From start to finish Eddie was a top notch business professional while still maintaining a personal connection with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had. He was quick to respond to calls and emails. The ladies in the office were always friendly and kind anytime we called. Emails were answered promptly. Our install day arrived and the friendly installers arrived on time and got to work. Our new back door looks 1,000 times better than what we had. We received a call from Eddie a few days later to check on the door and see how we were liking it. Please stop wasting time reading reviews. This is absolutely the company that you want to hire for your windows and doors!

The excellent quality of the windows we had replaced has made a tremendous difference in the appearance of our home. The installers were professional, courteous and worked very quickly to replace 12 windows in our home. There was no pressure to purchase them and the preview of the quality of the windows was excellent. We could have paid less but the quality would not have been the same. I would recommend Precision Windows and Doors highly and without hesitation.

We had every window in our house replaced. The price was by far the lowest encountered for a better quality window (double hung). We told Eddie exactly what we wanted and there was not pressure to push us towards more expensive options. The work was completed on time and the communication was excellent. The work crew was professional and kept the work area clean and safe. Could not have asked for a better experience. This was a huge purchase for us and we had a positive experience every step of the way. We also received a lot of support in securing the financing for the project. The windows look great and we have had some major cost savings in utilities since doing it. We are currently remodeling a bathroom and will be having this team out to place a window in the bathroom. I would not go with anyone else. Highly recommend.

We are loving our new windows!The folks at Precision are professional and personable. They let us know up front what the steps were in the process. All items were covered in the estimate.The installers showed up and went to work right away. They protected the floor around the work areas. Then quickly cleaned up. They moved efficiently completing the project quickly and smoothly. All 3 installers were courteous and polite. And care of the new windows were explained before leaving.So far...huge difference in noise reduction!Definitely recommend

The Windows are beautiful and efficient. I am so glad Eddie suggested the slider window for our living room. It is my favorite. The installers were prompt and polite. They even worked through some rain. Excellent windows and excellent service.

Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I hired them to install a picture window on the front of my house. Here is my experience:Lack of communication during installation, very poor installation, and zero effort to make it right. I submitted a complaint about an improper install. The owner (Eddie) would not even come out to look at shotty work performed by his installers. Even after my complaint, submitted pictures and request for him to come out...he never came to look at the window. He wanted to charge me $125 to send the installers back out. I had to fix it myself. After removing the trim, I sent in additional picture proof to Precision of the improper install they completed. Their Installers just nailed the window tabs on top of the siding and then covered it with trim. It looked horrible and stuck out of the house.Bottom line of this review I had to fix it myself after paying Precision $1116 for a professional window install with a false warranty. Heed my warning: this company does bad work and has a false warranty.

I would highly recommend Precision Window & Doors LLC for any of your house updates. We used them for the Radiant Barrier and added insulation in the attic as well as replacing our old windows for energy efficient ones. It took them 2 days to replace 29 windows and at a great price. Better than those other guys! They did such a great job that we used them to replace our vinyl siding with hardy plank. Eddie and his team were fast and efficient and got the job done right.

Had 2 5x6 picture windows installed that was surrounded by rock and they did a very good job of not breaking any of the rock or any of the inside walls that surrounded the window when they left you would have thought no one was even there working no mess thank you very nice job

This is a retraction of a GOOD review I left in 2018. Ive had persistent leaks from a window Precision replaced in 2016. They came out 3 times to tell us it wasnt the window. They did a water/rain test and if you sprayed the window at the right spot, it did leak. The technician suggested that the gable vent above the window could be the culprit. I wasnt sure that it could be the vent since it never leaked before. We had someone come out and reset the gable vent and weather proof any cracks. Well, after a good rainfall, the window leaked again. No sign of leaks from the vent. I finally decided to hire a real professional and with the right tools, they were able to identify the window as the culprit. I absolutely had no intention of letting Precision touch my window again so I hired another company to properly reseat and flash the window. Weve had 3 good rains since and the window is bone dry. DONT GO WITH PRECISION!!!! !!!WARNING!!! They dont set and level the windows into the frame nor flash the windows properly!!! It will leak!!!! Very frustrated. This is a 0 star review, but Google wont let you post without something, so I selected 1. Wish I could get my money back.

Buyer beware! Classic example of over promising and under delivering. Literally wasted over 2 months of my time waiting for 1 sliding glass door. Time lines and installation dates would come and go with different excuses as to why the delay. I understand that things do happen, but I finally got fed up after the 3rd time they wanted to reschedule.Getting reimbursed my deposit was also a chore. The sad thing about it is that I was going to purchase new windows for my entire home. I was just waiting to see how smooth the process would go with this initial order.No call from Eddie to apologize for the negative experience.

My new windows are perfect, they look like they came with the house. The attention to detail was amazing. The greatest thing is the noise reduction, I live near the airport and cannot believe the difference. I Could not be happier.

I would highly recommend Precision Windows & Doors for any renovation work that needs done. I had them replace 13 windows, blown in attic insulation , and roof work done to my older house. Eddie was great at explaining everything and answering all my questions/concerns that I had. He was very knowledgeable about it all. His group of guys that came to the house were also wonderful. They came in and did all the work and also answered any questions I had while they were working. They completed the job over the weekend quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I will definetly be calling them back for more work that I may need done.

When Mr. Marotta came out to our home to discuss the purchasing of the windows he was very knowledgeable of the windows and not pushy at all. I advised him I needed time to think about making the purchase and he was understanding and told me to take my time on making the decision. I was worried that they would not complete the installation of 12 large windows in one day but they did and they worked fast. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. My home is a older home with thin glass windows, we had issues with keeping the house cool and always had our ac at 70 but I can honestly say that now with our new windows we can now leave our ac at 75/77 and our house is just perfect.
