Hired these guys at the very last second on an urgent matter. They stayed open past their closing time to help me. They literally attempted service within less than 2 hours. This was my first time working with a process server. I live in California, but needed to have someone served in Texas. I went online and simply searched for someone nearby the address I needed to get served. I selected Pronto because out of 4 others, they are the only ones that took a charge card. The other three I would have had to send a check to before they would get started.I am so glad that fate helped me select them. What I thought would be a slam dunk, turned into a little work for these guys, as the address this company had filed with the Texas Comptroller, turned out to pretty much be a shell and not the real place of business. As I did my homework, it turned out that the business had 4 or 5 different addresses they used. Somehow the Pronto team figured out exactly where the person being served was and completed the job promptly. The location wes not even at any of the business addresses listed for the business.Nice job guys! Went up and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

We retained Pronto to process an employees paperwork for a divorce we were helping her with. When I personally retained their services they assumed my employee was my girlfriend and laughed about it. I explained to them we had no idea where the individual was. Billy skipped traced the individual and located 3 possible addresses for us. He then called and gave us a fee to serve the individual. We paid him $103. After payment, we get repeated calls from his staff asking for an address to serve papers. We were baffled because Billy supposedly skipped traced and had possible addresses already. We had to explain this to his staff on 3 separate occasions. They must not have any communication on there end. Finally, We get an email saying the address they have was no good and they were attempting a second address. We get another call from his staff asking for a second address. Again we explained that Billy supposedly skip traced the individual. Frustrated, we had to take it upon ourselves to locate the individual through his family members. Once we located him ourselves we called Pronto to give them his work address. Then we get a call asking for more money to serve a second address. We were in shock being we already paid them $103 dollars and they had not done anything but go to a bad address and now that we did the work for them and provided a good address they wanted more money. When I tried to speak with Billy the owner he accused me of giving his staff a hard time. Really? We were the ones receiving all the phone calls because his employees did not have information he supposedly skipped traced. Billy was rude and said we could either pay him again or come get our paperwork. Needless to say we did not and do not want his services. As a business owner with a very good reputation and work standard, I am shocked as to the quality of customer service that came from Billy and his staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. CALL ANOTHER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER. If you have all the information and know exactly where the individual is that you want to serve then call Pronto. If you need them to do any sort of location services then call someone else!
