This company was such a pleasure to work with. I booked the reservation in advance and ended up adding A LOT more to our original agreement. The owner was lovely and understanding and was able to provide everything extra we asked for. The decor was lovely and our guests were in awe of it all. Best of all, my girls had a blast and felt like they were in a fairy tale. Highly recommend this company for beautiful and unique parties!

Snooze Sleepover Company was a delight to work with. I had planned a birthday sleepover with a bell tent for my daughter (Super Mario) and was able to get a quote and plan the sleepover with little to no effort. On the day of the event, there was something wrong with the tent and it could not be used. They quickly came up with an alternate plan and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result! They even added a few extras for the inconvenience. They were so professional with great communication. I would definitely use again! I can’t recommend Snooze Sleepover company enough! Worth every penny!

I wish I could give them a good a review because the physical products were adorable and made my daughters birthday special. But unfortunately really lacking in the customer service department.I had included in an inquiry that I was located in Wimberley. I’m 95% certain because I was copying and pasting the message to different companies. When then started directly chatting via email. She never once asked for my address, even after I paid the deposit. It was 3 days until the party and I realized she didn’t have it. So I sent this message,“ Will the tents be delivered on Oct 2nd? Or the day before? And around what time? I tried looking at the FAQ’s but couldn’t find a clear answer. So just wanted to check :) here’s my address, I’m not sure if I provided it*address*Thank you!”Response,“Anything outside of San Antonio is a travel fee and should have been noted when booked. I will gps this address and add the travel fee to your invoice. Thank you.“I responded back politely, mentioning I thought I had sent it and had no problem paying a travel fee. That was never a problem. My issue was the business owner being snippy towards a customer for not including information she should be gathering upon booking.I paid $40 extra dollars for the Super Slumber Package, we received no name plates and the lanterns were all out of batteries, and could not be used. I sent her a message,“Hello,Thank you for dropping everything off on Saturday. It was a hit with the kids.I did want to let you know the lanterns batteries were out, so we couldn’t use them. We also didn’t get name plates for the trays :( other than that, everything was great. Just wanted to let you know.Thank you,Lizzie”I didn’t demand a refund, because I was hoping that she would do the right thing.Her response“Hi Lizzie! We are super happy to hear the kids had a great time. I’m so sorry for the mishaps. We will be sure to address these issues so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you and have a wonderful day!”She knew she was in the wrong, but did nothing to make it right. I spent $642 on 4 tents. I would have booked with her again, had she shown she had some sort of customer service skills. I never responded. Anyone who has asked about where I got the tents, I’ve been completely transparent. Everything was delivered on time, it was cute, but some things weren’t working, the owner didn’t try to make it right, and her customer service skills are lacking.After viewing other reviews on google (since her Facebook won’t allow reviews), I have seen a pattern with other people receiving poor customer service from the owner. Her responses are always combative, instead of trying to mend the situation. You can have the cutest stuff, but if you don’t treat your customers right, you won’t last. That being said, there are a handful of other tent/slumber party companies in the area and I would suggest trying them out.

We had an awesome experience! Questions were answered promptly. Supplies were clean and in good condition. We did have one hiccup, but the person on the other end of messenger took care of it right away and made a special trip out to us to make sure we were taken care of. Great experience!

Had a great super special VIP sleepover (LOL themed) for my birthday girl!! Owners showed up on time all the way from San Antonio!! Set-up was quick and efficient. Very respectful to my home and family!! Were already thinking of the next party!! The sleepover was decorated beautifully!! Had tried another company first and they never responded or contact me back regardless of trying for 3 weeks straight!!!! Almost gave up hope and invites had already went out!! Snooze Sleepovers saved the day for my princess.They responded right away on Instagram and booking was a breeze!! (Cannot figure out how to attach my photos!!!)

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience using Snooze Sleepover Company! This was the ultimate sleepover. Not only were they professional, communicated well, reasonably priced, but they were just great to work with. It was all so easy and they created a magical experience for my daughter and her friends. This definitely made up for the missed birthdays due to Covid! One of the girls even stated,” This is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen!”. Five stars for sure! Thank you for making this party the one to set the bar for us! It was simply the best!

They were amazing! Contacted them via Facebook and she answered all my questions! Set up was quick despite the blazing heat! The girls loved the bell tent outside! The bell tent did get a little hot in it when the sun was out but I just put a large fan in it and it worked just fine! The beds were so adorable! The only thing I didnt like was that the girls were loud and giggly all night! Lol jk my daughter had an amazing birthday! Thank you snooze sleepover company!

We enjoyed our sleep over experience for our daughter’s birthday! I loved the set up and decorations! The creativity and thought to the decorations are remarkable! The girls were super happy and excited in their tents! I didn’t realize they offered military discount until after paying. I messaged them and they gave me the military discount with no issues! We hired snooze sleepover company for a Princess Party and oh my , they exceeded our expectations! We knew from other customers that she can do amazing stuff, but the social tent they did for my daughter’s birthday was just beyond amazing . Everything was done to perfection: super clean, attention to detail was out of this world and the decorations were beautiful. Pretty sure there are not many out there with this level of creativity and that can offer such a professional service as well. Highly recommend!

We worked with Snooze Sleepver Company to make our daughter and her friend’s 3rd birthday extra special! Our friends visited us from Idaho and we threw a joint birthday party for our girls. We had the sleepover package and had everything personalized. The girls loved it! We also had our front yard decorated with a Frozen Themed Happy Birthday sign and it was magical! Drop off and pick up were seamless. Snooze Sleepover Company is responsive, friendly, professional and we will be using them again to make moments extra special for our daughter!

Paid a $260 deposit for a special that was being advertised in December 2019. We had a scheduled event for March 2020 that was canceled due to covid19. I reached out to the business regarding their policy for a refund and was told that it could be rescheduled with no problem - for any future date. I was not told that there was a 1 year time frame and when I attempted to reachedule in August 2021, I was told they would no longer honor my $260 deposit as their 1yr policy is listed online. Communicating that to me when I asked would have helped and honoring the verbal commitment they made would have been appreciated. Instead, I have now been blocked from the company fb page so I can no longer message the business owner.Update in response to the owners reply:Our original event was booked for March 2020 and was canceled due to covid. I attempted to reschedule in February 2021, however, I was told the event was never confirmed. I then reached out to apply the deposit in August 2021 for a new event.As a business, you should honor your verbal commitments. I was not told I had to reschedule within 1 yr...I was told I could reschedule to any future date as noted in the screenshot.#whensmallbusinessesgetbig?

Hands down the best sleepover party ever!! Everything was perfect. I had no idea they had already been to the house that morning to put up the Happy Birthday sign in the yard. My baby was so excited to see that and even more excited to see the setup inside!! I communicated with Jacquelyn via email and her response was always prompt, very friendly, and professional. I’m definitely booking with them again but next time it will be for me lol.

This company is amazing to do business with. The owners are humble hard working people. If they dont have a tent theme out of 40+ options that you like, they will provide a custom theme for your event. Obviously some pre planning and time is involved but the owners are very accommodating and more than willing to make your vision a reality. The fact that they are booked months in advance is a good indication of the demand in the quality of service they provide. If you are looking to provide one of the most unique experiences for any event I highly recommend giving this company a call.

I can not say enough good things about Snooze Sleepover Company!!! Jacqueline and her husband Arnette, a retired veteran, run the company themselves(hello, supporting small business!) First, when I inquired about their availability, I received a prompt reply. I was assured from the start that everything I wanted would be taken care of and they were so communicative through the whole process. I also loved that the website is transparent about everything they offer and prices are listed so you know what to expect and you can contact them at anytime to discuss. I received an email the day before letting me know when they would arrive(not an experience I have had with a party vendor before. You typically end up waiting around wondering when they will arrive) They were on time, beyond polite, and began to create a magical set up for my daughter exactly to my specifications/theme. They work quickly because they clearly have done this before. All their products arrived pristine, personalized and ready to go. The result was way beyond my expectations with little details that really made my daughter’s party a Pinterest worry affair. (I honestly ordered a bunch of stuff to add the details and I used none of it!) Be sure to order the extra treats provided by the company. They are delicious and fresh! The next day at the same time as set up, they came and took everything away leaving me with no clean up and thanked me for my business. The Snows helped create a party for my daughter that made the party-goers chant “best party ever!” and the parents impressed!!! Thank you Snooze Sleepover Company!!!

Do not order from them. They did not deliver the tents and kept all of the money $430 dollars and said they had no address. They had the address on the receipt. They are scammers. Also they steal money from children. Do not buy from them. MY kid was so upset we waited all day for the tents to arrive and then they gave no apology and just said too bad we are keeping your money we dont have your address. If you need proof I can send you a picture of the receipt with the address on it. This company is terrible and steals from kids

We hired snooze for our daughters 10th birthday bash they were so easy to work with and really thought about every detail! Everything was very clean, I would use them in the future!

An extremely disappointing experience with this company and owner. I chose this company because it is a small VETERAN owned company. My review is detailed because I want to be specific in what occurred for those families who are considering this company. On a side note, owner responds to negative reviews and accuses former customers of being a fake account (If you need my invoice #, pm me). Owner (female) was extremely unprofessional, lacks compassion and fails to take responsibility for her actions. My issue and concerns were brought to her attention and she became argumentative each time.My experience: I requested the services one month out and ordered 5 Repeat Retreat Sleepover Packages and I added the Super Snooze to each. The owner requested the names of the children for the personalization (8 days out), I provided 4. I noticed my invoice reflected 5 tents + the super snooze per tent. Apparently since I was not specific on the removal of the one tent, she advised I was responsible for the entire invoice. While I understand her policy, I expected a sincere response. Her response was:“Regardless you never requested final tent count to change 7 days before the event like I explained to you when we spoke over the phone. There is no email or voicemail with you saying you needed 4 tents so you are financially responsible for your original order.”The day of the party, the crew member was scheduled to arrive at 1:30. I contacted the owner at 2 pm to follow up and she advised her crew member was running behind and would arrive at 2:30. She did refund me the setup fee ($50), by her own choice and I thanked her for doing so. Her crew member arrived 2 hours late along with 4x tents. Since I was charged for 5 tents, I contacted the owner regarding the 5th tent and her response was:“You didn’t get the 5th tent because you never stated you needed it after stating you only needed 4 tents after all. If you still wanted it I would have needed to know.”When I argued the fact that I paid for 5 tents because of her policy, her response was:“I have refunded you $50 already (due to late arrival and set up) Please don’t disregard that”.After multiple responses, she continued to fault me for not telling her I needed the fifth tent regardless that her policy requires me to keep the initial order. She then threatened to go to my house and pickup the all tents and refund me which would have left my child and guests without a party. Her partner arrived to my home to deliver the 5th tent, apologized and said, “it was just sitting in the garage”.With all that said, I am an extremely unpleasant experience. In what I paid for, I did not receive the Glow banner I was promised nor did I receive the “decorative garland” which came with the Super Snooze package. I don’t recommend this company AT ALL and highly encourage you to do your research when searching for a reputable company.

Snooze Sleepover Company is an amazing local, veteran run company that really caters to their customers needs. I asked for an obscure, custom-made theme for my boyfriends 14-year old daughters birthday and they absolutely came through. It looked great and my bonus-kid was awestruck. They came to the house and set up/took down quickly and efficiently. They even sanitized everything before they left. They were responsive to all of my communications and the price point is totally worth it! I was very impressed with Snooze Sleepover Company and will definitely use them in the future! To the owners: Thank you so much for making our girls day extra special!

This company is built by a mother, her husband, and her children-all 8 of them! They are extremely hard workers and it shows by the wonderful and incredible work they do. Their imagination is out of this world. They not only make a child’s dream come true, they make adult packages that are a night to remember. I highly recommend the Snooze Sleepover. My kids absolutely loved their Minecraft sleep over tents. The owner was very professional and was quick to respond. She explained everything on how it would be dropped off and sanitized! Was very easy to assemble and take down. Super easy to pack up and put out front for pick up! We will for sure be using them over and over again!

I have worked with the owner in the past and they are nothing short of professional. They have outstanding communication and set clear expectations before the day of your event. If they are unavailable for any reason, they will make a public announcement prior to their absence. It’s clear in their rules and policies what they can and cannot do depending on availability and inventory. I’m not sure where all these 1 stars reviews are coming from but that is the exact opposite of my experience. I had an awesome time and my guests did as well!10/10 would recommend.

Amazing! We made many requests to add and subtract different items to our unicorn sleepover and snooze sleepover company didn’t disappoint! They showed up and set it up exactly as we requested and didn’t leave out a single detail! We even had an air leak in one of the mattresses and as soon as I informed them they came immediately over and replaced it! Great customer service and beyond amazing in the attention to detail category! You won’t be disappointed with your decision to use this company! “This client was furious after she could not add on a last minute teepee the day of the event as we were sold out. Due to high demand, we are NEVER able to add tents on at the last minute as we sell out every single weekend. Delivery was delayed due to our employee having car issues but this client was made aware of the situation immediately.” I’m sorry but this sounds so unprofessional for such a “good” company. It’s infuriating how you talk to customers like this! It’s not our fault you’re hours late. It’s not our fault your employees have car issues you should solved this! I’m ashamed. If I could give this at least have a start I would do it! Genuinely, I did not have a pleasent experience and neither have a few of my fellow customers. And the way you reply to these people is irresponsible. Never in my life am I gonna rent another air mattress or decorations from you!! Pathetic!

Though I have never done business with the company, I have watched the way the owner responds to negative reviews and to paying customers. This alone would make me never want to do business with this company. I love the concept but the management needs additional training on customer service. Calling customers names and complaining about them on your personal Facebook without telling the entire story is highly unprofessional. As well as bashing other companies who are 3rd parties to the situation adding their input to the situation is childish.

I sent an email with the subject line of the date prior to trying to book it after explaining what I wanted I was asked what I antes to book and several days multiple phone calls because I was not able to leave a message because mailbox does not get checked still no answer. IT WAS HORRIBLE My niece who’s 3 years old was expecting a wonderful birthday party but the decorations got here LATE I would not recommend ever again! She blamed it on my sister for not scheduling on the right time when we have evidence and facts! Not only that but the blankets were dirty! I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life, if you were to see my guests face, they were not having it either. The air mattresses were torn and had cuts on them. WEVE BEEN WAITING HOURS FOR THEM we were 4 hours into the party, when they decided to bring such horrible decorations. If it was possible I would give this company zero stars after the way they treated us. We were blamed! Blamed because we reported the problem to them, they went against us! Even though they brought everything infront of 48 people! This company should be ashamed.

Cancelled TWO DAYS before my booking because I commented on their post requesting a response to my messages. They were on vacation & I understand having a life outside of work but their Facebook post stated they would reply within 24 hours & I waited a couple days before commenting & requesting a response. At that point I was met with complete unprofessionalism! I wish I could post all the screenshots here. They were HIGHLY recommend & now I’m just HIGHLY disappointed.

This company is horrible. I have seen so many peoples/moms’ horror stories and wouldn’t encourage anyone to spend their money with this company. The owner (the female) is unapologetic every time I read a bad review and is very reactive with bad feedback.

If I could give them no stars I would.These are the reasons why...1. Delivery was almost 4 hrs late. I was told in our conversations delivery would happen between the hours of 12-2 pm. The tepees and add on’s did not arrive until 4 pm in the middle of the birthday party I was hosting. Because I was entertaining I was not able to check anything ( they are not setting up in house due to COVID-19) after the party was over and I was setting up for my daughters sleepover two of the three mattress had holes and the blankets were dirty.2. When I texted owner the next day regarding this... she accused me of damaging the mattresses and told me she checks and inflated the mattresses prior to delivery... I wish the did. I just wanted my daughter to have a good sleepover without any problems. But unfortunately this was not the case and I was accused and told I would have to pay for damages? Very unprofessional service and the blankets being dirty is just irresponsible. When you hire a highly rated company you are expecting good reliable service do you fit have to worry... this was not the case in my experience. I was placed on their “blacklist” because I communicated to her the damages and declined to pay for the damages that were there.If you do hire them please make sure to check all their equipment and insure they set up so you fit get accused of damages and then made responsible to pay.The owner was defensive, accusatory, and just unprofessional. I took pictures of the damage, and dirty blankets and all she did was pass the blame to me and dodge any responsibility. She runs her business unethically.It was thus far the worst experience I have had with a business.
