Took my car to them for a quote three weeks ago and I still dont have a quote. Bad for business.

“Kyle #1” and “#2” exuded excellent customer service skills and look the time to explain the whole process of the work that the would do to my beloved car. I appreciated the laughs and in making me feel that my car was in good hands. When talking to my AAA specialist who was in charge of my claim, even he was happy to know that I chose 1st Certified collision as who would be working on my car as he has great rapport with them and knows them by name! I was given a time of 11 days for the completion of work on my car and we’re able to complete repairs in a weeks time!!! This saved me money on a rental car. Overall I give this place five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for the laughs, Kyle #1 🤣🤣🤣

I would Definitely recommend this place to everyone. We worked with jerry and he was very professional and kept us up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. My car was done 2 days sooner than the due date. And it came out absolutely perfect. Couldn’t even tell it was every damaged. They also cleaned the inside of my car😀

The first time I used this place I had the greatest service so I figured why not again. This time I wish I went somewhere else. They said they would get to me right away on Monday if I brought it to them Monday. So I did they put me on the back burner and when I asked to speak to manager and did he promised he would pay for 12 days of rental and would get to my car right away. They did work on my car right away but when it came to paying the rental they didnt pay the right amount they said they was told that the daily rate was because I didnt do something but everyone knows that if u dont do a whole week u get charged daily rates as well so I lost a lot of money on this repair shop then what I ever should of and Im just supposed to accept it so thats ok Ill take what Im only given and Im letting everyone else to know that Ron says one thing and cheats you out of what your supposed to get heres what I got and the bill that shows both weekly and daily rates n it including taxes and the extra charge for rerenting a vehicle each week so I have to pay that as well and dont get reimbursed for that either. I called the office every Monday to let them know I was needing to rerent the vehicle. But since I had switched out one vehicle for another I think thats were some confusion was on supposedly me not letting someone know but I called the hertz office were I went to from the beginning each Monday afternoon after talking to the repair shop. I shouldnt of lost out on as much money as I did since I chose to get rental reimbustment from insurance I should of had to pay not even 4.00 out of pocket each day for 20 days and 12 days free from Ron but thats not what I paid I got 500 from insurance and 317.79 from Ron and I paid out 966.39. I pd 148.60 when I shouldnt even of pd 80. So I got screwed out of money and it took 4 weeks and 4 days because they never even sent my insurance the estimate until the second week . So i had to use a rental and not take our service dog with us like we are supposed to for so long because of them... I bragged on them the first time so much and this is how Im treated as a returned customer WOW I know what to do if I ever have to get a car fixed again that is TO NOT GO HERE.

The office receptionist was very nice and helpful , but the person who was supposed to give a estimate on my car was very rude! I just wanted a estimate for my car but he kept on suggesting that theyre body shop would work on it without even knowingly whats wrong with the vehicle. I felt very strong judgement were based on how young i look etc.

Very poor customer service, its been almost 2 months that Jerry has been giving me his word about him working with the adjuster on a claim that hasnt been paid back to me, I had to come out of pocket. Unfortunately the only thing thats true is a mans word, but in this case so untrue..

Great experience with the San Bernardino location. Friendly staff and repairs were perfect. Car was ready on time and it was washed and waxed! Would recommend.UPDATE....... Took my other vehicle in for rear bumper repairs. And once again everything came out perfect!!! 5 star service all yhe way around. I highly recommend the SB location. I actually will taking in my wifes car later this year to get some dings and scratches repaired. This place does great work!! 2/10/2020

I had one issue and it was about parking. Their parking is a little confusing and one of the employees though it would be nice to talk down to someone. Because of their unclear signs. After the initial insult, another employee named Raymond was professional and helped me with my camry

So I had a collision around May 26 had to call them to pick up the car because it wasn’t drive able so after waiting in the hot sun for over an hour I ended calling someone to bring me a cat so I can’t change the tire and after literally almost 1:30 of once I finished changing the tire the tow truck finally shows up he comes picks up the car I go speak with them they give me 2 week and 5 days which is crazy amount but I was like fine spoke with another car dealer they said a month and decided this ones were faster even though the other ones were not guna charge me the $500 deductible if I took it to them but considering I needed my car because I don’t have the rental on my insurance it was guna be expensive finally the two weeks and 5 days comes up and they call me with ohh sorry we need one extra week because we need a part and want to do it perfect bla bla bla I was mad like are you kidding me almost a month, I could of took it to the other dealer without having to pay the deductible 😡 so if u really need your car fixed I would definitely not recommend them they take forever there work might be good but they don’t keep up to their promise I would of understand if they said 1-3 days more but this is just crazy I just hope this time they promised I finally get my car back! I should of realized when they took forever with the tow truck that they were going to take forever follow your gut instincts and go somewhere else very disappointed

THEY were very professional fixing my brand new Subaru that was hit early this year by 11 cars sliding with no CHAINS on in big bear a lot of deep scratches and I got very ill and was unable to bring car till now they still fixed my car working with our ins company to make it look just like new George and Ron were awesome taking on this task the front desk is very helpful and they kept me in the loop every day via text on progress of my car very helpful and go out of there way to help and make you feel very welcome gave us water coffee and treats while doing our paper work will recommend this place to all our family and friends and if for any reason need any work this is the place I will always go to living in the big bear still would only take any car here

This place is very shady and crooked tried to total my car out for a finder I recommend any and everyone to go to a honest place.

Lacking in the customer service department...i just wanna know whats going on with my vehicle. I received a message from Lucas regarding my vehicle. He listened to our concerns and gave me a update on my vehicle. He was professional and we appreciate his quick reply back to our concerns. Going forward, i would ask that when doing business with dealerships that they also include the customers name on the invoice that way you can give the owner of the vehicle status updates. If youre looking to get your car repaired with body work or paint I do not recommend 1st certified collision centers in Victorville CA. I brought my 2015 Honda pilot here for insurance claim repair. I spoke directly with the general manager and we discussed everything that was needed to be done. During the two weeks of repair I called numerous times to follow up on the work and was never told of any problems. Later I was told my vehicle is ready and when I went to pick up the vehicle a majority of the work that we discussed was not completed. Only after I complain was I told insurance denied some of the items. I was never given a chance to dispute or discuss anything. I wasnt even given the opportunity to pay for the work that I wanted completed. The quality of the paint and bodywork was below expectations and professional work. The quality of customer service and follow up was definitely substandard.

Dont Normally write reviews but the service here was fast and super friendly they speak Spanish, they helped me fill in all the paperwork for my vehicles repairs, I needed a rental car and they called and set it up for me, The mechanic George kept me updated on my repairs, and the actual repairs on the car got fixed in a timely matter. Really pleased with the service I received here

I had the best experience with 1st Certified Collision. I went there as I was going through my insurance. They were very polite, professional, and courtesy. I worked mainly with Jose and Becky. I would use them every single time that I need my car fixed.

Dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday and it was ready the following Tuesday. I had $5,500 in damages and was impressed with how fast they were able to repair it. Hector was very helpful and professional and my vehicle looks great!

Brought my car for a scheduled collision repair. I got there on time they said they were over capacity that they had taken on other jobs prior to my schedule and now they wanted to pawn me off to another shop. So I took my car somewhere else. It was rude of them to incovience me this way. I had a rental ready to go and everything. They should have called me prior but they aere also very rude and pushy to pawn me off to another place. I didnt feel comfortable so I left and took my paperwork.

Just ok. This shop used to be Blue Mountain collision which I had used in the past as theyl had excellent customer service and did excellent work. This place isnt as good. If I could do it over again, Id go somewhere else. Now I have to take my car to another shop to finish the mediocre job they did.

I brought in my vehicle here for bumper collision fix. The staff is friendly, professional, and took care of my car plus auto insurance paperwork in the shortest time possible. I’ll definitely return for future car repairs here.

Great customer service! Love the work they did on my 2017 Tacoma and would definitely take any of my cars to them for any body repairs. I would recommend this center to anyone!

They did a great job on the dent. However, they didnt wash off the wax well enough so I had to take it back. Annoying.

I give this body shop 5 stars! I was recently in a rear end collision in my Cadillac Escalade. I was concerned about the color match and fit. I took my car to them and they explained how the insurance company and body shop worked together (the Insurance company wasnt as good as the shop). They ordered my parts before I dropped it off and called me when they were ready to fix it. Not only did they get the color right they found hidden damage under the bumper that needed to be repaired. THE SERVICE WAS THE DIFFERENCE MAKER AT THIS SHOP. I hope I never have to have my vehicle repaired again but if I do I would bring it back.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly, always kept me updated on the status of my car and my car was fixed in a timely manner.

1 star for both this body shop and my insurance company Safeco having this body shop as one of their preferred shop.Front end collision, took the car in for repair, they gave me a constant update on the repair but they didnt meet the deadline, took extra few days, no big deal. Picked up the car and wow, I could have done a better job reassembling the front end, headlights misaligned, hood misaligned, front bumper had mask line, hood wouldnt stay open, and few other issues. Complained, they took the car back, another few days to realign the hood, and the headlights. Brought back the car again for over a week to get the front bumper repainted but they did such a horrible job that quarter size paint peeled right off the bumper after first car wash. BTW, over 5 years of washing and original paint and clear coat is still holding on original body parts. Im not expecting a factory finish but this is not even close. Ive dealt with different body shops and they do perfect job so I know it can be done but not this place... All about quantity than quality in this place.

Can I somehow pick zero stars???? This place is horrible. Back in 2013 I was rear ended on the freeway and on the advice of a local toyota dealership I took my car here. Boy was I sorry.First, they were incredibly rude. Second, when I got my car back, I noticed the bumpers corner was protruding out as if it wasnt in place. I asked about it and they just pushed it in and said it was fine. I hesitantly drove off. The next day, it was protruding again. I took it back again and they fixed it. This happend LITERALLY 10 more time. Finally, they decided to put the right size bumper on my car. Turns out they used a different years bumper. Fantastic, I thought I was finally on my way. The bumper was great for about 3 months. I came outside and noticed that there was a paint flake about the size of a softball sticking off of my bumper, I grabbed it and was horrified because it stripped an entire line of paint right off my bumper! I was so mad. I took it back again, they were so rude. The blonde lady (not my choice word) does not need to ever deal with customers. Anyhow, they supposedly fixed it again. I got my car back after leaving it with them over 13 times. This paint job only lasted another 4 months or so. I went outside again and noticed the same type of paint flake hanging off. Words can not describe the way I felt. I called the office and this time spoke to a male. He seemed nice enough despite me being angry. I had to bring my vehicle back again. I received a call at 4:00 in the afternoon on a day my car was not supposed to be ready yet. The same guy said my car was finished and that I would need to pick it up. I let him know I was already in corona and wouldnt make it. He said, well your in a rental right? insinuating that because I had a rental I would have to jump through hoops to get my butt back there. I let him know that I wouldnt have been in this predicament had they done their job right the first 15 times and hung up the phone. I cant believe how horrible this business is. For the love of your car and precious time PLEASE dont waste your time here.
