I asked for a flower design to be cut out of aluminum and it came out great. Not only did they work with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted but the project was done sooner than the time quoted

It took a little time on my end to get the design end done since I didnt quite know what I needed. They were extremely helpful and patient with my questions and got the job done! Im so happy with the work they did!

Terrible services. They never send a quote when they say they will especially after weeks of trying to fix a file so they can put it through their machine. And then they decide not to even work on our project because our bank flagged a charge as fraudulent. Banks do that all the time when there is a big charge. They didnt even give us a chance to use different means of payment. They just completely backed out of working on it. So after a month of waiting on them our sign for our wedding is still not completed. Thank you for wasting our time.Update: So apparently now we are the scammers. Good job CNC. I am a RN and my fiance is mechanical engineer in a research institute. Even threatening to throw our stuff away. Thumbs up for customer service.

I love CNC work and Customer Service! I asked for a music Grammy cutout for my Halloween costume and they came through for me. It was such a last minute thing, they would of made a 3D version of it for me but that takes lots of time. If it wasn’t for the Grammy I don’t thing I would of won first place at a costume contest. They also made lion and number cutouts for my father’s home. They were so patient with me since my dad kept changing his mind on what he wanted. In the end, the results were what we asked for and my dad proudly has it up in front of his home.
