View your contract before signing. They will literally have the same company as your next door neighbor. I have a glass company and I have been here for years before they bought about a year ago. I now have a neighbor next to me.

The property manager of the building located at 10010 San Pedro has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I have been in property management for a multi-million dollar building in Florida and had I ever treated our tenants the way this person treats people, I would have lost my job in two seconds. The A/C has not worked since I came into the building and it is still not working properly, and if it wasnt for Raymond, we would still be suffering. Raymond cares FAR more about the tenants than Erika ever could or would. The only time I have ever seen her, or spoken to her, she was rude and extremely demanding. She has not one time came into the building an introduced herself and when you call the office to put in work orders, there is no return call nor an email stating she would give anyone a call back. i would suggest getting rid of her.

If I could put 0 stars I would.They just took over our warehouse rental and it has been a real nightmare dealing with them. Rental price increased tremendously, awful treatment to their tenants. I will start looking elsewhere to take my business will not do business with them any longer.

We’ve been so disappointed with Stream Realty San Antonio since they took over management of Skyview Point, the building we’ve officed in for 26 years. Today we tried in vain to find out why there was no heat on in the building, although the building was open; nobody responded to emergency calls nor to emails. Six months ago, however, the building management couldn’t seem to get AC repairs completed, despite repeated building closures. (And no rent concessions, either, even though our office access was limited.) There’s no hot water nor soap in the public restrooms, only half of the four elevators seem to be functioning, and concerns expressed to the management office rarely get answered. Building occupancy is dropping, and the reasons seem all too obvious. Caveat emptor...

Our business park property recently got bought out and stream is the realty service. They hiked up the rent rates real quick . All they care about is the mighty dollar. Definitely small business killers.

Keep away from any property Stream realty manages! They are not about keeping and having loyalty to any business! My rent went up automatically once Stream took over! Even though I had no lease with Stream I continued to pay my rent on time without fail including the increase! They wanted for me to sign a letter of intent without a lease. I declined until I saw a lease! I asked for a two year term. They were trying to force me to sign three! After Colton Perkins and I emailed and spoke on the phone and argued about the terms. They agreed to a two year term. I get the lease and see I am paying triple net! I ask why and I paying operation costs and maintenance? They inform me that this part of the rent? I had in formed them previously about a leaking roof and a broken toilet which they said was not covered in my lease? I was being held responsible for the repairs in my suite even though I am paying these junk fees! On may 20th I get an email that I was getting a certified letter to either sign my lease or vacate BY JUNE 1 or Pay Double my rent! I have yet to get the letter! The lease was not even presented to me until April 24th! This is a bully Company and I want everyone to know to stay away form the properties they represent! After informing Steam that I will be vacating my lease space. Some Andrew Katzfey analyst Thanked me as if poking fun at me for leaving! As of now more than half of the tenants have moved out and more are sure to follow! please spread the word!

Worst company ever. Stay away and beware of signing anything.

Terrible experience with them. Contacted the office several times regarding issues with our space. They ignored me for weeks. I personally took care of many issues (which they will be billed for- I’m sure they will also ignore the bill-next step is small claims court). Supposedly fixed “many” issues, and are working to improve properties. This is laughable. The buildings are neglected (at least previous property management company responded to complaints and issues). I have found another property with what appears to be an upstanding management company. We move in a few months and cannot wait! They tried to get me to sign another lease for a laughable increase. One of the (very disorganized) office staff is especially cunning. R*b****a does not need to be in any type of customer service. Terrible experience all around. Feel free to contact me via email if you’re even considering their properties.

Not happy at all with this company. Jacked up the rent and now i literally have to MAIL a rent check in once a month. What year is it???
