Very professional and kind staff. We had a car issue this morning and they were able to fix it same day. They kept us up to date with everything going on when they could (they were very busy) and the price was very fair. Will be going back soon to get our breaks done because we are so happy with their work. 10/10 definitely recommend.

We were on a family vacation and our Van broke down on the freeway. We had it towed here and they were able to diagnose that the alternator went out. Even though they were super busy Alex made time to fix it that day!! Super grateful for these guys and the professional work they performed.

This place is horrible...be prepared to talk to a nice man. Sayid... He is great on the phone.When you take your car in he gives you a quote. then suddenly somethings breaks on your car while he has it. This has happened on two occasions.Two different cars ...I took one car in and it was in for a gas tank and came back leaking gas all over, and a hose under my hood ...broke for no reason... Had to take it back two times. I gave him another chance on another car. Thermostat...then he test drove it and blew a head gasket. Please stay away from this guy. and prepare to add more repairs than you can imagine.

For some reason something else is always wrong with vehicle after repair.They left a bolt loose on catalytic converter exhaust manifold which resulted in cracked manifold. My wifes car over heated once, they changed water pump and rebuilt radiator. Later it was leaking from water pump so they changed water pump again and came back leaking. It over heated again. We took ot back They said it was radiator crack and wanted to charge us. We told them they changed radiator before. Wanted warranty. They said no. Sorry no more for me. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me.

These guys are honest mechanics and a big help to the community. The owner Syed is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain to me what is wrong with my car in laymen terms. I go to them often for my repairs and they were able to get my car back to me with my ac fixed quickly and efficiently whereas before I was sweltering in the heat everyday. Definitely recommend

Paid $700 for Power Sterring Wheel fluid leak they said i need the fluid line, i should have known better when i overhead a conversion with a man who was bringing his car back after paying them $1200 and was not a happy customer. He refused to leave until they fixed his car. Anyways when I picked my car up I couldnt even turn my wheel cause it was so stiff and hard to move the wheel. So I took it back and same outcome. So I took it back again and he told me some story about the mechanic that he is going to fire him and how the guy made the problem worse and that they had to put on a new pump. So I only had the car back 4 days and its leaking fluid again. IM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB AND FILE SMALL CLAIMS AGAINST THEM...DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE VERY BAD.

Took my Dodge Charger in there they commented on my big hemi engine then took it for a joyride and caused severe damage to my tire and rim. They also didn’t reset my oil change indicator and did a shotty job on my brakes. They accepted no responsibility at all. Horrific people horrific service. I’ll be having my lawyer contact them and calling the labor board.

Great vehicle service and customer service. I found myself in a real pinch when a belt broke inside my car while I was driving. Luckily I was able to pull into the shop and they took care of me. Very clear and straight forward with explaining what work they would do before doing it and reasonable pricing.

Did a spark plug replacement and was quick and reasonable. Will come back for next service.

This comment is way overdue. My son and girlfriend were traveling through the U.S in there camper van back in Nov 2019 and started having engine problems, stopped at one place and were told they would need a head gasket and it was going to be a lot, cant remember how much, so they limped along and rolled into this shop and they looked things over and found it just needed a water pump. so a couple hundred dollars later (very reasonable) they were on there way again. As the father I am so impressed that you are so honest and not out to skin anyone, honest business is getting harder and harder to find these days so thank you so much, cheers from B.C Canada.

Owner was rude..my husband and I towed in his truck and the owner told us one of his mechanics called off but we can leave the truck there over the weekend but we had to move it to the other side of El Pollo Locos...noooo...DENIED..and like the owner dismissed us..im dismissing his business and taking our money somewhere else..and I suggest other future clients to do the same thing..big time shyster vibes...its not the customers fault you cannot keep reliable and sufficient staff on deck..

These guys have gained my loyalty. There was a little mix up on an oil change but the manager took care of it with no issues and to stand by their motto we dont make mistakes even gave me a credit on changing out my belts. I appreciate them owning up to the issue and was impressed on how quickly they fixed the problem with my oil change when I came back and had me back on my way in no time I will definitely be a returning customer.

The workers are good and friendly. They changed my break good,but don’t decide to change your oil in there because you will see your engine safer. I changed oil there and I feel something is wrong so I went to Valvoline to check and I was right. My car oil level was too high which will make problems in my engine. So I recommend to not change oil there.

Ever since I pulled up to this place they have done everything they could for me and my car. They are all sweet individuals with great customer service. Though I always try to float in positive vibes no matter the situation I also like to come into environments as such with my head on knowing exactly what I am going in for, or at least an idea, because honestly no one likes to get played, especially me being a young female.

These gents are amazing! They are affordable and genuine. Something died in my car and the smell was foul. Great place to get your oil changed if your in San Bernardino reasonably priced and quick fast customer service they even call you as soon as there done!

Liar. My A/C did not work, they ask for $25 for check and $125 to charge Refrigerant which should cost $40 for checking and charging.(someone can do it for $30 or even for free!). After checking, they asked me to CHANGE the compressor! That will cost me another $500! I am pretty sure the compressor is working! I can hear that! They tell me that what I heard was fan. TOTALLY LIAR.I found another place, get a switch (just a small electronic part) changed. My A/C worked in 30 mins for $110.I know young lady who seems know little of cars would be charged for more. But at least the second place get the problem and not that greedy as this one!Very bad bad experience.

I went to Econo Auto just to get a 3rd opinion on my 2008 Audi A6. The previous two mechanics specialized in German cars -they actually suggested I sell my car because the cost of replacing my gaskets and intake manifold would almost equal the value of the car! Turns out Saeed and his team led by Raul proved to be better at diagnosing the problem -they resolved the issue without having to replace the intake manifold and they did it at a very reasonable price! Im so blessed to have found this place. Ill be back to service all my cars here. We need more honest mechanics with integrity in San Bernardino! I should mention that Saeed and his team are new owners of the place. The service and cost is like night and day compared to the previous owner. The standard has been raised -yay!

Got my car fixed on same day and staff was friendly. Answered all questions i had. Facility could be a little cleaner but orther than that. I would recommend.

I would give them zero stars.... had repair work done and my car broke down not even down the street. Problem was the fuel pump they replaced. Had it replaced a 2nd time and my car wont start again. They stated they would send a tech to check what code comes up on the diagnostic computer. The tech they sent had no idea how to work the computer.... So the next step was to send the original mechanic that worked on my car this Tuesday... come to find out the mechanic quits. I would stay away from this place.

My oil changed was done in 20 minutes. Then I had my transmission pan gasket fixed cause it was leaking. Plus the transmission fluid was changed and it was done in 2 hours.

This place is awful don’t come here!! I spent over an hour and a half waiting while the employee were just chatting and not doing anything. I was told it would be 20 min. The bathroom was very nasty and so was the waiting room. Avoid this place at all costs!!

The parts for your viechel are cheap installation can be difficult these guys can do it and do it right but labor costs are very hight I asked about a certain part found it for cheap I asked about labor and came up to be higher than $200 will not become a regular if I can have it done for cheaper
