Super easy to recommend them. We needed some programming on our old phone system...First company we called (big mistake, but we didn’t know any better) came out, charged us a service fee to stare at the phone system and scratch his head - then said it was too old to work on. A friend had just used CTI to service their phones and recommended them. I should mention we both have NEC phone systems. Anyway, their technician came out and was able to fix it for a smaller hourly rate. I think it was $90 or something. Totally reasonable price. And he was SO PROFESSIONAL and clearly knew what he was doing. The office people too - they’re really easy to work with and always pleasant. We actually ended up buying a new system from them, and they credited us the cost of repairing our old one. Now I recommend them to everybody I can.

I needed a phone system and data cabling at the last minute for my new office, the folks at CTI came through with shining colors. They were the only telephone company that showed up and called back when i needed them. Very professional and quality work.
