Awesome experience with numerous people paying attention to me. Love it

I wasnt overly impressed with the staff, service or environment. The lady who did my pedicure was slightly rude and seemed to be rushing through the pedicure. There was one side of chairs that were notably newer and nicer and yet I was the only one seated on the other side. The only redeeming thing I will say is the price.

If I could give a negative, I would. Went to get a nail fixed bc my salon was closed. Lady with the green (jade) Buddha necklace refused service to me... without even looking at my nails. She immediately said we dont have your color! I was like dang... okay cool. I will spend my money elsewhere✌🏾

Great service. Friendly and experienced employees. We called to reserve a pedicure time for 5 people and were accommodated within 2 hours. They have seating for 10 pedicures and numerous tables for manicures in a separate room. Make sure you get one of the 5 massaging capable pedicure seats. They are fantastic and a great perk.

I had my nails done here about 2 days ago. I got a fill. And I kid you not every single one of my nails are all different sizes and different shapes. Dont believe me ? Heres a pic. I asked the girl to fix them and she just didnt get it.Never coming back everThats my second bad appointment.The first time it looked like a toddler painted my nails. Here is a picture of them.Im on my way to a salon I regularly go to for them to be taken off and redone!HORRIBLE JOB

I enjoy the spa pedicures. They give great foot massages and scrub the dead skin off the bottom of your feet really well. Im picky about that. My feet are soft when I leave there. No rough edges.My daughters like to get their nails done too. They usually get the gentleman, he does an excellent job.There was one instance where my daughter got her acrylic nails ripped off. She had told the lady that it was hurting. The lady apologized and tried to rip the nails off slower but my daughter was still in pain and her real nails were throbbing. She cried when she left. After that instance it never happened again. Im thinking the lady was having a bad day or still new?There is rarely a waiting period. I frequently do walk ins and have been checked in and seated quickly.I also got my eyebrows waxed. No burns or stray hairs.Reasonable prices. Friendly. The ladies remember you and engage in conversation while they are doing your feet or nails.

Came here for the reviews, brought my daughter with me and only got our nails painted and not too happy. I had my nails a good long length and didnt want to shorten them when she asked and told her I want to keep them that lenght and she shorten them when she filed them and I got a french manicure and it doesnt look the greatest. I didnt like how the lady was talking to my daughter and pushing her hand I mean shes 3 not 13 really will not be going back they didnt even know what am american manicure was ... ?!?! I was like just do french then and this was 3 days ago and I dont do much with my hands

Had to go three day in a row to get nail repaired over, due to all polish peeled of top of dip dont know if its because they were too thick or gel polish dont go on top of a dip. So I just soaked off the third day and polish own nail with regular polish. And thats a mess to looks like my 3 year old niece polished them. The lady was in such a hurry she didnt care any about them being right she was just moving her money trying to get every penny. So no I dont reccomend if you care more and quantity.

Had an appointment for a pedi and mani ....wasnt helped till 30 mins after the lady who did my pedi cut off too much of my nail that i had to go to the ER cause it got infected ...then the man who did my nails was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL kept taking out his phone to text and change the music he had playing on his phone at one point he just got up and walked off didnt say anything came back just to sit and talk with another employee so after about 1 hr and 30 mins he finished and the nails were had lil air bubbles and messy and still tried to give a hint about getting a tip smfh

They did a great job and my daughter and I will definitely use them again.

Probably will not return. Very bad experience considering I used to come here often.The pedicure was extremely rushed even though there was only 1 other person in the place. The lady didn’t know what was included in the max pedicure package when I asked for it?The hot stones and the hot towels were so hot they burned my skin and I even told the lady to stop multiple times but she kept going.The lady kept pushing on my bruises on my legs while massaging even though I kept telling her to go soft there.Not relaxing or enjoyable at all. Will not return sadly

Worst place ever!!! So went to get my eyebrows done and this lady so jacked up my brows that I let grow out for four months and not only did she mess them up she got wax in my hair!!! MY HAIR! Like who does that! Anywho when I called the store the guy who answered said that I need to talk to someone who speaks English and when he transferred me the lady was like “yeah ok what else” Seriously if you want to keep your hair and eyebrows DONT COME HERE!!!

I used to go to this nail shop it was really good the man does awesome nails but sometimes their attitude can be real rude.

**Disclaimer*** I gave them one star because there was no option for zero.This was the worst experience I have ever had. A military couple in uniform was in the shop. The wife was getting her nails done and the husband made a comment about them being crooked. The owner, who was the one doing her nails, went off on him and asked him to leave the shop. The Soldier was in no way rude or loud. The wife then told the nail tech to please fix them or to take them off. He told her he didnt have the time nor was it his job to take them off and that she could leave. I, also a Soldier in uniform, got up and approached the nail tech to try to defuse the situation. The owner was very rude and condescending and began talking bad about Soldiers. I will recommend this establishment be put on the off limits list. Worst experience ever!

I received one of the worst pedicures of my life. I understand everyone’s need to work but the woman that performed my pedicure was incredibly old and therefore had shaky, weak hands. I had polish all over my toes, with exception to my nails, and she over-trimmed my nails. What a waste of $30! And really, how do you ask an elderly woman to redo the work that you already feel guilty for her doing?

Every few months or so I will get my nails done. Today was one of the few days I had time to get them done... I am so happy I found this place. The lady who did them was amazing and so sweet, I unfortunately did not catch her name,but she did a great job on my nails. Definitely recommend and I will be back.

Ive been going to them for 7+ years. Mai is the only nail tech I will let near my nails personally, but theyre all great. 10/10 would recommend.

Kim does a very high quality job with her manicures and pedicures!!! She wants the best for her clients and really goes above and beyond!! Highly recommend you come to her if you want the best manicures and pedicures in town! She is also excellent at waxing if you ever need a good wax! Very nice.

It now is a FULL SERVICE salon with brand NEW massage chairs, manicure tables and loungers, PRIVATE waxing rooms for men and women and complimentary yummy frozen MARGARITA or a CHILLED glass of WINE. They have a selection of scented scrubs for your relaxing massage chair pedicure.I am always amazed at the CLEANLINESS of the spa. The staff is the same personnel that have been there for over 10 +/- years. I have been proud to have taken friends and family and made it a special outing where everyone have been thrilled with their service. I have NEVER had to return due to a chipped nail, bad color, smudge, nail failure or God forbid, fungus. My hubby and I go regularly now that he also feels that he is worth being spoiled. Been doing gel nails on and off for 7 years, and was disappointed. The nail tech was nice, but was very rough with the files, caused my nail beds to kind of hurt. I got gel and there was acces gel from the nail bed onto the skin arround my nails. I brough it up and she filed one side, kinda hurt so i didnt mention the other ones for her to fix. Not very sanitary, the tools that where used on me, the person rinsed off dried and put the plastic tip back on the tool.

A man did my nails he was very rude, he cut me several times, my nails are hurting me like hell🤬 never going back

After hopping around for a sanitary place that does really good work and dont mind going the extra mile to make my toes feel & look like a million bucks, this is the place to be No exaggeration

Was visting from out of town and looking for a place to get a manicure/pedicure. Was able to get in immediately. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

They can not schedule appointments properly, there are appointments that are at the same time as someone else’s which causes conflict and tension which I experienced today. Not many employees can do manicures/acrylic nail. When a customer is late to their appointment they will ask you to get out of your seat so they can help the customer who was late. A very rude customer came in demanding she be seen first, despite her being 10 minutes late, when someone was already there before her. If you’re late to your appointment, too bad. You made an appointment so be on time.

The owner did my nails and rushed me to pick my color 3 people came in saying they had appointments at 2 and she was already doing my nails and was starting to rush on my nails she had me pay before she put on my nails she put two coats on my nails and had me sit at the drying table so she could work on her other costumer she came and put the final coat on my nails and the nail polish was very uneven also chunky and looked nothing like the color I had chosen in the book very choppy and are See-through they have a lot of bubbles and some places are darker or lighter then others

They do a great job and are very friendly. Have never had a better pedicure.
