From start to finish we have nothing but good things to say about SA Flooring Perfections. Manuel and his teammate were very polite and worked very efficiently. He even went out of his way to stain the quarter-round in our kitchen to match our cabinets and Greg called each day of the project to make sure everything was running smoothly. Definitely would recommend!

I do not recommend SA Floorings installation services. The installers were late everyday making what was quoted as a 3 day job turn into a 6 day job. Most of the issues we experienced, I initially chose to brush off since the floors were installed with good workmanship, but the fact that we are still dealing with issues days after the installation and that SA Flooring didnt respond to issues brought to them sparked me to leave a review.Besides the installers always showing up 2-3 hours after the agreed upon start time, there were other problems. We were promised dust-less tile removal and they justified their price based off of this. This was not the case. Dust got everywhere and even made its way upstairs. I removed over 800 sqft of tile prior to hiring them and managed the dust way more efficiently than them. Greg tried to make it up by sending two people over afterwards to clean, but they only cleaned outer surfaces. They didnt clean the dust in the cabinets and drawers which contained the babies dishes and eating utensils as well as our bowls, silverware, plates, cups, etc. I asked them if they could clean inside the cabinets anyway and they replied that they dont usually clean those areas, but will try if they have time. They did not have time. One of the main reasons I wanted professionals to remove the tile in the kitchen was to control the dust better than I could which SA Flooring just could not live up to. To this day, we are still in the process of rewashing everything in the cabinets because of this oversight.On the topic of cleaning, everyday the installers would leave their energy drinks, water bottles, and lunch trash laying around the house and the outside of the house (Ill include pictures). I assumed they would grab the trash afterwards, but this was not the case. Everyday, I constantly had to go around and cleanup after them once they left. The bottles and cans they left outside would get tossed around by the wind and get into the neighbors yards. They kept a mound of tile on the front porch which they didnt dispose of until the 6th day.Going back to the left over monster energy drinks; the last straw was when we came back from out of town to be welcomed by an exploded monster energy drink that they had left in the freezer. The liquid leaked out of the freezer and onto the new floor. Also, the dishwasher lower panel that covers the wires wasnt reinstalled and the second screw is nowhere to be found.Some of the quarter round that they installed looked like a bad install.They also neglected to switch the gas valve back on for the oven.The professionalism demonstrated by those representing this company was very disappointing. I gave two stars because of the actual work performed on the floors was good.

I initially hired them to do my floors and ended up having them remodel most of my house. Greg came over to talk flooring and I told him our plans to do other things to the house and was told they could probably help with most of it. My wife and I decided to give them a try and we couldn’t be happier. Not only do we have beautiful new floors, we also have new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, recessed led lighting throughout the house and the vanities and new sinks go in the bathrooms next week. I will post pics of them when finished. Overall it was a great experience. The owner stopped by several times throughout the project to check on progress and answer any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

SA Flooring remodeled our master bathroom. The entire process went smoothly starting with selecting tile vanity and finishes. They had multiple selections to choose from and we are very pleased that Greg suggested a creative tile pattern for the shower. Workmen arrived when scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. This was our second project with SA Flooring and I recommend them for any flooring, bath or painting project.

I highly recommend this company. They replaced my hardwood floors. I do not live locally and had to arrange over the phone. Steven kept me informed every step of the process, provided pictures and went to the property multiple times to ensure everything went as planned since I was not in town. They were very responsive and it went according to schedule.

SA Flooring Perfections has been so very helpful as we try to figure out what we want to do. It was the first place we stopped in our search and it has been the best. Though small in terms of their display area, they have managed to pack in a lot of interesting / high quality merchandise. We have found them to very honest, very helpful, and very down to earth. They arent interested in pushing something on you. They try to figure out what you are looking for and they offer suggestions, explanations, and advice. Their prices are competitive and they will even take care of the install.

SA Flooring installed laminate wood flooring on my stairs and upstairs loft and master bedroom. It turned out beautiful! They did such a nice job, and Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. I was torn between carpeting and the laminate wood. Im overjoyed that I chose the laminate wood. It complements my downstairs laminate flooring really well. There wasnt an exact match, but I actually like this flooring more than the one I had put in several years ago downstairs by a different company. The only frustrating part in this process was waiting on some parts, but that was not the fault of SA Flooring. The employees worked so hard and did such a nice job. I will definitely hire them again when Im able to do more renovations in rooms in my house.

We started out wanting tile in our kitchen and dining room, however Stephen pointed out that since the floor had previously been painted that it would all have to be sanded first. Because of all the dust we decided against that. Stephen then pointed out that there were some wonderful laminates available and the following week-end we visited the shop again. We found a wonderful hickory laminate that had 72 hour water protection. The following week a crew of three men did the installation in a single day, staying late to complete the job. The men took great care and were very professional. The resulting floor looks great. Almost like we have a new house. Perfection really is what they do for flooring.

This is the 2nd time we are using them for our flooring needs. This time we asked almost the impossible of them. We were closing on our new home and had several contractors doing different things all at the same time. They basically had just 2 days to do approximately 2400 sq ft of new flooring. They brought over a crew of (7) and did a perfect job on-time and cleaned up their mess like they were never here. My wife and I are so impressed by their work and honoring their promise to get the job done that we will continue to choose them for our needs. We have recommended them to all our friends and family who have been kicking the idea around of getting new floors.When it came to selection and pricing, you cant beat them. Sure....if you go to Home Depot or Costco you will see cheaper options but they dont include all the hidden costs like mouldings, moisture barriers, professional installation and such. As for selection, we choose a wood product that could stand up to getting wet occasionally and in a color that worked for us.My wife and I cannot say enough about our experience with SA Flooring Perfection. After a small glitch (from the manufacturer), the floors were installed in one day as promised. they are lovely, great quality and the installers cleaned up the area afterwards and removed the old carpet.

This is the second time we have contracted with this business. Early in the year, they replaced tile in our kitchen, family room, utility room, living and dining rooms and entry way. This time, they replaced carpeting in our upstairs bedrooms and living area. Both jobs were done professionally and in a timely manner. The staff is very easy to communicate with - they actually listen to you and offer useful opinions! The installation crew is great! My husband is a perfectionist, and they were able to meet his expectations in every way! One aspect of their work I really appreciate is that they come when they say they will come. Certainly makes it easier to schedule your time - which is an important factor to us. I would recommend this business for any type of flooring work.

Steve (sales guy) was great to work with. He was very patient and accommodating to our questions and changes. Javier (crew foreman) was very communicative and the crew was very nice and courteous.We put in the porcelain wood tile and its great so far.I only had 1 issue: The dust. We originally had tile that was demolished, and there was dust everywhere when they were done with demo. It took us several days of cleaning get rid of it. The crew didnt do anything to mitigate the dust nor did they provide tarps or the like to cover stuff up. Part of the problem, was we didnt were not prepared for the dust. By the time we discovered it, the demo was done and the dust was everywhere.

Every encounter with SA Flooring Perfections was professional and friendly, from the first estimate visit to the final walk-through. It took me forever to decide what I wanted for my master bedroom floor, but I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Cathy was so helpful, on multiple occasions, with finding wood flooring that would coordinate with the existing wood floor in the rest of the house. I so appreciate this! When you choose a contractor, you are making a decision on letting people into your lives and into your home, albeit for a short time. We have had our share of good contractors and very bad. However, from the first time we chatted with Steven on flooring choices, to the installation of our wood floors overseen by Danny, we felt comfortable and secure with our decision to use SA Flooring Perfections. Steven is very knowledgeable on the pros and cons of the overwhelming selection of flooring, and he was very helpful in making our final choice. When he came to the house to measure, he pointed out things to consider when making our decision based on our homes style and our existing decor. He also checked in with us frequently to make sure that things were going smoothly and that we were happy with the process. We were able to schedule our installation in a timely manner. Danny and his crew were amazing! The installation was just about as painless as it could be! First of all, they were ON TIME! They were all very nice and helpful, and we had no worries with having workers in our house. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. When they completed the job, they cleaned up and left our home looking like there had been no work done (with the exception of the beautiful floors, of course). When our T-moldings didnt look quite right (product related, not installation related), Danny knew that there would be a problem down the road and came back out to fix it. He assessed the situation and came up with a solution. Our two rooms look amazing and we constantly stop and admire our new floors whenever we walk into the room! We will definitely return to SA Flooring Perfections when it is time to replace our upper level floors!

Had wood tile flooring put down throughout whole house. Stephen was so patient with my indecisiveness. He was great at keeping us up to date on what was going on. The installers and his team were great. We chose to go with the higher grout and it has been amazing. We have been able to clean crayon, marker and red Gatorade off of it so far.

They should have option of zero starts. Sales guy came to the house and after taking the measurements of the room, we started talking about pricing. Before we can even ask any questions he said the floor we called about for $2.99 per sq. ft is a vey cheap product that will not last more than 5 years, that he doesnt even carry samples of it because is a bad laminated he doesnt like to sell. So we agreed to talk about the next level, which it is a $3,.99 sq. ft laminated floor. the cost of that was around $2,400 including installation but in less than 20 seconds he started adding additional stuff that brought the price to $3,700! When I told him I believe that was too expensive and that Id like to go over the details he said that if I cant afford that and I am not willing to pay for it, he has no time to waste, that he is not the business of giving things away, that he had to make sure they make money. Then, he just got up and headed to the door. What a rude way to do business, telling your customer in their face we are here to make money! I never asked that guy to give me anything for free. Thats no the way to do business!

We just had our floors and stairs done and what was estimated as a three-day job, was complete in a day and a half. The installers showed up on time, worked quietly and diligently all day only breaking for a short lunch. They did a very professional job and my floors and stairs look exceptional. Greg showed up for the estimate on time, the price was right, and we are 100% satisfied with the job and will recommend SA Flooring Perfections to our friends and family. It was a pleasure working with Greg and his hard-working group of installers.

The installers were supposed to arrive at 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.; came at 8:45 a.m. I was very surprised. They were fast, courteous, and well mannered. They cleaned up after themselves. Being in Brackettville, TX we are a little out of the way. They finished in 1 day when we expected them to take 3 days. Beautiful work. My husband and I are very pleased with the way the floor looks and the efficiency of the installers. We hired SA Flooring Perfections to install tile in approx. 1400 sqft of our home - it was a big job. From the beginning, they were on top of every detail and set our expectations very well. They explained what their installers would and would not do with regards to installation, how long it would take, and what we would have to deal with during the demo. When the installers came to do the work, they were extremely accommodating to my family. They laid out the work in such a way that we could still maneuver around the work area without getting in their way. It is difficult to see your home become a construction site, but they did their best every day to keep the house clean and the demod areas organized.As for the final product, we couldnt be happier. They did a great job. They immediately addressed any questions or concerns i had, and made sure that I was completely with the work before they considered the job done. And they finished when they said they would... Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Fernandez who came out to my home, provided me with a detailed proposal, and spent time in his showroom explaining hardwood choices. Although SA Flooring Perfections can do it all (provide the physical product and install it), we chose to go with two separate contractors -- one provided the product and the other will do the installation. Could not keep a schedule. Arrived very late. Last row of flooring uneven and gaps at the door molding. Did not have enough transition molding even though it was measured on site. Was told the shoe molding would even out the boards. It didnt.

We had our floors installed in 2014, since then we have our floors repairs multiple times on the stairs. My wife fell yesterday as well as my son. When I called in reference to this concern there was never a Im so sorry this happened to you and your family.I always have a hard time getting a call back unless I call every hour. This is the only way I was able to get a hold of them this past Friday.So I was told I was going to get a call back yesterday, didnt haopen. I am waiting for the owner to get back from Bill Millers (Across the street). A worker at this shop stated she texted the owners Cathy & Greg that I was here. It has been thirty minutes, and I am still waiting.We wanted to support local businesses, and I can honestly say that in this case, this was a mistake. Either take care of the people who support you, or dont support them at all or attempt to run a business.Its great to hear people laughing in the store right now about how everyone is a Leo sign, yhe sales person making a sale as he lifts his arms and hands Yay Leos Im not being taken care of. Enough is enough.So Greg the owner just came by my house, he was more worried about telling me his employee stating It felt like she was going to die. When I told them my story in the store. Greg was more about telling me, Whats to say you wont call me in three years with more problems, rather than fixing the issue.Told me I was cursing in his store. Seriously My wife and I stated he can leave if he is going to give accusations and not help us.
