Hands down will not go anywhere else. I needed to get my nails done last minute and was able to get an appointment immediately. They were very busy, but Still treated me like I was the only one there. I had a hard time picking out my color, and when it didn’t match with what I wanted she was beyond helpful in making sure I got the right color. I am not sure of her name but I will not go anywhere else. I am very very picky about my nails, and I have no complaints at all. Great customer service! Amazing job!! Will be back for a fill!!

So upset with this place! My daughter and I went to get our nails done and my daughter had a specific picture of what she wanted (posted pic of blue nails). The outcome Literally looks like a Pinterest DIY “expectations vs. reality”.When we were done I told them we didn’t like them and she said “it’s because her nails are too short”. WTH?!?! Why wouldn’t you tell us before you started then?! so they made us an appointment for the next day to redo. I had my nanny take her though because I had to work. I agreed to let them do an acrylic as long as they were not too long. My daughter gave them a picture of something more simple as she was afraid they would screw up a design again (second picture with solid pastel) and well they managed to screw that up also! They look like 80’s JUMBO Christmas lights!And they charged me $85 for the second set!!

Moved to the area and have tried out a few places to replace my regular place across town...this is by far the best. Paradise Pedicure and dip nails. They were efficient AND they look exactly how I requested them to look. The search is over, I will be back.

This was the perfect mani/pedi - Mike was quick and nice, and I left with amazing shellac!

Initially, I was super impressed with the customer service and the time they manicurists spent with my daughter, my niece, and me. However, as soon as our nails got wet (hand washing and showering) our polish started lifting and chipping. All three of us. When I called the salon to see if they would be willing to change or update the polish, they told me because we had the least expensive service and not dipped or gel nails, that they are not expected to last. I asked if they believed they should last at least 24 hours and they said gel or dipped nails were best. Eventually they agreed to update our polish but I decided to just go somewhere else. So if you want just a regular manicure/ pedicure and you expect it to last more than 24 hours, you should find another salon.

Pretty cool place. Nice, neat, clean.. customer service was great. The guy took his time doing my pedicure. Very attentive, it was really relaxing. Didnt feel like I was being rushed or anything like some nail places make you feel. I was supposed to get my nails done too, but I was pressed for time.

I absolutely love this place!!! They always do such and amazing job on my nails and pedicure. My nails are always well shaped and the color applied perfectly.

Not the worse manicure ever but made an appt and waited around 25-30 minutes to get seated. You can tell regulars are treated kindly and expedited which is fine but not a great first impression. Stations weren’t as clean as they should be. Tools did come out of clean package but there was nail dust everywhere and it was really clear that they maybe just clean at close. My gel manicure literally chipped the next day. The hand massage was lazy and kind of hurt. Price is okay but for the quality, not worth it.

Had an appointment they totally never even recognize me everyone’s laughing and stuff so I have to go to a funeral so I don’t have a lot of time worst experience I’ve ever had in my life

Worse place... went with a friend....hers were totally messed up, had to redo them. Asked for the $45 packet for mani and pedi.... they charges 60 for the pedi because it was perafin, then 50 for the nails because they were...idk some crazy word...my friend for $55 for the coffin nails...total of $225. GTFOH. Not worth it

I didn’t go in for any nail stuff my car broke down and I pulled in across from them cause of the advanced auto they came out to make sure I was ok offered me help brought me a cold drink and let me use their restroom. Great people that alone warrants going there. They’re nice and helpful and seemed to all be having a good time with the customers.

I LOVE this place!!!! Best nail place in town. They take their time and never rush you if someone new comes in the door. Tons of colors to choose from- polish, gel and dip. Everyone there is extremely talented and friendly.

In my opinion my nails look horrible Thursday told me that I have to take my original set of which I came in with the I got done at another nail salon but I just came to that one because it was just around the corner of my house they told me that I had to take that set off because they couldnt fill it because it was powder and if it was solar powder then theyll be able to fill it so I told them that the they can go ahead and take it off and replace the set this guy took forever to do my nails forever and they came out chunky my hands feel heavy and my pointer finger actually hurts he added way too much powder to my nails and now my nails look chunky and because of that solar light and he left it under way too long its bubbly now and I dont know if you can see it by the pictures but my thumb where he added way too much powder again he said it under the solar lamp way too long and it has a yellow tint now I chose to go here because based off of the pictures that I have seen on the Google reviews and the reviews that I was reading but this place dont go here so waste of time and a waste of $50

Came in for a full set, coffin shape w/chrome color and left with exactly that. Went on a Sunday, opened at 12 pm, got there at 12:05 pm and place was already packed! I signed in, sat me on a nail area seat and someone proceeded to take care of my nails before i decided on a nail color, which was great! Man was very friendly. Im the type who enjoys watching the tv and not have a conversation. Man attempted small talk which was alright. Not pushy at all. Before he started on the chrome color part of the nails he advised me itd be $70 which i was fine with. Made sense to me. I will definitely will be coming back!

Right in the middle of my Dip manicure the gentleman who started my service switched because he couldn’t get the shape right. Ok fine. That’s reasonable. Next tech comes over, she’s great but at the end she’s rushing to get to the next customer. Finish what you start. That’s all I expect. My result is nails that are the wrong shape and wavy/bumpy. I will be going elsewhere to have it fixed. I’m super disappointed.

I’m a hairstylist, so my hands get rough. Every time I have the time to get my nails done and have some “me time” this is where I come. Super clean, they take their time with my pedicure (best part!) and my nails always look great after I leave.I highly recommend Atlantic nails!

This place was really welcoming and very sweet! It was my nieces first time getting a pedicure (she’s 3) at first she was super grumpy and scared but the sweet lady just picked her up and started to do it and worked with her, couldn’t have asked for a better person! Definitely will be coming back

Ive visited Atlantic nails twice now, in December and January for a shellac pedicure and dip manicure. Theyve done a really nice job on my hands and feet. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Just left there... words cannot seem to adequately express my level of disappointment in what was supposed to be a manicure. My hands/nails look terrible. I paid at a discount, but I regret paying anything at all. I thought my nails looked bad before going but my goodness... I could have done this myself. It only looks like my nails were clipped unevenly and that’s it. Every time I look at my hands I get upset. I definitely won’t return.

I came here because of all the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. I had my nails done for a bridal party at a salon that someone else picked, and my nails were wrecked! Rose saved me and made my nails wonderful and perfect. I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to getting my nails which I why I rarely go anymore, but Rose made them perfect and I will definitely be coming back again. The shop was inviting, the experience relaxing, and everyone was very nice! Prices were very reasonable also. I would recommend this place for sure!

Absolutely amazing experience! My friend and I went there based on reviews and could not be disappointed! Even better, we had Mike who was highly entertaining and did his best to make my friend feel truly pampered for her bridal nail spa session! Would recommend this place every time.

I’ll start by saying my first visit was awesome. I am new to the area and have been to a couple different places and this by far was the best. My experience was soothing and one to remember. Daniel, my nail tech was very nice, professional, and did a great job. He addressed me by name which i enjoyed Because it made the visit feel more personal. I will definetly be back and would recommend Atlantic nails! The lady that did my eyebrows was excellent as well, and i am Really picky about who I let Do them, Great work!

Sigh. A year ago I rated the place 5 stars. My experience over the past two months leaves me re-posting at 1 star. Rose is still awesome, but beyond her Im unhappy and will probably look elsewhere soon. I religiously made, and kept, appointments. Three consecutive times I had to wait 30-45 minutes past my appointment. So I started just walking in, as they seem to help those folks more quickly than appointments.Today I specifically looked around at the staff to choose who I wanted to request. Many unknown new faces & I told the receptionist I wanted someone I knew. She announced to me who would help me - not only an unknown but someone Id seen be sullen and hurried with another customer on my most recent visit. I decided to give her a chance.Sophia quickly cut my nails way too short after I told her a little shorter than what I came in with, and nipped my cuticles enough with a drill to cause pain on not one, but four fingers. Then when I attempted to make an appt for next visit so I would get someone I liked, I was told that person was no longer there. The woman who did them today hovered over the receptionist and rudely stated Anyone can do your nails maam.Disappointing to be at a place where Kim, Rose, Daniel and Selena were attentive, remembered my name & checked several times while doing my nails to make sure I was happy with the length, color and shape.

I had an amazing experience with the staff and the service was absolutely impeccable. I would recommend this place to men and women are like!!

Great ambiance, nice people, but it seems that a basic manicure isn’t something you should get here. When I figure out how to upload pictures you will understand better... suffice to say, this manicure is badly done.

Great little place. Not the absolute best pedicure I’ve had (I like when they really dig out ingrowns and give deep massages...) wasn’t quite as thorough as I like but then again we did get the lowest grade pedicure they offered. Not the best but absolutely not the worst and above average! My guy was really friendly and I would go back because of him. I got a basic manicure as well and this is what would make me come back! I am clumsy and messed up 3 nails and he was so nice about it and fixed them immediately. Regular paint and somehow it looks like shellac! I love it! My mom was not fond of her lady.. says she wasn’t really friendly but Overall, good place.

Ive been here 3 times now, and Jason truly lives up to the name, Heavenly Pedicure! Kim did my shellac French manicure the first two times, and did an amazing job, but I chose to try the dipped method this time, still a French/pink & whites, and Im in love with it!! They pamper you with wine and have soft, lovely music... TVs are muted, clean and wonderful customer service!

Quick quality service, walk in finished in 30 to 40 min. Will keep coming back.

It was my first time going to this nail salon. I went last Wednesday and got a new full set. I was very pleased at the service and the guys that did my best friends and Is nails. However after I left I immediately noticed that they were not done right. They didnt do the powder close to the cuticle so it looked like I already needed a fill as soon as I left the salon. Second, the nail polish I chose was awful. Its hideous. Which I know thats not their fault, its mine. But the nails are just ugly and Im very disappointed that I paid $50 for them. The guy told me that the nails would be $45 but then after he did them he said $50 plus I tipped because thats the nice thing to do. Im overall very upset and I will never go back.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure, Cindy did such an amazing job! The place was clean and everyone seemed nice. If you are like me and really look forward to the massage, and the pretty nail polish is just a bonus, go ahead and make an appt with Cindy.

Atlantic Nails is warm and friendly atmosphere with a ton of affordable services offered. Ms. Kim is AWESOME!!! Her attention to every detail is 2nd to none. Absolutely FLAWLESS service. They have every variety of nail polish colors and cute designs. I wouldnt trust my skin or nails to any other place.

Im sorry I couldnt let a perfect 5.0 slide on here for the way I was treated over the phone... I didnt even make an appointment to come in, I am that upset! First of all, it was REALLY LOUD on the other end of the phone and the staff had a difficult time hearing me over the music playing and all the conversations happening! I could honestly hear a conversation take place between two people and no joke I wear hearing aids! Second, I imagine these people as stuck up snobs who only work as a way of slumming it with us real folks! I asked the man who could finally hear me over the phone if they offer silk nails since they are the least damaging and have the best overall feel... With a Z shape snap of the fingers he transforms into super diva and tells me in the most flamboyantly bitchy voice possible ummm no... Not for years... We offer acrylic, gel, shellac, and normal polish... That was a trend that thankfully went out of style fast! And actually giggled at my question! That was the rudest, most annoyingly loud, snobbiest place I have ever experienced! I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM! Just think about it, if thats how bitchy they are over the phone, then I couldnt even imagine how horrible they are in person!

I went in yesterday to have my eyebrows waxed. The woman got wax on my eyelid and attempted to pull it off while it was still soft. It was excruciatingly painful and she had the audacity to ask me did it hurt? And still charged me. I woke up with a black eye this morning. I have pictures but cant find a way to post them here. Please be very wary of letting them wax your face, especially around your eyes. Today was my anniversary, and I just got back from dinner...yep, with a black eye.

This place is amazing. Staff are very friendly. I found my new love here. He does the most amazing pedicures and my nails are amazing. I will now be a regular.

I chipped one of my SNS nails a few days after I had them done and they fixed it-no questions asked free of charge. The work is fantastic and the options are plenty. Highly suggest this place!

Came by here with my girlfriend to get a pedicure because my feet were beyond scuffed and required saving. My experience was favorable and quite relaxing (ended up with the highest tier pedicure package).However, the same cannot be said for my better half. Her manicure and pedicure unfortunately came out bad, as there were a number of issues such as:Uneven coating on all nailsNails cut to different lengths (these are her real nails also)Some areas of the nails completely lacked nail polishApplied top coat and sealant before filing nails down which derailed the entire serviceDespite speaking up and informing the tech of these issues while the manicure was taking place, the tech either disregarded her or did not hear/understand her. In the end, it was a lost cause. The only saving grace here was the owner Phu, who told us to come back later in the week and recommended us to ask for Rose/Kim so that the issue could be fixed.This seems to be pretty in line with the experiences here as you can tell from the numerous reviews. Your experience and service greatly rely on which tech you receive and there seems to be only a handful at this location.Overall, I think this salon is good and the owner does care...it just so happened that the tech that was assigned to perform my girlfriends service was either inexperienced and/or not prepared to complete the work.

This place has been very consistent with their service. We’ve gotten very good pedicures with anyone we get.

My opinion of this place has not lost its shine. After a year of regular, consistently top-notch manis and pedis I recommend Atlantic to friends and business associates. Kim is the best combination of perfectionist and nail artist.The location is close enough to the airport that Ive started several vacations here. Pop in for a morning of pampering before catching a flight.And last but most importantly - the staff are ALL service oriented and nice. Yes this is a real review. Rough week and I feel so much better after a few hours at Atlantic.

Ive been getting my nails done here since probably 2009/2010. Ive always had a great experience. They always do my nails just how I like them and are always prompt and friendly.

They were good until my wife said they made a mistake on her nails and they automatically started bitchin in some other language for the whole time they were fixing what they messed. It was good for the first moments, but as soon as she opened her mouth, all hell broke loose for that lady doing her nails.

Was new to San Antonio and wanted to find a good nail salon that was clean and inexpensive Im so Glad I found it This place is the best.

Poor execution nails didnt last 4 days without one chipping. Will never go to this place again. I went by the reviews went again same thing happened. Poor professionalism.

Never go there!!! I go for a eyebrow wax and the lady was rough. I should have know that she took them off...all I asked was a cleanup and slight arch. I have thick eyebrows and now I have nothing...I was so upset I started crying never going back...

Horrible experience. I had an appt and waited 30 min past my appt. When I did get my nails done they were a mess...a total mess. The person who did my nails apologized and said he didnt like them! It took 1 1/2 hours to make a mess. He then asked me if he could start over...ummm, No! Not today. He asked me to come back on Monday....Really? Guess what? They still asked me to pay! Really? Really? And then come back? Dont waste your time or money here. Just dont.

This place is awful. Not worth the $70 I spent for a pedicure and full set what so ever. The guy doing my pedicure was stopping and texting the WHOLE time of my pedicure then a completely different guy did my full set and gave me the pink powder and even put it on the white tip so ow my white tip is pink along with the powder. Awful place and not pleased with the price Ive gotten much better service and nails for cheaper

Got my nails done here yesterday. My first experience as there were many in this one visit. I was greated by a guy who asked what I wanted . I asked for acrylic nails. He said sign in I did and was sat down. I was then approached by another man who was trying to selling dip nails. I agreed to them and was given many great options! Picked my color and  the lady who did my nails was ready. I told her I wanted acrylic nails, I showed a picture of the length and shape I wanted. She nodded and began talking to her co worker. She began the process and then started applying the dip nails. Ive had dip nails before so asked about the tips she briefly left her conco with her co workers to say I do that after. Me not knowing that much about nails went with it. At the end she asked if I liked. I told her I did but it wasnt what I asked for. She walked off clearly talking about me to ALL her co workers! Haha! Then comes with a  container of acetone and drops my fingers in. At that point I wanted to go and my right ring finger was burning thats why I  knew it was acetone. I thought it was wax to end the manicure.At this point she started getting rough with me. I asked the lady next to me if she comes her normally and she said yes. She was nice and informed me I would have to ask for a full set. Good to know but now Im stuck with a angry lady using a electric filler on my nails. Ow!!  I told her multiple times she didnt have to do it. She is clearly complaining about me to ALL of her co workers while the guy who greeted me and a another lady are around us talking. I told her she could ask someone else to do it if she didnt want to. I told her I liked what she did it just wasnt what I asked for.I guess either she realized Ive no clue about nails or one of her co workers made her happy because she was back to a calmer body language. She continued on doing her work while talking and the only time the works stopped talking was when one customer came in to make a complaint. As she walked out the guy who greeted me was mocking her! Makes me wonder how I was mocked haha! I left with beautiful nails and was happy she wanted to correct our miscommunication.- Based on getting what I asked the first time I would give 2 stars- If it was what I asked for it would have been 3- After everything I experienced yesterday 3 stars- This morning after red burning cuticles and fingernails 1 starI guess that averages to just over 2 stars.

I do not recommend them at all first of all my jewels fell off the 1st day on both nails i went back had them fix it they fell right back off in a few hours i went back 2 days later for a break and my nail was unever thick it didnt even match the other nails nails anymore when i brought it up the short tiny girl with short hair laughed in my face it was extremely rude and unprofessional and lastly she was tryin to use tools ahe was taking out of an altoid box thats very unsanitary i will never go back here again.

Nice clean quiet calming atmosphere when you get a pedicure theres a rainbow of Lights that flash on its really cute and a massage chairs put you to sleep complimentary water and soda very nice place oh and they play very relaxing music

I will never come back here! Horrible service! The woman did three layers on my right hand with shellac polish and only two layers on my left hand. When I asked her to add another layer to my left hand she said they both looked the same. She told me it was $72 then changed her mind saying it was $82 in the end = NO TIP. I typically tip 20%, but in cases like these ZERO.
