While my niece and I waited for the car to be done she was friendly and answered more questions I had regarding additional services. I took my Mercedes E350 Sport to Tint World for a paint protection wrap. The installer did an excellent job. You cant see any seams or other flaws, even where the sensors are. Great job done for a fair price.

I hung up and started driving.Once I got there, I was greeted by Robert Skipper. He was very patient with me as I tried explaining what was happening with my car, then we headed outside to take a look.As soon as he got in and started inspecting, he was very diligent and let me know that the cable attached to the fuse box wasnt plugged into anything and that there were cables wrapped around my steering shaft! He let me know immediately that it was essentially a botched amp installation (which the previous owner of the car had done) but there was no amp that it was attached to. Not only this was causing issues with my steering but also he was able to fix my back right speaker as well!! Lastly, he fine tuned the stereo system and made sure everything functioned properly.You can see in the pictures attached how many cables were wrapping around as well as the root of the issue for the back right speaker. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and high-level of customer care with this business.I will definitely be coming back to possibly get an amp properly installed even though my car sounds 20x better now that Robert fixed it, but definitely to replace my car alarm/key-start system for a better one.Thank you so much Robert! Excellent service, window tint looks great. I initially called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, however I could not make it because I got called into work. They texted me and rescheduled me for the next day. The staff explained the pricing over the phone, answered all questions and was extremely professional and friendly. During my recent visit to tint world, I was treated like royalty! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by Brittany, whom took the time to clearly explain the different tint packages. 5th vehicle I have used Tint World. Every time they have done an outstanding job. Also most recently had they put a spray in bed liner in my 2021 Ram and it turned out great.

I had a ceramic tint installed on my truck since I’m planning on keeping it. A body shop damaged it and, so It had to be replaced. Tint world gladly helped me get it replaced, and after almost a month I notice a few spots on the windshield, I drove to see them and they quickly got me on the schedule to replace the windshield ceramic film. I’m so happy to have them back their product and the customer. I’m very satisfied with the new job it’s better than the original. This place is very clean and professional. Brittany is very sweet and knowledgeable about the different tint packages that they offer. I have Littles ones that ride in the back so I needed something with the most heat protection never heard of ceramic tint before so she explained to me how it works. Justin is very fast and did a great job. And not only did I get my tint done Skipper also helped with my hood release cable on my car as well. I visited this place to get my car windows tinted. The service was great, I started by visiting their website to request an estimate. I got a call within the hour and the attendant gave an overview of the different options for window tint and prices. I made an appointment for that same day, the attendant was friendly and explained in greater detail the different options for window tint and prices. He even provided options for places to eat in the vicinity, since the job may take 1:30 to 2 hours. Luckily they were able to finish way before that time. All in all it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

I went today at 9:30AM for window tenting on my husband’s 2018 Nissan Altima, and the service was exceptional. My husband’s car was legit finished in 52 minutes to the dot. They offer military discounts and tint your windows per state regulations unless you request a lower tint %. If you get it outside of legal compliance and change it later since they tell you it will not be legal you will have to pay again to fix to state compliance. They offer many other things such as speaker, led light, rim strips, and car body stickers. Rules: cannot roll down windows after tinting for 3-5 days but also offers lifetime warranty unless you have a broken window for whatever reason.

I had a wonderful experience at Tint World. Brittany was very sweet and kept in constant contact with me and even let me know if I could move my appointment time to an earlier time. My window tint looks professionally done and it looks fantastic! I’m so happy with the job that was done.

In March 2020, my husband took my vehicle in to replace the manufacturers radio. My vehicle has the steering column control as well. After speaking with a certain sales rep, my husband purchased a new radio and had it installed. After picking me up from work, we noticed the steering column control wasnt working, so we contacted Tint World and spoke with the rep who helped him. The rep stated that he did not quote the steering column because he didnt think about that, but that he could get it ordered. We had no follow-up from the sales rep. Each time we called, the sales rep stated it was being ordered. We allowed time to pass as covid happened, and we couldnt do anything at the time. Fast forward to the first weekend in June 2020, I called Tint World and was directed to the Store Manager. I explained the situation, and he stated that the rep who sold us the radio in March had been fired and xto bring in the vehicle. I took the vehicle in the next day, and the Store Manager looked at my vehicle and said he would need to order the part. I said ok, how long until it arrives. The Store Manager stated that he would put the order in on Monday, so possibly by Wednesday. I gave him until the following week, and I called in. The Store Manager then said that due to covid, the warehouse where they get their parts from had decreased staff, so orders were being filled slowly, and that as soon as the part comes in, he would call me. That was the middle of June. I followed up again at the end of July and at the end of August, and been given the same response. I understand that covid slowed things down, but we are going into September, nearly 6 months since it was installed, and nearly 3 months since Ive taken it back to the Store Manager. This business has no follow-up and very poor customer service as I was the one who had to continuously call in to check the status, and no resolve as my vehicle/steering column control still has not been taken care of.

I just got my windows tinted about 4 days ago. Didn’t roll them down or anything and my back window has been rattling. It didn’t do that before the tint. Tint itself looks good but they screwed up my window somehow for sure. I’m sure they’ll do nothing about it so I didn’t bother calling them. Just warning everyone that you may come out with issues you didn’t expect.

Great customer service and very professional. After a local competitor preceded to ruin my car, Robert was there to help. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problems, and now my car runs great. From now on, this is the only place I am going to take my car for all my audio needs.

Lucky installed my system he built me an amp rack for my three amps. Install a battery and a capacitor inside the panel of my truck hid everything real nice made it look real good. He tune my amps and set everything to the right voltage. Replace all my door speakers and tweeters, ran the big 3. 0 gauge copper wire on everything I have no lights dimming and the system sounds beautiful. I highly recommend lucky for anyone looking to tune and set their amps the right way. This guy truly is certified and knows what hes doing.

I usually pay 135$ for same brand and they throw them in usually takes less than 10 minutes from box to headlight change , no wiring just twist out and replace. Easypeasy! Not rocket science 😂

The level of customer service and professionalism here is unmatched.UPDATE: One hot Texas summer later and my only regret is not getting my tint earlier! The ceramic tint makes a HUGE difference in my car’s over temperature. Amazing!
