They make you sit for hours oh but not here you nasty truck drivers get off of our property

Nice people but, you need appointment and theres open at 4:00 am and no parking for truck 🚛 around there.

My appointment wass 3 pm for pick up I went to chkin 10 am he said you have to pay $150 dolllar if you want load earlier if you will chkin 2.30 you don’t need to pay anything ,,,so strange

First time I delivered in less than 5 plus hours this time was quick grateful for that.

Horrible place for pickup…. 2 Hr for paperwork after loading.. Check in window lady very slow and lazy … need to kick out from here …

Never answer the phone load take. 4 hours o more be aware how they load double pallet in the tale they don’t care the product. And terrible service .

They are rather strict on appointments. I had a bad first experience, but Id come back. Security fella told me it was always busy on Fridays, not so much on other days.Next time Ill keep my truck parked in the dirt on the side of the road, then walk up the driveway that says Trucks/visitors because depending on the dock I get, I might want to take the other drive wayIts tight back there, you will want to scout the docks before you wedge your truck back there and cause a rumpus.

Horrible place to deliver or pick up they say by appointment only and takes too long 5 hours to pick up 2plts not only that if your late they charge 150 but they dont pay you for wasting your 5 hours its not a good practice business

Lot of parking good service emptied me 3 hours before my appointment time

Driver avoid this place … Just one pallet 1 hr for loading then 2 Hr for paperwork… Need to fire front desk lady … very slow and laziest

4am appt for 1 pallet. Didnt get pallet til 745am. No parking. Not good business

Appointment times that mean something, check in on time and rest assured you will get a door quickly

Bad place to pickup load I’m here 15 hours ago and got loaded after loaded they took 1 hour to give paperwork

Dont know what these rewired are but these guys are rude, appt time means nothing, been here for six hours and counting

The New management, Loading crew and office Clerks are great. As long as you have an appointment you will be in and out. The Team is very pleasant to work with.

Apt 5:45 amCheck in 4:34 am gou out 5:30 am . Tight docks . Verry little room to back up . But its ok . If you are not in rush time . Overnight parking on street and a big durt place at the corner for parking easy overnight parking

Cruel experience. If there is the name Robinson like CH Robinson...you will not enjoy your time.

Get here early as possible because youre gonna need room to screw up since you have to be able to blind side into the loading docks. The day I went it wasnt busy so no big deal.

Been are so many times I have to say this is one of the worst places to deliver or drop off a load... staff is not friendly and being its a CH Robinson warehouse they should know better

Very bad place.1. Hold 8 hours to load 4 pallets.2 Mess with paperwork. They provide wrong paperwork and my load was refused by receiver.Terrible, worst place. If it allows me, I give it 0/5 or even -10/5.

You have to make sure you have your appointment time before getting there for your pick up or delivery. If not you will be stuck there forever.

Good people however sometimes they get behind.

8am appointment, checked in 6:30ish and was done 7:30ish. Overnight parking on the street.

Never come here they take 4 to 5 hours to load 5 paletts

I have a slight suspicionDrivers be careful with your load locks Drivers cannot go in the Warehouse so before backing take off load locks, because loaders take Out them by themselves And they dont return them in the trailer probably with intention you forget them.

They take a long time to load, they give you the door to load and you have to wait long hours and the driving time is gone, it is not profitable to come here to load, I do not recommend anyone to load here.it takes long hours to load the products and you run out of time, it is disrespectful to come here
