I checked this place out after waiting 6 weeks for another tax office (Richard garcia), only to find out they never even started my taxes. It was a completely different experience here though. I was surprised that they were able to book me an appointment the same day I called. Jorge was great and finished up both my business and personal taxes in no time. I dont think I took more than an hr throughout the whole process there. If they keep this up, they may not be able to get rid of me lol

I can normally tell by the way Im greeted when I walk into a business how well Im going to be treated the moment I open the door. Instantly I was greeted by Jorge with a big smile, very welcoming. First off I will let you know that I NEVER take time to sit down and write reviews. This may be my third one in my entire life, however after my experience today I felt like more people need to know about this place. I have used H&R Block for over 20 years and feel so foolish for doing so. Last year at the Block I had to pay. This year using NSF I actually got a return! Jorge has very helpful and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to look at each line and explain line by line what was happening. I appreciate his professionalism and hospitality. He offered my wife and I beverages and made sure we were comfortable during our visit. If you are not using NSF you are missing out.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and they are super helpful. They made the process easy and headache free for me.

My father and I both file taxes here, and we have generally had great experiences, however, I recently booked an appointment with them at 2:15pm on Monday, Nov 2nd through their online booking system to get an additional tax form requested by the IRS. I showed up at 2:05 to a locked door (which I expected during COVID), but no one answered the phone when I called to tell them I had arrived for my appointment. I waited until 2:30, called several more times, and could never get anyone on the phone. I left a voice message that I was waiting outside for my appointment, then left another message about 15 - 20 minutes later asking for someone to call me back to let me know why no one was here for my appointment. I still have not heard a response from anyone, and cannot get anyone on the phone. I took time off from clinical rotations for this appointment, and am very disappointed that I still do not know why I was essentially ghosted, and as I cannot get time off again mid-day for a new appointment I will be attempting to handle the IRS myself.Their original tax services were admittedly great, but if you ever need to see them outside of the standard tax season (even to amend an error on taxes they filed for you) you will never be able to get a hold of anyone. Very disappointed that I have to find a new tax service in San Antonio for us, but I just dont understand why I was stood up or why no one has reached out to me since then.

These people are very very good! I have been going to them for 3 yrs and it’s non profit. But I actually want to donate. Everything has been done right. I have had no problems at all I recommend them! Also the staff is very friendly and they are FYI people which is so great. Cause most people don’t care.

Been a client for a two years now...These guys are sharp and know what theyre talking about. The two senior guys can be very matter of fact but when dealing with business taxes thats what you want! Maybe not everyones cup of tea but what I like about them is theyre willing to work with you to make stuff happen.
