Staff always on hand. Good customer service,just ask! Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the damn card readers. Especially at the card reload station on the wall. For the life of me,one sec I swipe with perfect precision and it works! Just to go back to main screen to start over again then again. Still worth the hassle. Cheapest,largest,fastest washers I’ve been to. Laundry takes 20-23mns in the 2x-6x machines.

Wow!!! This is a new upscale laundromat. Machines are new , Hugh and clean. Lots of folding tables and just a very relaxing atmosphere. They even have a place to get your eyebrows done inside the location. .... very cheap I must say.The staff is very helpful and keeping the place spot less. Jfyi the machines doesn’t take cash they have a card machine, so only put what you need because it’s no refunds on unused money. Other than that I will be going back and hopefully the community will keep it like that and not run it down.

Ive always been doing laundry especially having a blended family. I always wondered about there service especially it being time consuming why not ... Especially with their products amazing! Second time coming thank you very much ladies and staff. Hung with perfection for all hangers to stay together. Floded neatly with a bow tie, very cute and professional.... I just love it!

Its not a bad place to wash... usually pretty clean and always a machine available..expect for lately.. the trash cans are full.. dryer sheets all over the floor... and about half the machines are down so depending on the time you have to wait for a washer or dryer to open up.. so much for them advertising they are the cleans place to wash...Edit... Spoke to the owner and since then I have been back and they have fixed most of the down machines, I see the employs taking the trash out more , the floors do have less trash now.. The owner has done a batter job to make sure his company presents a nice appearance.

I guess Ill stick to coming late (before closing) the lady before Emily didnt clean anything. Chips, popcorn, dryer sheets. Trash all over the floor. The tables were filthy. Spilled drinks on seating area. Detergent powder everywhere. Emily walked in & cleaned it all up. Thanks. This the way i like to see the place.

I like it here usually clean when I come although I dislike when ppl put the personal baskets inside the baskets to hold till the dryer stops ... some of us would like to use a basket when our machine stops yet there all with ppl own 🧺 in them. Smh... other than that its nice here

Convenient time efficient place to do your laundry, I went on a Friday evening and there wasnt a lot of people. The only draw back is that a lot of the machines are out of order.

My washer recently had a meltdown and its going to be a couple of weeks before it can be repaired so this was my first visit. Its large, clean, and had lots of machines so I didnt have to wait even on a busy Sunday. Its a definite asset to the neighborhood.

I been coming here for some time no problems till today. The worker said i couldnt use these dryer cuz the commercial baskets were therr but they were not using the dryers. Im trying to stay 6ft away from people she said these are not being use that were next to other people. The dryers not being used. Trying to understand why i couldnt use when they are not using them snd trying to stay 6ft from people. It just upset me.

It’s huge and offers a wide variety of washer/dryer sizes. The bathrooms are disgusting and the place itself is usually dirty. Thumbs up that I get to clean the folding tables myself and if you need detergent it’s a brand name/ Inexpensive. The card machines are awesome. I loathe that the workers wear their masks below their nose or not even over their nose/mouth at all and NO ONE is making people wear one at all. Not really that into safety.

Had a really great experience for my first time! I had just got off work at 10pm at night, had my 2yr old with me didn’t know how the system was and Ms.Emily immediately greeted me she was so friendly and kind and made everything so simple for me. She was a really big help!!! It was SO clean and spotless it’s so hard to find that these days.. also it REALLY helped that Toy Story 4 was on for my son so it made our night so much smoother. Definitely will be coming back because Ms.Emily made my experience outstanding. Will also be letting my friends and family know this is a great convenient spot to do laundry!!

Im PLEASANTLY SUPRISED by how much things have improved since the new Manager MARY ANN has been here. Staff is very professional, the facility itself is VERY clean, and the machines are ALWAYS in working condition and priced well ! Free wifi ,🍿 popcorn , and you can always count on something good playing on the many TVs . The place is esthetically pleasing and very lit up . Pair that with the way they follow COVID-19 safety guidelines and how safe you feel and you have a loyal customer like myself indefinitely. I highly recommend the General McMullen Spin Express . 👌😷

This business is engaged in unsafe business practices by not requiring customers or employees to wear face masks in spite of San Antonio city ordinance. Many other businesses are enforcing this rule - refusing customers who don’t wear a face mask in public. When I asked the manager who I could complain to, she referred me to the company website - I’m sure I’ll get a lot of answers there. When I asked who the owner was, she refused to tell me.I guess that the anonymity of the business owner(s) who care more about bringing in revenue is more important than protecting the out community from the potential spread of COVID-19. I’ll be sure to inform the San Antonio of this business that is putting the health of the public at risk. The only way to get compliance is by refusing people who do not wear face masks. Plenty of businesses are doing it, but sadly not this one.

I been coming to this spin xpress for about a year now. I never had that much great of experience and meet some so nice, kind and friendly like mrs. Emily. She assisted me with my laundry card. Always asked if i needed anything and she has it so cleaned and well kept up.

My first time there and it was nothing but a good experience. I love the fact that you have to buy their own laundry card in order to use the machines. Very clean and lots of space to sit and hang out. Very modern and comfortable environment more of a lounge feeling. There is also a space for the kiddos. The prices are good for the size of washers and dryer machines that they have. The machines do their job in a great amount of time and my clothes were dried in less than 30 min. They also have a service available where you pay for them to personally do your laundry. Very spacious. I will not be going to any other laundry mats as long as this one stay opens.The area it is in isnt the best but they have sapd right next door so you feel safe at all times.They also have the option of loading their laundry card with card or cash. It makes things so much easier. Very convenient.

Went to wash on Wednesday 2/19/20 and the attendant her name is Emily had the place amazingly clean she was very helpful and nice to everyone would love to see more like her I will keep going there I loved it.

The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of the high prices. Other than that its absolutely perfect. Okay I lied a little. The area is placed in isnt what I would call the safest but I dont think that should really be used to conclude a rating. Anyways, this place is awesome in my opinion for the following reasons:1) Its open 24 hours2) They have tablet like devices in a kiosk to play games on while you wait.(Great for kids)3) Its extremely clean.4) They have security cameras. (Dont guarantee a theft prevention but it helps allot)5) They actually have workers here, which helps aid in security and theft prevention6) They will even do your laundry for you. (Of course itll cost an extra charge)7) The place is huge and has enough washers and dryers to almost availability and they also come in different sizes.It doesnt take cash but the cost range is from $2.29-$7.79 depending on what size you use. You have to get A card (they are free) and load money on it with a minimum of $5.00 when adding. The dryers Im not sure of the cost as I didnt use them this time but Ill comment when I go back.Oh and the guy that works there is cute. At least when I went.

New machines, reasonable price..for now, they give popcorn treats for free (limited) on weekends, I just dont know what time. Everything are digital, with used of a 1 time purchase of money card holder for a $1, unless you lose it. Meaning you wont need to carry bunch of quarters in your pocket. Also, the best part about the dryer depending on which size you use. You can add additional 6-7 min/per $.25, as long as you add it before the whole cycle finished. Otherwise, youll have to start over with the whole price

You can teach an old dog new tricks. This lady Emily was patient with me i am really old school and know nothing but the coins.. but she helped me with the card and i will be returning for sure. The place is very clean.

Was informed that this place isnt a 24/7 place like it supposed to be even thou it does state on the business webpage that every single laundromat is supposed to be 27/7. If it isnt 24/7 like it supposed to be, then the owner needs to put the updated hours on both doors so that people coming in can know the new hours. Only reason I was made known about this change of new hours was because I was trying to go out the automatic doors and they were locked. Wasnt trying not to be rude or be rude. But did mention that those doors arent supposed to be locked and need to remain open during business hours being there is a sign that states, these doors need to be open during business hours. Since it is during business hours, the doors need to be open. Especially when costumer are parked on the side of the building and have to go walking to the front of the building to go in and out. Which is fine if theres new hours. Being that theres new hours the sign stating the doors need to be removed and be replaced by a sign indicating that the automatic doors need to be closed at a certain time. I would still come to this location, but Im hoping that theres better communication between the staff and costumers for the new times and when certain doors will be closed. Itll help in the long run.

This is definitely not like any other laundry mat Ive seen or been too. I have washer and dryer at home but this time I had a bulk of cloths I needed to get done quick. But Im really impressed with the employee there and please forgive me I dont remember his name I believe his name was Juan or Jose. But me being a manager I tend to judge other employees, but he was very professional and if he didnt tell me he was the attend I would of thought he was a manager or a team leader he really set the tone. Guys like him help manager like me grow and the manager of this luandry mat grow. Keep up the good work Juan or Jose sorry I cant remember his name.

Today I came to do laundry for the first time Mr Jose. Explaied the whole procedure on how to operate machines. He is awesome. Then I did not close the machine correctly. All the water came out. And Jose comes to help me and has to mop the whole area and not once does he get upset. Thank you Jose for your hospitality. Very very nice man.

I finally had a chance to stop by and see what everyone was talking about, I didnt need to wash any clothes just wanted to check it out, it was pretty awesome. But the reason why Im leaving this comment even though I did not stay and wash what really suprised me and I did not expect was the attended Jose approached me very welcoming shook my hand and introduce himself than ask if this was my first time here I said yes I wanted to stop by and check it out, so he took the time to give me a tour and explain how things work here and answered any questions I had at the end he walked me to the door thanked me for coming by shook my hand and said Ill see you soon. Thank you Jose for that experience it been along time since I receive great customer service like that.

Great experience there, everything was super clean and organized. They have great customer service. The employee Mayra at the counter kept asking how i was doing and if i needed any help and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommends his location!
