Went in to have my car serviced for engine and transmission, I was quoted two weeks. Six weeks later I get a phone call telling me the car is finished and to come get it. Suddenly the battery is dead, steering doesnt work, and a whole bunch of pieces were missing. I had them fix the issues, but they only fixed them on the surface. I paid for a new throttle body and now the throttle body is going out. If they put one in it was used, but they charged as if it was new. Either way it doesnt work now and I cant drive the car. Absolutely wish I didnt spend the money at this place.On top of that, the guy who owns the place was incredibly unprofessional when I raised issue with him about what was broke. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dont do the alignment there because they always want to sell you a tire or even more for all you who know the alignment is done with the rim not with the tire they always do that trick the alignment is cheap but they sell you a used tire or a new tire just to get some more money from customer if youre curious about the alignments check it out online . Dont get me wrong its a safe to have good tires.

Got here about 3pm & was told the guy who does the alignment was on lunch but he’ll be back in 45 min. So I waited since there was no one there I was parked behind a g35 for half the time I was there because the guy who deals with the money told me to then about 3 random cars come in all after me but I don’t pay no mind. About an hour later one of the cars that came in after me pull up to get worked on where the alignment at & I find that odd but I’m trying to keep my cool then when it was done a van goes next then the gentlemen that told me to be next to the Lexus parked to know that already know I’m getting alignment says to park behind the van then once the van was finished the man working on the alignments said there’s 2 cars in front of me then I asked how I’ve been here since 3 before all these cars & the man just looked at me with a blank stare at that time I said okay I’ll come another day. It is 5:23pm & I barely left out of there to have my time wasted & not get anything done to my car. DON’T COME HERE

Ive been coming here for years and am always provided with quality service. The place does get packed sometimes but thats only because their so good at working on vehicles. I always suggest people to this place when they need their type of services and have never heard one complaint in all the years of doing it.

Came in here and took 5 minutes to find out who I needed to speak to since none of the employees approached me to ask me anything, bunch of people just working there doing nothing. When I finally got one guys attention he told me I was next, but he never bother to check my mufflers to see if they had any in stock that would match or fit my car. I was told I would be next so I figured id wait about 20-40 minutes and be attended. However an hour later the employees started bringing other cars in and other cars that had arrived later than me were being attended to first. and I wasnt being updated if I was next or not. There is no order here and they simply wasted my time.I will come back when its less busy and update my review.

They have good prices and work very fast. My sons car needed the catalytic converter to pass the smog check. Other estimates were in the $300-$500, this guys charge me $200 something and my car was done in about 30 minutes.

Need organization, can not park anywhere when you enter. Dropped of a rim to be repaired and they told me to come back the next day to pick up. The next day I went and the rim was in the exact same spot I left it. If you didn’t have the time you could have just said that.

Quick service was in and out in 20 minutes. The best prices in town if you need a used tire. I got a like new tire for $30 for my SUV everywhere else wanted at least $50 for tires not in as good of a condition as the one I got. Very happy I went there will return if I need another tire for sure.

Horrible customer service. Told me the job would cost $230 then charge me $300. The work was far from quality. Pipes didnt match up, so they cut pieces and patched it together.i would not reccomend them to anybody !!!!

Fixed two leaky tires. They were fast thorough and cheap.

Needed a rack and pinion installed but it took the mechanic over a month to do it. The service is bad, they blocked my number for calling about my car. The mechanic stole my lug nuts, never reinstalled my horn, and never put certain item back into the engine bay. My wheel fell off, i was as polite and respectful as possible but they showed no courtesy.

They were great... excellent service in a timely manner...one gentleman replaced my resonator and another took the time to diagnose and correct the multiple random misfires due to a bad board under the coil packs. Pricing was fair..I have already talked to Hector about coming back to replace the original brake lines on my 2000 Monte Carlo. Shout out to Victor, a knowledgeable mechanic with excellent customer service skills.

I went to El Cabballo for the first time to have my back breaks done. I was happy with the break job and went back a week later to purchase 2 used tires. When removing one of my back tires they couldnt get the tire off because the screw(s) was stripped. I told him the guy doing my breaks the week before had stripped my screw(s). They said dont worry about it, well get the tire off. All kinds of tools and bars was coming out to get the tire off. They got the tire off and then I was told I had a bearing problem that would cost me $150. I didnt get the bearing fixed and test drove the car for awhile and when I got back in my car all the problem lights was on. I would never do business with them again.

Not very good customer service. Went in for a used tire, expected a tire of better quality but what they gave me was a patched up tire, which went bad the next day. I had to come out the pocket for another tire, it would have been nice to give halve off the original price which was $35( not bad). You just dont patch a used tire! If its worn that bad please toss it.

Got 2 cars worked on one muffler on my car was not even welded just tacked on. I went back to have more work done and found out it was not even welded. And the workers just made a joke out of it. Not cool. But fast work and cheap I guess thats what you get.

Had brakes and rotors installed and front brakes were grinding. I reordered parts to replace thinking they were defective and waited and waited for over 2 hrs. They were still going to charge installion but mechanic not available. I left frustrated and still not sure if they were at fault. Im going somewhere else. What a waste of my time and money!

Do not have Juan check your muffler/exhaust. We got here hours ago and knew it was the exhaust and this guy raises it up taps it a few times and says its fine. How could he possible know that from tapping it. He made us gp to the mechanic on the other side and after two hours it was in fact the muffler like we thought. Now we are stuck waiting behind people to get this dam muffler changed when it could of been done if dumbass Juan with his retarded ass Mohawk that nobody even wears anymore would of taken more time to check the problem.

I asked for a bolt on exhaust. The man sed he had to ask the mechanic if they had time. Waited for about a minute, man walks up to me, and yells at me at the top of his lungs ((where is your truck!!! Why is it ever there!!)) I walked away instead of getting angry. Horrible costumer service!!!!!
