Not busy at all. My 8 year old had a blast and the young man who supervised was super friendly and accommodating.

Had my sons birthday party here. We were well taken care of and we had a blast.

The party and idea was nice. The kids had a lot of fun but the facility was dingy and the party attendant was lacking in every area. The party attendant did the balloon drop while the birthday girl and all of the other kids were not nearby, he didnt even do an announcement. When it was time for cake he just grumpily mumbled to the kids, get your shoes on. I would not schedule a birthday party here.

Had my daughters 6 birthday party on April 3, 2021. The kids had a good time. It was a nice experience. ALYSSA was our helper and she was AMAZING!!! She made everything extra special. The things I didnt like was I felt rushed. The front receptionist was not friendly and didnt have a welcoming attitude. No music or lighting no extras. Pizza comes from a different place so its not fresh. I rated 4 because the kids has a good time and thats the most Important part.

We had our daughters 5th birthday party today. I was most impressed with how well they took care of the decorations in the party room (brought by us). The one thing I didnt appreciate was that we had to blow the balloons and bring them from home. Thats a service they could definitely offer for the price( they do have an electric balloon pump) at the facility.They did a fair job coordinating the group in the arenas. The helpers were quite friendly, could have been more pro active distributing glow sticks/party supplies to the kids and water bottles to the guests. They did a good job serving pizzas, cake and ice cream to the guests.I appreciate that they did accommodate our last minute request for ice cream.The one big issue I had was lack of transparency when it came to time slot availability. The standard party time is 2 hrs, ours was at 1020 am. I initially wanted to extend the party time to 2.5-3hrs as I was concerned we would be rushed. During our initial reservation, the manager told us that they have another party at 1120 and couldnt accommodate our request, which ended up not being the case. At the end, just like I had feared, they tried to rush us out of the party room, but decided to accommodate our request for more time for an additional fee. I dont understand why this couldnt have been done earlier. The one reason I can think of is they didnt want to miss the opportunity of booking another party until the end which would have meant money for them. They should focus on providing quality customer service, instead of cutting corners. Happy customers will translate to more referrals and more business.Lastly, the manager wasnt very amicable or welcoming from the very beginning. I understand they have rules to follow but she could have been more friendly and pleasant about the whole process. At times, I felt like it was an inconvenience for her to do certain things. I had created my own music playlist to be played during the party. They forgot to do it in the arenas and had to be reminded of it in the party room. Overall, A- for organization,B- for transparency, and customer friendliness.

Reasonably priced, a good bit of activities and things for the children to play and do, and the time limit is decent enough yet not too long to where the children lose interest or the parents are sitting there for too long. They also have activities for children of younger ages, which is great. And of course it suits children of the older age group. Just be sure to bring socks!EDIT:I just had my daughter’s birthday party there and it went off without a hitch! They had a blast and all I had to do was bring the supplies, cake, and presents. They set everything up for us while the kids were playing! They served the kids and helped manage the party too. It was fantastic and well worth the money spent. (Just know that you will have to supply the knife and lighter for the cake and candles!)

My cousin book a party there last weekend. Customer service was horrible. They were not welcoming at the front door. They had us move from room to room for play but about time for them to play, it was time for them to eat and leave. The birthday boy couldnt even open his gifts before they was trying to kick us out. They didnt have another party book so I didnt understand the rush and they were not open to the public. They also told my cousin if you are here 5inutes after your time we charge you more money. This place is the worst jump place I have ever been to. I will never go back and will not recommend this location to anyone.

First time here. We had such a great hosts thanks so much Alissa you made it extra helpful and fun. The receptionist was kinda grouchy since we walked in with the group. But other than thats it was fun.

Had my daughters 4th birthday at this location and was very happy with it. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even in CoVid times I felt it was very safe to host a private party here. The two arenas were both fun and exciting for the kids. The staff take care of everything and keep you updated during the whole party. We added the bubbles and it was a perfect extra for the little kids. Highly recommend. We will be back!

It was Definitely Different. Had a Birthday party for my Great grand Niece. Party room was neatly set up. Staff was very courteous

Love the place! Had my sons 2nd party and was 100% happy with the hostess. Food purchased from them party room set up by them it was great to spend time with my birthday boy and family. I took my own decorations and they set it all for us. Was impressed with it all and worth every dollar we spent. Added bubbles and glow to our Party. Its been a week and everyone still talking about the fun party. Yayyyyy

Best place for your kids Birthday party. The staff is extremely helpful and very well organized. We love this place cause of the staff age. They really can connect with the kids and the bright colored uniforms get the kids attention when needed.For the fathers, they have plenty of TVs fir local football. That means no Sunday ticket dads. Just channels 5 and 29.Believe me you wont wanna watch the TVs, cause you will be to busy taking photos and joining in on the fun!👍

I’ve had both my kids party here and both times we had problems with payment issues . First time they tried adding a extra person who didn’t jump at all and second time they tried charging me for a deluxe party when I selected the classic party , the front desk lady tried to say I confirmed it over text when I had the text messages where she never said it was a deluxe party she was just asking about pizza toppings and drinks which I didn’t know my package came with only one pizza and one drink so of course I had to pay for a extra pizza and drink , plus she tried adding two extra people for jumping when they were over 18 . Only reason for two star is my kids loved jumping and the host was super friendly but I’ll never be coming back for a party to over priced and front desk is rude .

It was fun. The staff was friendly and understanding of our autistic son. We had the whole place to ourselves for his 22nd birthday. He loved it.

Bathroom needs cleaning as well as carpets the kids enjoyed it

Wasnt very clean, terrible customer service! I would give them zero stars. We bought a Groupon for their open jump time, but when we went, they said they didnt work with Groupon, but we could jump for $10 per kid or come back on Sunday night and try to use our Groupon then. Ended up getting a refund from Groupon and taking the kids to the park instead.

Wow!!!! For the first time I can enjoy a party where its only your children and invites ONLY nobody elses...... Lots of fun

My son and I really like Pump it Up. They have it tailored to make sure the kids maximize their fun but to give them breaks as well. I recommend bringing a light jacket if your not playing but just watching, they usually keep it cool 😎, because of all the kids running around. The staff I have dealt with are friendly and courteous. We have been coming here for a couple years now. If you need your little ones to run around and burn off their energy and have fun, bring them here.

My husband and I were reluctant to keep our reservation for our daughters birthday party, and we were also worried it would be cancelled due to the pandemic but we were assured that Pump-It Up was taking proper precautions to ensure the communitys safety. The staff was absolutely amazing! The facility was very clean. I did take notice of the staff disinfecting all the equipment as we were moving on from one room to the next and I was even more relieved. The two staff who specifically assisted with our party were extremely and professional, and we couldnt be more satisfied! I also LOVE the flexibility of Pump-It Up when booking your party as we had less than half of the guests we were expecting. Thank you so much for accommodating our party.

A great hidden gem in the North east-side

Terrible experience. This place is a joke. First off dont expect to have them honor your Groupon they wont.....and honestly this place had 4 inflatables in a tiny room and the adults werent allowed to eat or drink or anything. The place is just absurd. Dont waste your time or money go to the Rush Fun Park that place is worth it.

My nieces birthday party was here and it was alot of fun. Plus the staff with our group was super nice and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!! Only thing Id change is the front desk lady was not too friendly. She wasnt rude but wasnt nice. Just very matter of fact. Smiles and friendliness go a long way :)

The Manager and a few of the staff members are rude. The concept is great. Make sure you ask a lot of questions prior to reserving (if this is your first time). They are not kind to first timers. I am giving three stars because despite the attitude, I truly am grateful for the set-up and breakdown of my childs party. Also, we all had fun in the playroom. The staff kept us all on schedule. Btw, expect your child to be treated like an adult. Theyre is no room for toddlers to behave like toddlers. 😂 I am told by others that the other locations treat your children like children and are far more professional.

I took my kids to a party here. The staff were very friendly. The place itself was clean and well maintained. There werent as many rides as what youll see at similar places but it seemed to be cheaper. Im not certain of that as I didnt pay but from the information I received it is less expensive than the others. My younger kids liked it. My older kids got to hang out with their friends so they were happy with the things that were available to them. All and all a solid 4 stars.

Had my daughters party here! Loved the privacy and the party room was awesome! We had a party of around 35 including adults and we fit no problem. Loved the energy and the way the host handled my party and especially all the little guests! Good price for the experience! Private bouncy houses and activity room. All the parents were encouraged to jump and participate on all activities with exception of 1 or 2 toddler bounce houses. Able to bring in your own decorations, goody bags, cake / cupcakes! They will cut and serve your cake if you want. Sit back and enjoy your kids party!

So we went on a weekday and we were literally the only ones there which my son was not too excited about but I was! I had a blast on the slides! Both arenas are super cool but arena b is so much fun! Cant wait to go back

Awful experience. Had our sons 4th birthday here. Some money out of a birthday envelope was stolen while in possession of the staff. Manager was absolutely useless. All she said was “oh I’m sorry that happened, but you signed that we aren’t liable so we can’t do anything about it.” All she did was ask the staff “did you steal money?” Obviously they all denied it. You would think they would have a better process for keeping gifts safe since they take them from you as soon as you get there. I won’t be going to this place again. I wouldn’t recommend you do it either. The cheapest party place we could find and now I know why.

A decent place for kids parties, kiddos will have a good time. Four stars instead of five since they totally skimp the adults on drinks during the parties... Like seriously being your own drinks if you can or else you and other parents will be thirsty unless you pay a lot extra for beverages.

Never again. Nobody explained the process although it was explained that it was the first time. Kicked out of the main area, moved to another location - manager tried to explain to us that we should have attempted to look online to figure out how things work. I’m sorry, we tried this on a whim and didn’t do our research on how a kids jumpy place works. Amie grace spoke to my wife extremely disrespectful. I’ve never dealt with a business that treats customers that way.

Hidden gem geared towards kids with bouncy everything. Adults with socks can play/supervise too. Our kids had a birthday which allowed them to burn over an hour of energy, top it off with pizza and cake, followed by the sweet silence of passed out kids.

Ive went here a few times for birthdays parties. The play areas are very nice. However they are worked by a bunch of teenagers that could use some retraining in my opinion. The birthday parties are very rushed. You have to cram down your food and drinks very quicky.

This place was pretty cool. They run a tight ship. I enjoyed the bouncy houses....I mean my kids enjoyed them very much. They take good care of you.

My daughter had a blast! It was so nice to have things on a schedule, they set up the party room & helped with cleaning. Everything ran so smooth! It was nice to not stress about certain things! Kids played the whole time and enjoyed everything about it... As well as adults. I would have rated this a 5 star but the only thing I didnt like so much was the pricing on everything. It would have been nice to have brought our own food and drinks. But other then that, you cant go wrong with this place! Staff was more then helpful and always making sure we wer good! Love it

I would have given them less stars if it werent for the ONE party host who went out of his way to make the party enjoyable. The girl at the front desk looked like she didnt want to be there, and when I asked her about the last minute special she gave me an ugly look like she didnt know what I was talking about, said they couldnt honor it because I did it too early, which it doesnt state by the way, I booked the party on that specific date and time to get the discount. It just started off the atmosphere negatively. Then when I went to go help set up the party room another girl was saying very loudly that she couldnt wait to go home. Needless to say I wont be having a party at this location ever again.

Tons of fun for kiddo. Make sure you be on time for their sessions as they move from Play Arena A to B. Friendly staff members. We stayed a bit later after the time as our little one wanted to play air baseball. WORTH IT!

Not good. Went to birthday party and they started late. Not enough seating in the jump rooms. Not enough jump times. Once the kids got started they were moved to another room and only had 30 minute jump time. Then they sang happy birthday without lighting the candle and without the parents being in the room. They didnt even announce it. Way overpriced for what they offer. Never again. They should refund people.

Overpriced. When it comes to a child’s birthday party, everyone is ushered and on a timer for each different jumping arena. You don’t get free run or free play. Very structured and messes with the whole “carefree” vibe they offer. So, make sure everyone is there early, because if not, they wont have time to play and jump. If you order food, remember they charge for EVERYTHING extra, including water, so make sure you get more than you think you’ll need... I was so excited for my daughters birthday and was completely let down. Minus the prices and strict schedule constraints, the actual jumping arenas and play grounds were amazing.

My kids loved it there. They have two huge rooms with different bouncy houses that kept them both busy.

So fun!! My husband and I were even playing. They have lots to do and even though its limited to 90 minutes its plenty of time to get worn out! The big balls are a fun challenge. The slides are steep and scary. Yet they have enough for the younger ones in each room too including inflatable floating t ball. Thank you Groupon for introducing us. Plus the workers were great at keeping on top of where the kids were and that they were safe.

We had my sons second birthday party there and I was very dissatisfied with the staff. They were the most socially awkward group of pushy teenagers Ive seen. We ordered a party with bubbles that we never got. The pizza come from Papa Johns. This place is waaay overpriced. They rush you out of there when your 2 hours is up. They take pictures while your kids are playing and charge you extra if you want to keep them. At almost $400 for a 2 hour party, the pictures should be included. I do not recommend this place for a party. All of the children that attended the party had a child afterward. I dont know if its because they didnt sanitize the place or if another child was already sick.

Just had my sons 3rd Birthday and there was a big nasty flying roach in the play area where all my party was playing! Nasty! To me it was not worth the $450 I sent if it’s gonna have roaches! Spend ur money somewhere clean!!

Really nice facility. Its a great way to give the kids a ton of variety of bounce houses to play with, plus have fun and engaging party coordinators move the kids from room to room. They obviously care about the kids and know how to make efficient use of time and space.

I really liked how structured it was, not a lot of kids like other places, I think the timed jump is great, definitely having my little ones birthday there, my son who has autism enjoyed this place very much as well, this was the first jumping place hes liked so far, the others we had to leave.

My daughter had her 3rd Birthday Party today at Pump It Up (NE) and it was a wonderful experience. I arrived with all my decorations and the staff took complete care of setting up the party room. I was honestly prepared to set the room up myself so that alone was a load off my shoulders and to top it off they did an awesome job w/ decorating the room! The two girls that were helping me throughout the WHOLE party were super friendly with all the children and very interactive with everyone. They truly made the whole experience an unforgettable one!! And although the party was a little pricey because my party lasted 3 hrs & 10 mins (I was also expecting 30 children) I thought the price was worth the lasting memories we will have of today.AND Just a suggestion but if you plan on having a toddlers party here I highly suggest the bubbles and the glow in the dark arena. They absolutely loved it!

Be prepared to receive precise instructions and ask your guests to move to one room to another and only play for two 30 min time slots. Make sure you tell all your guests to arrive on time or else they have strict guidelines where if the 30 mins are over, your child cant play anymore because a staff member has to be present even though the parent is there w them and youve signed a waiver.

This review applies if you are planning a party. Do not have your party at this location which is the Nacogdoches!! There are 2 locations in San Antonio. I made the mistake of having my little ones here out of convenience. Big mistake!! Go to the other location which is the Bandera location. Why? First of all, they do not charge you for water at the other location. After your kids are bouncing for 1-2 hours they are very hot and thirsty. They are wanting water. After spending over $400. for a party with pizza/coke you are also suppose to purchase your pitcher or bottle of water. I couldnt believe it. The nearest water fountain is down the hall. The other reason it is dirty! They didnt even have soap at the sink in the party room. When I asked for soap, they looked at me like a deer in the headlights and told me they have some in the bathroom. After explaining that I have all these kids that need to wash their hands they said they can use anti- bacteria gel that we have in the jump room or you can go to the bathroom. If you are going to spend this kind of money in a place, why do they nickle and dime people? Just seriously, pour a pitcher of water and put some soap out! Now because of this location being cheap, i will not return and will be sure to spread the word to all!! My little one loves jumpy places so, we will go where it is fair. I have no problem paying $400. but when you charge me for a pitcher of water after Im paying that for two year olds, I have a problem!!

Been closed on Nacogdoches. Was dirty and not supervised when kids are bouncing around in dark. Didnt like being herded around then directed to a party room with multiple families.

I have to Pump it up a couple times through a Groupon deal. I have to say that it was enjoyable for my kids who are under the age of 8. The first time I went was not what I would call a great experience. Pump it up is not located in a nice area of town. The strip itself is pretty run down and dirty. Once we signed in we learned that it was controlled by the number of people allowed to enter which I thought was a plus, but I thought wrong. The kids were fine, but the age difference between the amount of kids probably is an issue. You had older kids bouncing with younger kids... not totally safe when some kids arent considerate around the young ones. Then there was the issue with sitting accommodations for the people who arent participating in bouncing. I went early morning which there was mommy galore. There are only maybe 3 or 4 small tables and chairs, obviously not enough for the amount of people there. I was agitated as I as well as my newborn had to stand along the wall for two hours. The second time was quite the opposite experience. We had the whole place to ourselves! I noticed they added a small area for toddlers, which was fine for one child, but they might want to build on that. My kids were able to take advantage of all the bouncers in peace. I would definitely recommend the number of people allowed in be strictly enforced if Pump it up wants a safe and enjoyable experience for their customers.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We paid $5 for a Sunday bounce and got an hour in 2 huge play areas that our son loved.

The place was great for kids but staff is clueless on what there doing I called before I showed up because there was not time giving on google map so when I showed up at 12:30 that the open jump wasn’t open till 2:00 so I left for the time that I needed to waste when I return they said I had to wait till 2:50 so had to wait even longer was real upset the staff not knowing the times didn’t give no info need staff to be trained better or need to know what there doing

This place was ok. Arrived for a birthday party. When people say arrive early so as to get through the signing in process they are not kidding! Its lengthy and time consuming! The iPad they use to sign in is super dirty too, you can imagine the amount of germs festering on the screens... Yuck!Main jumping areas are ok but I think I was expecting a bit more. You kind of get shuffled through room to room with about 25 minutes in each room. Think the second room was better for most of the children and it had basketball hoops which all the dads ended up congregating around! They take pictures throughout for you. The party room I think is basic and quite small when you squeeze in all the kids and adults. They do show the pictures they took on a display instantaneously which is a nice touch. The children all look to see if they can spot themselves! Overall an enjoyable place to spend time but when I saw the prices of their party packages I was open mouthed! Expensive for what they actually provide in terms of specific Birthday environment.

Lots of indoor inflatables for the kids to play on. My kids who are both under 6 years old really like this place to jump around and etc. Price is not too bad for 90 minutes, two rooms, for two kids is about 20.00.

We had a party set up and the date needed to be moved and we let them know in advance, so it wasnt our fault, but they refused to move it nor give us any of our money back. So theres like $300-400 down the drain. The staff we spoke to was rude as well. I can promise you I will never go here or recommend the place to anyone else.

The bottom line this is a horrible place to have any type party/event . Overall its dirty and most of all the general manager Amiee is very rude she claims to be a retired nurse with no infection control in place for being in nursing 25 years.
