I saw all the excellent reviews online and decided to try this place out. Absolutely loved it, well worth my time. Its clean and has great machines. The staff there does a wonderful job of maintaining the place and making sure the customers have everything they need.I was a bit confused with the system they have set up but there was two gentlemen there named Joseph and Dennis who were very helpful!! I will definitely be making this my regular spot for laundry and I think Rapido Wash is in great hands with the staff there.

Very clean, affordable, and the people who work here are very nice and helpful. It’s awesome that they give you a bonus on the card when you spend. The machines work great and dry my clothes all the way through. I’ve tried out a few laundromat places and this is by far the best choice. I am going to continue to come here. Besides it’s next to a BBQ place, $1 Tree and Mexican Restaurant. What more could you ask for.

Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff especially Tony & Racquel! Machines are in excellent working order and the place itself is always clean, quiet and secure. I have never been to a laundromat that is so state-of-the-art. Totally amazing!!! The young lady who works there, Sarah, was so helpful and cheerful that she made doing laundry a pleasure rather than a chore. I do not know how much Sarah is paid, but whatever it is, its probably not nearly enough. She is a gem and the type of employee that every business loves, loves to have!!!! What a great laundry experience!!!!

Rapido Wash is the reason I stress less!! Reason 1: My laundry was serviced quick, folded perfectly and handled with care (much appreciated!!!!)2: I now can use my washer and dryer to rage and smash up after a crazy day and 3: Given plenty of options and packes to choose from in accordance with my schedule. Great communication and clarity on the process and now where I go from here out.The laundry task is a thing of the past!!!

This is the Best place to go leave your clothes and they will be ready within a few hours. The customer service is Amazing 👏. My husband thought he lost his $ 300 bracelet and they found it and put it a special bag for us. This place is a must and a trust. I love all the employees here. Thank u 💓

Absolutely the BEST laundromat Ive been to! Its completely digital so you dont have to hassle with quarters being eaten. I travel between citys and this is by far the best place Ive been to for a laundry. (And no Im not an employee or being paid off to say this 😂)

In my whole life, I have NEVER been to a laundry mat that is so clean! The staff is so friendly! The dryer took a dollar from me, and the lady seen, and gave me my dollar back without any issues. (Usually its an issue over just a stupid dollar, but no!!) Highly recommend this spot!!

Sarah is a good attendent and very helpful i felt like i was over asking things but thats just me overthinking. She is very nice and always ready to help a patron. She made my day better than it was but over all very great service and i would recommend to wash your clothes when she is around she is always ready to help and very kind. Thank you for everything.

It’s been quite sometime that I have stepped foot in a laundry mat and for sure things have changed! Instantly I was greeted by the most friendliest man named Edward. He must have noticed that puzzled look on my face. He helped me load my card and showed me how to use the washer and dryer. This man was constantly cleaning which must be why the place is super clean. While cleaning he still greeted every person that walked through the door. He continued to check in on us and at the end he even helped my mother and I load our laundry into my van. I know this isn’t in his job description but it just shows that he goes above and beyond. If I had my own company I would want Edward to work for me, he’s for sure one of a kind. Thank you Edward for all you do!

I was so relieved to find a laundromat that provided wash & fold; in this case, a place to leave my king size comforter to be laundered. Susan did a great job and did it so quickly. I was totally impressed with how clean and orderly the place is, as well as how professional Susan executed everything. Ive recommended it to everyone that has large items to launder.

I went to Rapido for first time and was greeted right away as I walked, I was impressed with entire operation and Sylvia told me about them doing my washing for me. I tried it and my laundry was done in two hours and done very well. I will tell me friends and be back. Jim🐻

I really like to do laundry here. It is well maintained, air conditioned, friendly staff and good working machines. It has massage chairs and a restroom for customers only. Definitely recommend.

Man what nice place! I never would have thought that I’d have GREAT customer service experience at a little olde laundromat....Well isn’t that kinda place. It’s super super clean, much better value than my apt or other laundry joints, and the staff is just great. She helped a poor dumb bachelor finger out the pay system and which washers to us for the clothes I had and save money too.I may be back tomorrow just to hang out. Love this place!!!!

This has always been a great place to wash, but recently, the woman working there has been extremely rude to us and other customers. I’ve called to get the manager/owners contact information, but no luck. I’m not one to normally review negatively, but we don’t put up with being treated like second class citizens.

Mt first time here it was a Sunday so I expected it to be too busy but many machines were available. Although its self service there were three friendly staff attendants cleaning and asking if I needed help which I appreciated so much! They even have ports on the wall to charge your devices.

This place is the latest get your laundry done place to be the machines are great and the greatest part about it for me was the full body massage chairs 5 bucks gets 15mins

Update: I have been utilizing this laundry mat since it opened. Great hospitality and good environment. New machines, place is always clean! Staff us so helpful with laundry or any questions. Restrooms are always clean just need to ask staff to open them. I would like to give Edward a special shout out, he is so helpful and has a great personality. He works as if he owns this place, he truly cares about the customers. He is an asset to this specific local business. Come check them out you won’t regret it!

We enjoy the service and all the people which work here. They are so friendly and we always get a smile at the door. This facility since the day it opened has been cleaned daily. We appreciate the workers present and the sense of security from just having someone present. Great Job!

I love washing here, it is so clean the workers are awesome what I like most are the soda and snack machine and the massage chairs this is the best place to go and it dont be crowed.so whatever you guys are doing keep up the good work

This place was fantastic. Clean, welcoming, plenty of washers/dryers. Manadement was SUPER nice, informative, and friendly.

Gave it a 4 star because they didnt give an option to hang everything unless you take your own hangers.

After passing on a sketchy looking laundromat to me, I found this one down the street just a few more minutes away. The machines are very nice here. I was helped from the moment I walked in the door. Very friendly staff and they were on top of cleaning the equipment the entire time I was there. Great place!

I visited this laundromat early in the morning the visuals were good and it was very clean, as I was walking in to the store I was approached by an employee who offered me a cart to put my basket. To which I kindly declined, but it seemed as he was having some sort of argument with one of the other young ladies working there he continued to yell at her which then somehow led to him sending her off the store grounds after which he yelled something at her as she was heading out. Other than that this laundromat was really neat I just wish he hadnt humiliated the young girl like that in the open for that I gave this location two stars instead of five.

Very clean (because its new) but also because the employees inside are always sanitizing and cleaning equipment. The washers and dryers work perfectly. I love that you dont deal with change, you can use your debit card to transfer funds to the card you use for the machines. I can only hope it doesnt turn into a crop hole down the line. I love it here.

Rapido Wash is AMAZING! Victor and Yolanda were friendly when we walked in the door, and Victor took us on a detailed tour of the facility. Not only are the machines new and clean, they are state of the art, and will TEXT YOU when your machine is done! USB ports along one wall to charge your phone (bring your own cord), and your Rapido Wash card is used for all services in the facility (vendingmachines too).I have a new laundromat!

Love that there always wiping everything down. I also like that it sends you a notification to your phone telling you the number on the washer n dryer you are using that it finished 😊The workers are friendly and helpful when you need them for help.
