Agent is clearly ignoring my offer for a home in San Antonio (offer was at asking, with basic home inspection contingency) .. not only have I been ignored, the price has dropped nearly 10% since in approx 70 days afterward.I offer again, agent actually contacts me. I give sensitive information for an application I am told by agent to complete (seller finance, extremely easy and agreeable terms) and am advised that she will work up the offer. I am ignored (phone call & text) each of the next 4 consecutive days when I am calling for offer status, and her voice mailbox (of course) is full.Methinks agent is trying to double side her commission and holding out for a buyer she can recruit.

Went in to contracr with one of his realtors, as Mr. Carter put it they just use the company to have a broker to add their license. He asumes no responsibilities to the realtors “ using” hom a Broker, John R.Hernández took two weeks to put a sign up infront of the house, gave it to another realtor, who did not even plan an open house appropriately, nothing on any of the sites realtor, Trulia, Zillow 24 hours before the event. According to them they posted it on a huge campaign on Facebook. 4 people showed up.It was a complete waste of time and lost revenue desling with these people.Don’t bother. Sad part I was ready to invest with them and buy other homes and sell others.
