Love this office The Drs are really great and the staff is amazing my favorite office by far!

This place has you waiting for over 1 1/2 before they do any work on you. I had my appointment at 11am and waiting in there room till 12:20 pm so i walked out. My first time there also happen like that. They dont know how to book people for there appoinments. I do not recommended this place, but if you people want to be waiting for over 1 1/2 or 2 hours till they treat you go ahead you been warned. Am change diffrent dentist and not recommending this place to no one.

My daugther had an Appointment, gave them her medi-cal card and they never returned it back to us. Called in after 2 days firstly the call was answered by an answer message service lady who said my message will be passed on and they will call back.... unfortunately they never called back..... so I called back again... lady answered the phone and I explained to her about my daugthers card.... without even looking for it she argued the fact that it was never asked for in the first place! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor, I then askes to speak to the Manager and she also claims she is the Manager! I asked for the corporate office number so that I can get better help so she replies Just because you never got your card back you want the corporate office number? what kind of reply is that?? Firstly you do not want to help me out to even look for it in your dentist and secondly you are not the one who is going to have a hard time replacing the card!Not good customer service at all.... especially coming from the Supervisor/ Manager!!There are much better dentists out there..... PLEASR DO NOT USE THIS ONE!!

After confirming my very first appt I arrived on time to my surprise office was closed, after rescheduling the next day @ 10 am I arrived 30 min early to my surprise the office was closed AGAIN !! and its there policy if your not on time or keep ur appt they charge $35 .. Im very disappointed.. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! Good luck ....I would not want to be in the middle of a procedure only to find that staff arrives late or not show up at all .

The problem I am having with them is that they keep telling me that I have to pay expensive Co pays, when I dont. I have IEHP DualChoice, the only Co Pay I have is on Crowns, $180 to $220, not $505 like they are telling me, plus tooth extractions are covered, they want to charge me $120 for each one, I am off to Western Dental.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WILL SEND YOU A BILL FOR SERVICES NOT PERFORM.PLZ AVOID!!
