GREAT Company! They make it very easy to set up services, Ive worked with them for years. The office keeps my account and scheduling very organized and I just text them when I need anything. They show up on the same day every other week for me and never give me issues about showing up like other companies Ive worked with. Definitely recommend!

I contacted PayPal today and verified the payment to this company went through on my end. I confirmed it with Alamo Mowing and sent them this screenshot and PayPal has sent me a letter in the mail as further proof the issue they are having is not on my end. I received a threat from the company for posting the review on google that I will be blacklisted from other landscaping companies in my area. Here is the text message with the threat and proof I paid. I have noticed that I am not the first bad reviewer that was labeled a “scammer”. Seems to be a trend.

I used this company for 3 tree installations. They came fully prepared and knew what they were doing. Everyone was always polite. They are a bit hit or miss with their phone communication though.

I have had many conversations with the staff in regards to the length of my grass. They continue to cut it lower and lower to the point it has killed my grass in many areas. My yard looks like hurricane Florence hit it and got the mange. I didnt even ask for a refund, i just asked them to fix it, yet instead i got rude responses and told they would never service me again. wish there was an option for negative stars.

The most unprofessional company i could ever have dealt with. I just had my lawn cut and basically that is all you get. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT if dealing with this company. i spent 75$ for them to come in and cut my front and back yard and left everything the way it was. Basic Hack job. Before i got there to check on the work as i pulled up and saw the gentleman and said ill be right out. He had already drivin off before I could get back outside to speak or even have a chance to look at the yard. I prepaid which was a horrible mistake and now a lesson learned. I immediately called and no one answered and received a text saying Hold On. After waiting for 10mins they called and a person named Sabrina informed me there is nothing they could do and that we overlooked all these details online and we are at fault for bad communication. I dont understand how a front desk girl has the right to talk to a customer that way and talk over me as I was trying to explain my situation. When i asked for refund or to speak to management she said NO. I recently lost a family member and was looking for some great on time service. Due to the fact that I havent been able to get to my yard. She stated that they dont bag your lawn, they don t pick up trash or any items so basically if something is on your yard expect it to be mowed over and chopped up. I had grass up in my entry door way. nothing blown. no maintenance done other than a 75$ cut and bye. I feel they took advantage of someone not in the right state of mind and clearly dont care about customer service. So if ever looking for lawn care with this company PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They didn’t get back to me with a quote for my shrubs. When I contacted them about it they quoted me 35. Then changed the quote to 45 the day of. They forgot to do the shrubs when they came out the first time. Then was unapologetic when I expressed my agitation. Don’t do business with this company!

Very pricey and unprofessional. Have them on security cam using a weed whacker tearing up a wrapped up garden hose and they refuse to reimburse me for the hose. Said theres nothing she could do. Well, theres something I can do .

I texted the company on Thursday March 1, 2018 to inquire about a quote to trim my trees. The owner texted back and stated verbatim, I am going to forward this to my tree guy, I will have a quote for you this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I never got a response and texted the company again due to them having this new SMS idea of texting Mow when you need someone to come out. Its been 4 business days and still no response. IF your company is no longer in business please remove yourself from the internet and yelp! This is unprofessional and I would not recommend this company. IF you build a business make sure you know how to run it properly!
