I come here often and only here to wash the quilts and blankets etc.Plenty of washing and drying machines of different price and capacity ranges for 24/7. Price is similar to most laundry facilities, but place is not like most laundry places.There are 11 of 65 flat screen TVs to keep you busy and nice Fun Zone for kids with several touch screens, I think its free to play.A lot of of seats and chairs to sit down and relax with access to power outlets.Staff is extremely courteous, doesnt matter who is working.Its not a coin laundry, you get a card from a dispenser for free and reload with no fees.Washing takes 20 and drying 30 minutes, youll be out and about in about an hour.

This overnight laundry mat is a real life saver. This place is amazing the overnight man is really sweet and very helpful with making my card and setting up my user registration. I will definitely be coming back while my washer is out of commission. Thank you so much!!

Nice that theres plenty of washers and dryers that actually work, with one cycle that dont have to be washed or dried twice. And this place is extremely clean, the staff here are super helpful and they sure do keep a awesome job keeping this place clean and nice looking specially Marcus or how ever you spell his name. Lol he cleaned and worked hard and stayed busy and help me with the machines. My whole time here. This company Damaged my laundry. This is the first issue that I had with them, And they have still not addressed the problems. Now I have a second issue. Drop my laundry off to be washed and folded arrive to pick my laundry up, and my laundry was not available because Someone stole my laundry. I still have not been compensated. The owner has not reached out to resolve this issue. I had to spend over $600 to replace my Laundry. This company is not handling the situation very professionally at all. This Company has terrible customer service. I have been very patient, but now it’s almost two weeks later, and no one is trying to make this right. Make sure you ask how the process works what the prices are because every time I drop off, everything changes The prices process. They make up how things work as They go along.

First of all nobody, and I mean NOBODY wants to be at the laundromat on Wednesday night. Yet, here I am and let me just say, Thank you Jesus, for such amazing and helpful people here. Charles helped me load my card because I probably had one two many fireballs on the way. Rule no. 1 if you have to wash clothes at laundromat be DRUNK. Thank you Rebecca for all of your help. It’s always a pleasure visiting this location. Popcorn is always fresh and the location is always so clean and sanitized. I never have a problem with the washer and dryers here, as my clothes come out clean-Everytime! I visit this location at least once a week and even though its a ways from my home, I don’t mind because I know I will always enjoy my experience. Jonathan and Malissa are ALWAYS so respectful, kind and hospitable and go above and beyond to keep everything under control. When I forgot my laundry detergent, they made purchasing detergent there quick and easy. (As the prices are always so commendable and honest). Thank YOU for keeping this location up to CDC standards and keeping me and my families health your number one priority!

Very clean place and lots of space and tables to sit at. I was in and out quick within an hour and thats what would normally take me 5 hours to do at home.

Reason I’m giving a bad review is bc it’s June 2021 Summer in Texas three digit outside and the AC in this location doesn’t work!!I came last week and it was broken already!It feels like hell inside.The other thing is that several machines are broken since I started coming and not fixed yet!This place started real good but owners don’t care about it!!!Maintenance is poor !!!!DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL !Is dangerous and not safety, you can get a heat stroke inside!!!!Poor employees you can tell they are going through hell in here!!!OWNERS BE NICE AND FIX THIS PLACE!

Jonathan made my experience amazing. He was beyond knowledgeable of all the products and was great at explaining the plan offers. He had great customer service and was kind. I now highly recommend this location just from my experience with Jonathan. Side note he has a great sense of humor which made time fly by while washing clothes. Great job.

OK I went today to spin express laundry off a WW White I was trying to use my card and I thought another customer was helping me out and I come to find out it was Charles who help me that’s a staff member here as well as Miss Rebecca she was awesome because I couldn’t put money on my card and she helped me out and then I got to get help from Rick making sure this is a nice facility is kept a clean great customer service but one last thing I seen Mr. Adam and I suggested maybe y’all can get a bench or some chairs outside so hopefully I will do that but y’all have a great team here thank you for your services and great customer service

Awesome prices. Spacious and they have soap,bleach,softener for u to purchase if u need alil extra or forgot to buy some or just didnt bring any.. This place has games for the little ones. And also snacks and drinks. Its very clean and not too crowded nor do u have to wait for washers or dryers

The overnight guy was helpful the minute i stepped into the door at the W.W. White location. He showed me step by step how to obtain, load and get a new card. I had an overall good experience and had all my questions answered quickly.

The staff was very help full, always walking around cleaning. He was very aware of what his store was in need of. Very pleased!!!!

I love this laundry matt. It has everything you could ask for, want or need in a laundry matt. I wish we had these when I was younger. I used to hate going to the laundromat now I enjoy it. They used cards, so you dont have to worry about caring about a pocket full of change. You can register your cards so if its lost or stolen no one else can use it and they can track it. Theres several TVs, several comfy places to sit and fold your clothes, and theres even nice tables to sit at if you have to do homework or you want to eat theres a kid area that has computers to play on to keep the kids occupied. The best of all the open 24 hours 7 days a week

My first time going to wash my clothes at this location. I am impressed by the service. Place is nice and kept up. Young hispanic gentleman wish I wouldve got his name but very attentive to everyone needs and went out of his way to help me. I had my children with me and he was very courteous to help me with the machines and help me push the cart. Not only the employee was very attentive to every ones needs and always cleaning the area. This man was on point there was a older lady struggling with the basket aswell and right away he helped her.

Melissa is wonderful. She s very helpful to anyone that looks like they need a helping hand. The facility is the cleanest during her shifts as well! A real asset to your company...unless shes the owner, that would explain it!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was excited about this new laundromat and was very happy until today. We were chased out due to my partners service dog. They have been partnered for 7 years and she is a fully trained, well behaved, medical alert dog. The employee was rude, aggressive and called the police. She refused to give a name or the owners info so we could contact them. If this is the way they are going to treat their customers, including military vets in military city USA, I highly recommend that this place gets boycotted

I usually go to the one on Blanco Road, however this time I was closer to this location. I thought that since the other location is nice this one would be too, so I gave it a try.This location is not kept clean, the floors are dirty including some walls, the bathroom was filthy, floors walls. Folding tables were not clean either. I was very disappointed 😞. In the other location the ladies who work there are always cleaning, keeping the laundromat in well condition. If they are not cleaning they are taking care of laundry orders. I had never seen them sitting around doing absolutely nothing. At this location in both shifts the ladies were sitting around like there was nothing to do. You would see them doing the bare minimum. After certain hour of the night the lady of the latest shift blast the speaker with music like if the laundromat was a club. Also many of the washers were out of service, not one or two.....many. the laundromat in Blanco Road is the best one so far and they are always full of people, this location was not full of people, so there is no reason for this laundromat to be dirty. This is just my opinion from what I had observed on my visit.

I forgot to grab my laundry card out the dispenser after loading 15.00 on the card. It had to be like within a min because I took my clothes to the washer and came right back and the card was gone. I told the attendant cause I notice a camera pointing toward the load machines and he told me he had to call the manager to get access. Well apparently he was told to just start my machines because they was not going to look at the cameras cause it “was not their fault” that’s just sooo super inconsiderate to me for a business not to look into anything being taken on property. I was told there was no corporate number but I was able to send in a contact request on the website. I frequent this location once a week and spend about 15-20 weekly. I understand that it was a mistake on my end for leaving the card even for a min but I’m sure the person who maybe took the card was still in the building and I really don’t think it would have inconvenienced them at all to look into it!

How often do you hear someone say “This laundromat is beautiful!!” Sparkling clean, nice seating, a children’s area with tablets, games and kids seating, a large table with seating to do homework, an abundance of rolling laundry carts, a laundry card so you don’t have to mess with change. It made my day to start it there. The best part of this place was TRAYVON, the attendant. He could tell I was a little lost and came up to me to show me how to add cash or credit to my new laundry card. He was so nice and helpful. They are lucky to have him, he deserves kudos. I have never been in a laundromat so clean. I took pics of the place and show it off to people. Go, go, go!!!!

06/24/2021. This place needs a good cleaning. The chairs were black with dirt, floors needed to be mopped, a caution side in a puddle of water, nothing dripping from the ceiling. The machines were dirty. The walls are nasty. The employee looked like a scumbag. Clothes too baggie and shorts falling off. Employees too busy to help the customers waiting in line because they were smoking outside hitting on some girls. In the womans bathroom the sink is falling off the wall, an outlet hanging out of the wall with duck tape as a wallplate. Half of the machines are out of order. I wouldnt give this place a star but it wont let me. And nobody cares. They took a smoke break twice in one hour. And Im sure if I noticed this everybody else does too.

I never had any issues with my laundry up until today, well technically now yesterday. The first year I used them I did my own laundry, the last 3-4 months I’ve dropped it off and pay for it to be done. Everyone is so nice, BUT TODAY I DROPPED MY CLOTHES OFF AROUND 2pm, I always tip as I did, before I even tipped the guy working said “if you want them done today you need to tip” I said “they need to be because my scrubs are in there and I work overnight and need them tonight”, I still tipped. I had someone pick my up clothes for me while I was resting for work, the employee tells him “next time she needs to tip 10$ or it won’t be done the same day.” I WISH HE WOULD TELL ME THAT. He is rude, unprofessional and my clothes were folded all messy and thrown in my bags. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back while he’s working.

Store was dirty women’s restroom was very dirty it was gross the lounge area was dirty had napkins or tissues stuff between seat they are very stick gross. There was about 4 attendance there at the time one sitting behind the desk and the others ones outside side smoking right in front of door. I was there about 2 hrs and not one time did the attendance do anything. Hope management takes control these guys need to be supervised!!!(See photos posted) store not like it use to be!!!!!!!

This is a really good place to go laundry, the washing machines are always clean, theres a play place were the kids can go and play, and the people there are really nice and they will always help you when you need them.

RIP off. Instead of being able to use cash or change they force you to use a card. Then you have to load the card and you cant load the exact amount you need. Forcing you to load extra money onto the card which they wont refund. One and done, will NEVER go there again. Highest negative review.

Great laundromat! It is clean and well maintained. There is always a staff member here from my own personal experience. I have come at various times. It is open 24/7. The prices are decent. They have 2, 4, 6 and 8 load size washing machines. They dont charge for wash cards (cards you put money on to wash), and you can connect card funds by registering your cards. Thank you SpinXpress Laundry for a nice new laundromat in the area!

I loved it, very clean and plenty of machines. The AC works really good and they have TVs. They even have a play area for the kids. Theyre a little bit more expensive than where I used to go but worth it.

Today was my 1st time visiting the W.W. White location. There are so many laundromats in San Antonio, but this one surpasses all that I have visited. The attendant, Ericka, was a great help to me. I have been sick all week, and a little foggy headed. She answered every question I had, and she was very knowledgeable of the facility. She was so helpful in showing me how to do everything from the beginning of my visit to the end. The management was also very nice, and answered questions I had as well. I couldnt believe it when I was told that they are 24 hours. That is something we needed in this area. The place was very clean. My clothes came out nice and bright from the wash. I did not walk away feeling I needed to bathe in acid after leaving like other places Ive visited in the past. The prices are reasonable as well. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SpinXpress Laundry for anyone who wants to wash in a clean, top notch laundromat. Honestly, I cant wait for my next laundy day!

The best urban laundromat ive ever been too. Multiple restrooms. Clean and new machines. Well lit up. You have to use cards but they have a bill breaker. Ive never seen a bill breaker before. They have employees and they have a snack machine. You can also buy detergent from the desk. Lounging areas. Its over all a 5 star place. Lets see how long it last in the east side! Make sure you close early!.....

We went because the reviews said they were on top of covid sanitation and our pipes were frozen. We have 4 toddlers so we needed to do laundry. There was a guy behind the counter and the place was a mess. There was not anyone spraying down anything like it was advertised on their website.

I’ve been coming to the laundromat located on WWWhit and I am always greeted with a big smile and a welcoming comment from Melissa. She has always been very helpful and makes me feel right at home. She is alway very courteous, respectful and welcoming to everyone that walks into the laundromat. Aside from a gold star she deserves a huge raise. It’s hard to find a gem like her. In my book, she’s a keeper.
