Simon did a great job on our cedar fence and neighbors concrete driveway. Both were dark and nasty before. Now they have been refreshed and they look terrific. Hes very friendly, a local JJHS guy and big Spurs fan. Hes busy in our neighborhood, but not to busy :)

I decided to go with Flores Pressure Washing due to the reviews on google, and I’m glad I decided to go with them. Simon scheduled to come to my house and give me a quote, and then we setup a date for him to come do the job. After he finished pressure washing my house and driveway, you could tell the difference right away at how much brighter and cleaner everything was. I definitely plan on using Simon whenever it’s time to do my house again.

Extremely pleased with Mr. Flores excellent pressure cleaning results on all three homes; walls, driveway and sidewalk cleared of many years of accumulated mold, grime and various other stains. Resulting in all three homes outside left immaculate. I am positive it will improved the value and appearance of the homes. He was punctual and professional throughout all three jobs. He went above an beyond with one of the homes infested with hornet/bee hives by removing them and placing a retardant against hives nests. I recommended his services to all my friends
